Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种经由椎茎植入椎体的脊椎重建复位器,脊椎重建复位器呈矩形体,其四个侧壁的一端处皆采斜面设计,并在各斜面之后形成一镂空区域,各个镂空区域皆彼此相连通,脊椎重建复位器的另一端端面设有螺孔;据此,即可利用植入工具与螺孔结合,将脊椎重建复位器植入椎体中,并填入自体骨或人工代用骨,使自体骨或人工代用骨充满于各镂空区域而令脊椎重建复位器内的自体骨或人工代用骨可与椎体内的海绵骨生长融合,而形成重建的椎体,达到藉复位器的植入可将受伤的椎体有效支撑使之复位的效果。

脊椎重建复位器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种脊椎重建复位器,尤其是指一种针对压迫性椎体骨折、爆裂性椎体骨折、骨质疏松症的治疗、改善所使用的脊椎重建复位器。
背景技术
停经的妇女皆会有某种程度的骨质疏松症,而男性年龄较大时也有相同的问题。所谓骨质疏松症,是由于钙质由骨骼组织中流失,导致骨质减少,使骨骼疏松、变脆、变弱而容易骨折,此种现象在脊椎骨特别明显。骨质疏松症的危险因子有:
1.种族:黑人骨质密度较高,白人与黄种人骨质密度较低,易患骨质疏松症;
2.生活型态:抽烟、酗酒、过量饮用咖啡、茶、运动不足或过量;
3.遗传:有骨质疏松症家族史者;
4.药物:长期使用类固醇、甲状腺素、利尿剂、四环素、肝素、抗癫痫药、锂盐、拮抗剂、含铝抗酸剂及化学疗法;
5.性腺功能:男性性腺功能不足、女性自然性或因手术所致的早发性停经;
6.性别、体质、年龄:女性为男性的6至8倍、体型瘦小、初经较晚、未产妇女及年龄愈大的。
传统用来治疗骨质疏松症及其脊椎骨的骨折时,可分为二种方式,一为从脊椎骨后方打钢钉固定,另一为从脊椎骨前方种骨头作固定。然而,从脊椎骨后方打钢钉固定的方式,常常必须固定上二节椎骨及下二节椎骨,所以一节椎骨受伤,必须牺牲五节椎骨的活动度,导致椎柱僵硬活动不灵活;此外,原骨质已疏松,骨折的椎体在复位后,留下一个大空洞,若不修补,单靠后方的钢钉固定是不稳固的,有时甚至会造成松动而断裂,导致手术失败。至于从脊椎骨前方补骨固定的方式,则因需经由胸腔或腹腔处进行手术,所以,可能伤及附近器官(如肺部及血管等);且此一手术所花费的时间亦较长,同时,需取肋骨、肠骨或使用捐赠骨头,而有被感染的问题,此外,此方式同样也有牺牲椎柱活动度的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种脊椎重建复位器,由椎茎打洞,在不需由腹腔或胸腔手术的情形下,被植入于骨质疏松变脆、变弱的椎体内,据此增加椎体的强度,并且不会伤及其它健康的椎体,同时不致牺牲椎体间的活动度。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种脊椎重建复位器,脊椎重建复位器概呈一矩形体,其四个侧壁的一端处往内斜设以形成斜面,各侧壁的斜面后方邻接一镂空区域,且各侧壁上的镂空区域皆呈相互连通状,脊椎重建复位器另一端的端面具有一下降的凹部,凹部之中有一螺孔。
本实用新型利用植入工具与螺孔结合,将脊椎重建复位器植入椎体中,并填入自体骨或人工代用骨,使自体骨或人工代用骨充满于各镂空区域而令脊椎重建复位器内的自体骨或人工代用骨可与椎体内的海棉骨生长融合,而形成重建的椎体,达到藉复位器的植入可将受伤的椎体有效支撑使之复位的效果。
此外,本实用新型的脊椎重建复位器的形状、大小恰可通过椎茎,以不伤到脊髓神经为考量重点,目的是治疗椎体骨折。
本实用新型的脊椎重建复位器是用来作椎体的重建,与目前市面上所见的椎体间复健器在设计考量与用途上完全不同,即椎体间复健器旨在作椎间盘病变切除后的融合手术,与椎体的重建无关。椎体间复健器是当椎间盘有病变需要作椎间盘切除术后,怕脊椎不稳定故植入椎体间复健器去增加稳定性及帮助椎体间的融合,其与椎体骨折的手术是完全无关的。而且椎体间复健器在设计上为增加稳定性,故在上下表面常有凹槽或倒钩以避免椎体间复健器的滑动或脱位,而这些设计都不能用在脊椎重建复位器上,因为脊椎重建复位器若如此设计可能会伤到脊髓神经。因此,本实用新型确实具备独特特色与创造性。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的技术手段、实用新型内容及达成效果能够更完整地揭露,现结合附图详细说明如下。
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型的脊椎重建复位器1概呈一矩形体,于其四个侧壁11的一端处为往内斜设,以形成斜面12,而在各侧壁11的斜面12后方邻接一镂空区域13,且各侧壁11上的镂空区域13皆呈相互连通状,继于脊椎重建复位器1另一端的端面14则具有一下降的凹部15,凹部15之中有一螺孔16,螺孔16并与各镂空区域13相通。
当欲将脊椎重建复位器1植入脊椎的椎体2内时,请参图2所示,先在椎体2的椎茎21处钻设一植入孔22,并以植入工具与脊椎重建复位器1的螺孔16螺接形成一体,以藉植入工具将脊椎重建复位器1植入植入孔22内,接着,再于脊椎重建复位器1的镂空区域13中及其与植入孔22间的间隙内填入自体骨或人工代用骨3,使自体骨或人工代用骨3充满各个镂空区域13与前述的间隙,并据此令脊椎重建复加器1稳固地被固定在椎体2的植入孔22中;而受伤的椎体2在植入脊椎重建复位器1后,可视病患的情况,于椎体2的上一节及下一节椎体2之间以骨钉4辅助固定(如图3所示),以增加脊椎的稳定度。
经由以上的实施例说明,可知本实用新型的脊椎重建复位器1具有多项优点:
1.脊椎重建复位器经由椎茎打洞,在不需由腹腔或胸腔手术的情形下,被植入于骨质疏松变脆、变弱的椎体内,故可据此增加椎体的强度。
2.脊椎重建复位器植入受伤节的椎体,并不会伤及其它健康的椎体,同时,不致牺牲椎体间的活动度。
3.由于脊椎重建复位器具有镂空区域,当填入自体骨或人工代用骨后,可令脊椎重建复位器内的自体骨或人工代用骨与椎体内的海棉骨生长融合,而形成更为稳固的结合。
4.本实用新型的脊椎重建复位器重在经由椎茎植入椎体,不需作椎板切除术,而可作为椎体的重建。

1、一种脊椎重建复位器,其特征在于:脊椎重建复位器概呈一矩形体,其四个侧壁的一端处往内斜设以形成斜面,各侧壁的斜面后方邻接一镂空区域,且各侧壁上的镂空区域皆呈相互连通状,脊椎重建复位器另一端的端面具有一下降的凹部,凹部之中有一螺孔。
