Abstract

一种瞬间加热式电锅炉,它包括炉体,在炉体上设有进、出水口,在炉体内置有电热体,其特点是:炉体为绝缘材料炉体,在炉体内从进水口至出水口设置由若干个交错排列阻流板分隔的流入层、绝缘层、加热层、绝缘层、流出层组成的阻流通道,在位于加热层中心设有与水直接接触的电热体,两绝缘层的阻流板间距比流入层、加热层、流出层的阻流板间距窄,流速在加热层缓慢,在两绝缘层迅速,从而使电热体散热及传热顺利,提高热效率;由于在两绝缘层通过设置的阻流板加长了水流的流程,因而增加了水电阻,使漏电电流减小,符合人体安全要求。

                          技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种瞬间加热式电锅炉。属于电加热式热水锅炉。
                          背景技术
目前在此技术领域有两种类型的电锅炉。一种是蓄热式电锅炉,它是在盛满水的水箱中放置电热体,水箱中的水在不流动的状态下被加热,加热后才能从水箱中流出使用,由于水箱盛水较多,在短时间内将水加热需要消耗大量的电能,而且水的温度不均匀,往往是上面热下面凉;另一种是瞬间加热式电锅炉,水流经电热管或电热膜被加热,俗称“过水热”,加热速度快,温度均匀。两种电锅炉相比较,瞬间加热式电锅炉由于结构简单,加热速度快,水温均匀,不需储水,重量轻,而占有明显的优势。
在瞬间加热电锅炉中,由于电热膜的加工工艺复杂,覆膜质量难以保证,采用电热管做为加热体占有优势。以往瞬间加热式电锅炉的不足之处是:锅炉的流入段,加热段,流出段水的流速相同,在加热段水不能充分吸收热量,被加热的水由于流速与前后的水流速度相同,还有一部份被加热的水不能及时流走,而被继续加热,影响使用效果。采用电阻丝与氧化镁作填充物的加热管与水接触加热同电阻丝直接与水接触加热相比,采用电阻丝直接与水接触,热效率明显提高。采用电阻丝加热就要很好的解决漏电流问题,必须保证使用安全。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种将电热体直接与水接触,通过在绝缘炉体内设置的阻流通道,控制流经电热体的水流速度,有利于电热体的散热和传热,且通过加长电热体前后水的流程增加水电阻,使漏电电流小,使用安全的瞬间加热式电锅炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:瞬间加热式电锅炉,它包括炉体1,在炉体1上设有进水口2和出水口4,在炉体1内置有电热体3,其特殊之处在于:炉体1为绝缘材料炉体1,在绝缘材料炉体1内从进水口2至出水口4设置由若干个交错排列阻流板5分隔的流入层6、绝缘层7、加热层8、绝缘层9、流出层10组成的阻流通道,在位于加热层8的中心设置与水直接接触的电加热体3。所说的绝缘层7、9的阻流板5的间距比流入层6、加热层8、流出层10的阻流板5的间距窄。所说的绝缘材料炉体1分别由具有流入层6、绝缘层7、加热层8、绝缘层9、流出层10的各单节炉体11、12、13、14、15相互连接组成。所说的电热体3或附着合成树脂绝缘层。
本实用新型的瞬间加热式电锅炉,由于以绝缘材料制成炉体,在绝缘炉体内安装电热体,使其与流经炉体的水直接接触加热;由于在绝缘炉体内设置了若干个交错排列阻流板组成的阻流通道,且使两绝缘层的阻流板间距比流入层、加热层、流出层的阻流板间距窄,从而使两绝缘层中水的流速快,电热体所处的加热层中的水的流速慢,有利于电热体的散热及传热,而且不再加热已加热成一定温度的水,而使其直接排出。因此,在提高加热效率的同时又降低电能消耗;由于阻流板使流经两绝缘层的水流流程加长,加大了该部的水电阻,使电热体的漏电电流减少到安全指标以下,确保使用安全。

                        具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照图1,瞬间加热式电锅炉具有炉体1,炉体1采用绝缘材料制成。本实施例的炉体1采用合成树脂绝缘材料制成。绝缘炉体1采用单节炉体11、12、13、14、15相互连接组成。其中单节炉体11、15结构相同,单节炉体12、14结构相同。单节炉体11上设有进水  2,水流在单节炉体11内形成流入层6,上部设有阻流板5。单节炉体12的上、中、下部均设有阻流板5,且交错排列,水流在单节炉体12内形成绝缘层7,单节炉体12下部的阻流板5与单节炉体11上部的阻流板5相接触,阻流板5开口处形成水口16。单节炉体13的上、中、下部均设有阻流板5,且交错排列,水流在单节炉体13内形成加热层9,在中部阻流板5的两侧安装有电热体3,电热体3为电热丝,或在电热丝表面附着合成树脂绝缘层,电热丝的接线端子24被引到炉体1的外面,单节炉体13的下部阻流板5与单节炉体12上部的阻流板5相接触,阻流板5开口处形成水口17。单节炉体14的上、中、下部均设有阻流板5,且交错排列,水流在单节炉体14内形成绝缘层9,单节炉体14下部的阻流板5与单节炉体13上部的阻流板5相接触,阻流板5开口处形成水口18。单节炉体15上设有出水口4,水流在单节炉体15内形成流出层10,单节炉体15下部的阻流板5与单节炉体14上部的阻流板5相接触,阻流板5开口处形成水口19。
在使用时,在绝缘炉体1的出水口4连接有水泵20,根据使用的需要,将热水送往使用处或循环使用。在绝缘炉体1上端通过管路21与补水箱22连接,用以排除锅炉内产生的气泡。补水箱22用阀门23与水源连接,补水箱22出口通过管路与绝缘炉体1出水口4连接。

1、一种瞬间加热式电锅炉,它包括炉体(1),在炉体(1)上设有进水口(2)和出水口(4),在炉体(1)内置有电热体(3),其特征在于:炉体(1)为绝缘材料炉体(1),在绝缘材料炉体(1)内从进水口(2)至出水口(4)设置由若干个交错排列阻流板(5)分隔的流入层(6)、绝缘层(7)、加热层(8)、绝缘层(9)、流出层(10)组成的阻流通道,在位于加热层(8)的中心设置与水直接接触的电加热体(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的瞬间加热式电锅炉,其特征在于:所说的绝缘层(7、9)的阻流板(5)的间距比流入层(6)、加热层(8)、流出层(10)的阻流板(5)的间距窄。
3、根据权利要求1所述的瞬间加热式电锅炉,其特征在于:所说的绝缘材料炉体(1)分别由具有流入层(6)、绝缘层(7)、加热层(8)、绝缘层(9)、流出层(10)的各单节炉体(11、12、13、14、15)相互连接组成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的瞬间加热式电锅炉,其特征在于:所说的电热体(3)或附着合成树脂绝缘层。
