Abstract
Για παροχή μιας ένωσης χρήσιμης ως ένα δραστικό συστατικό μιας φαρμακολογικής σύνθεσης για την αντιμετώπιση συμπτωμάτων αποθήκευσης ούρων, δυσουρίας, νόσων του κατώτερου ουροποιητικού συστήματος, και των παρόμοιων. [Λύση] Οι εφευρέτες τελειοποίησαν την παρούσα εφεύρεση μετά την ανακάλυψη ότι παράγωγα θειαζολίου υποκατεστημένα στην θέση 2 με πυραζινυλοκαρβινυλαμινο είναι εξαιρετικοί θετικοί αλλοστερικοί ρυθμιστές του μουσκαρινικού Μ3 υποδοχέα και μπορεί να αναμένεται να χρησιμεύσουν ως παράγοντες για την πρόληψη ή αντιμετώπιση νόσων της ουροδόχου κύστης και του ουροποιητικού συστήματος οι οποίες εμπλέκουν συστολή της ουροδόχου κύστης διαμεσολαβούμενη από μουσκαρινικούς Μ3 υποδοχείς. Τα παράγωγα 2-ακυλαμινοθειαζολίου ή άλατα αυτών της παρούσας εφεύρεσης μπορεί να αναμένεται να χρησιμεύσουν ως παράγοντες για την πρόληψη ή αντιμετώπιση νόσων της ουροδόχου κύστης και του ουροποιητικού συστήματος οι οποίες εμπλέκουν συστολή της ουροδόχου κύστης διαμεσολαβούμενη από μουσκαρινικούς Μ3 υποδοχείς, π.χ., υποδραστήρια ουροδόχος κύστη και οι παρόμοιες.
