-2- 268 229 Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung-2- 268 229 Explanation of the nature of the invention
The invention has for its object to form the hinged on the pivotable support arm raised and lowered upper support arm so that it is consistently stable in all mines load levels over its entire length. Erfindunasgemäß the charge is achieved in that the profile of the articulated on the support arm upper support arm consists of three merge into one another U-profiles, wherein the outer side wall «» of the support arm are included. The middle of the three U-profiles is open at the bottom, while the two outer U-profiles are open at the top. When retracting the jack in the lowest position, the transport position, pivot the sides of the load head controlling coupling element in the upwardly open outer U-profiles of the upper support arm, while the downwardly open middle U-profile forms a free space that occurs when retracting , the jack gradually laps around the threaded spindle until it completely surrounds the threaded spindle in the lowest retracted position of the jack. Through these three merge into one another U-profiles over the entire length of the upper Stüizarmes a mutual telescoping of the elements of the lifting system including the coupling element into the lowest Tr & nsportstellung the jack is possible without affecting the stability of the upper. Low support is impaired because recesses are avoided in the cross section of the upper support arm for the purpose of pivoting the lifting elements. With the profile according to the invention thus a higher stability of the upper support arm in the vertical and horizontal load level is achieved regardless of the respective lifting height. The safety in the use of the jack and its life are thus substantially increased, because of the orflndungsgemäße stabilizing profile over the entire length of the upper support arm buckling or other deformations desseloen or the lifting system can be prevented.

The lifting mechanism of the jack is formed by a four-bar linkage, which overcoats during the lifting process from an extended position in the eingefahi Enent position (Figure 2) to the extended position in the position of the maximum lifting height. The, four-bar linkage consists of dom leg 1, on which the foot part '.'. hinged, the support arm 3, the lower support arm 5 and the upper η support arm 6. The drehbetätigbare threaded spindle 4 is guided on the one hand by the common pivot point of pillar 1 and Tragerm 3 and on the other hand by the common Geienkpunkt of the lower and upper support arm 5.6 , By turning the threaded spindle 4 by means of the hand crank 10, the lifting or lowering movement is achieved. The support arm 3 has over the articulation point 11 of the upper support arm β on the support arm 3 an extension 12, at the end of the load head 8 is pivotally mounted. With this extension 12, the maximum lifting height can be increased while the length of the jack in the retracted TransportJtelluny the same length. By a coupling element 7 is between the load head 8 and the upper support arm 6 is an articulated connection, it is thus formed by the extension of the T.agarmes 3, the load head 8, the coupling element 7 and a part of the upper support arm β a two .es Gelonkviereck , which has the task to keep the Laitkopf 8 during the lifting operation in a constant position to the footprint, so that lifting a with its receiving part without positive engagement on the load head 8 only sitting vehicle possible while the Sicherhe it (jewährleistet is second quadrilateral is controlled by the upper support arm β, so that a diro-ctii coupling of the two four-bar linkages present int.
All individual elements of the four-bar linkages are in principle U-shaped, although the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is provided for the upper support arm 6. The in principle also U-shaped profile of the upper Siützar nes6 is composed, including its side walls 9 of three U-profiles, which merge into each other and extend over the entire length of the upper support arm β. The middle U-profile is open at the bottom, while the boide outer U-profiles are open at the top. This inventive design of the upper support arm 6 allows the complete nesting of the elements of the lifting system including the coupling element 7 and thus the Aosenken the lifting system b's in the optimally lowermost position. When retracting the jack by means of the threaded spindle 4, the coupling element 7 pivots gradually with its side walls In the outer U-profiles of the upper Stüu.armes 6, at the same time defines the mean U-profile gradually over the threaded spindle 4, until this in Transport position of the jack is completely absorbed by this central U-profile. In contrast to the previously known solution, in which the connecting wall between the side walls of a U-profile is recessed to allow unhindered pivoting of an element of the lifting system in another element, with the inventive training dt »s upper support arm 6 whose stability is not compromised, because the cross-sectional configuration is maintained over the entire length of the upper support arm 6 without interruption, whereby the stability of the upper support arm 6 in both the xx-axis and in the yy-axis (Fig. 3) is equally guaranteed.
