Abstract

Un envase plastico rellenable para aplicaciones presurizadas con capacidad para soportar por lo menos 10 ciclos de relleno, incluyendo un lavado caustico a una temperatura de por lo menos 60°C y subsiguiente llenado con un liquido presurizado a 4.0 atmosferas sin falla por agrietamiento, el envase comprende un cuerpo con una pared lateral sustencialmente transparente con orientacion bi axial, el cuerpo incluye tambien una base con un anillo de apoyo alrededor de un domo de empujar hacia afuera con un centro de domo adyacente al eje central del envase, formando el domo y anillo de apoyo una base engrosada y sustancialmente amorfa para que resista el agrietamiento por presion caustica, y teniendo el domo una superficie exterior concava hacia afuera que se extiende desde el anillo de apoyo y continua adyacente al eje central sin un plato convexo hacia afuera para prevenir el agrietamiento del bebedero en el domo del envase.
