Abstract

Un cierre con evidencia de violación para una botella, que es particularmente adecuado para contener bebidas valiosas, - dicha botella (1) se suministra con un cuello (2) que se extiende axialmente a lo largo del eje longitudinal (X-X) de la botella desde la base (3) de ésta, con la cual se conecta al cuerpo de la botella; - dicho cuello (2) esta provisto con una abertura (4) en la región del extremo libre (5) de ésta; - dicho cierre comprende medios de tope (6) para la abertura (4) del cuello (2), cuyos medios están conectados por vía de una conexión roscada (8,9) a la superficie exterior de la pared (10) de un cuerpo vertedor (11); - dichos medios de tope (6) están provistos con un borde circular libre (24) que esta dirigido hacia el cuerpo (1) de la botella; - un manguito (17) que está dispuesto axialmente a lo largo de la superficie exterior del cuello (2) y que esta provisto con medios (18, 19) para evitar el movimiento axial y angular de éste con respecto a la superficie exterior del cuello (2) así como también al menos una pestaña anular (20) que se extiende radialmente en la dirección opuesta a la superficie exterior del cuello (2); - dicho cuerpo vertedor (11) está conectado en la dirección axial al manguito (17); - así como también un elemento tubular (22), que es radialmente externo con respecto al manguito (17) y concéntrico con éste, que se extiende axialmente sustancialmente desde la base (3) del cuello (2) de la botella hasta la región del borde libre (24) de los medios de tope (6); Caracterizado por que dicha pestaña anular (20) del manguito se suministra con al menos una porción de la extensión radial de éste que esta ubicada entre el borde libre (24) de los medios de tope (6) y al menos una porción radial del extremo axial opuesto (25) de dicho elemento tubular (22) que es concéntrico con el manguito (17).
