Abstract

: Un cierre que evidencia uso indebido, para una botella, que es particularmente adecuado para contener bebidas valiosas, estando provista la botella (1) con un cuello (2) que se extiende axialmente a lo largo del eje longitudinal (X-X) de la botella desde la base (3) de la misma, con la cual se conecta al cuerpo de la botella; estando provisto el cuello (2) con una abertura (4) en la region del extremo libre (5) de la misma; estando compuesto el cierre por medios de obturacion (6) para la abertura (4) del cuello (2), los cuales se conectan por medio de una conexion roscada (8, 9) a la superficie exterior de la pared (10) de un cuerpo escanciador (11); estando provistos dichos medios de obturacion (6) con un borde circular libre (24) el cual se dirige hacia el cuerpo (1) de la botella; un manguito (17) el cual está acomodado axialmente a lo largo de la superficie exterior del cuello (2) y el cual está provisto con medios (18, 19) para impedir movimiento axial y angular del mismo con respecto a la superficie exterior del cuello (2) así como por lo menos una pestana anular (20) la cual se extiende radialmente en la direccion opuesta a la superficie exterior del cuello (2); estando conectado dicho cuerpo escanciador (11) en una direccion axial al manguito (17); así como también un elemento tubular (22), el cual es radialmente externo con respecto al manguito (17) y concéntrico con el mismo, extendiéndose axialmente substancialmente desde la base (3) del cuello (2) de la botella hasta la region del borde libre (24) de los medios de obturacion (6). La pestana anular (20) del manguito está provista con por lo menos una porcion de la extension radial de la misma que está posicionada entre el borde libre (24) de los medios de obturacion (6) y por lo menos una porcion radial del extremo axial opuesto (25) del elemento tubular (22) que es concéntrico con el manguito (17).
