Abstract

造纸用聚酯复合网,它由顶网、底网,穿结线构成,顶网经纬密大于底网经纬密,顶网的经纬线线径小于底网的经纬线线径,顶网与底网通过穿结线穿结合并成整体网。它具有寿命长、滤水性能好的特点,解决了以往聚酯造纸网不能应用在高速纸机上的缺陷。

造纸用聚酯复合网
本实用新型涉及到一种造纸用聚酯复合网
现有聚酯造纸网一般为采用同一线径的经线、纬线制成的单层网。由于单层网同种规格网的经线、纬线的线径固定,如果满足滤水性能要求,选用细经、纬线织造,则出现造纸网在高速纸机中使用寿命短的缺陷;相反地为了满足造纸网使用寿命长的要求,选用大线径线材织造,则又会出现滤水性能差,细小纤维流失多,影响纸张的表面质量的问题;此外,单层聚酯网接口强度偏低,也直接影响了造纸网的使用寿命。所以单层网不能从根本上解决使用寿命和滤水性能的矛盾,从而使其应用领域大大地受到限制。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种寿命长、滤水性能好的应用在高速纸机上的造纸用聚酯复合网。
本实用新型的目的是通过由顶网、底网,穿结线构成的技术方案来实现的,顶网经纬密大于底网经纬密,顶网的经纬线线径小于底网的经纬线线径,顶网与底网通过穿结线穿结合并成整体网。
顶网是纸浆脱水的主要部分,其设计要求应该尽量地减少纸浆纤维的流失,使整个网面的透水性保持一致;而底网主要起衬托作用,另外还要尽可能提高承受外力的强度;同时底网及穿结线又要尽量避免对顶网的脱水性造成不良的影响。综合这些因素本实用新型可以这样具体设计:顶网经纬线的线径为0.17mm-0.20mm,底网经纬线的线径为0.30mm-0.35mm,穿结线的线径为0.13mm-0.15mm。顶网的经纬密为:经密32-28根/厘米,纬密30-26根/厘米,底网经纬密为:经密17-13根/厘米,纬密16-12根/厘米。穿结线交叉穿结顶网与底网,穿结线在底网上跨跃三根或四根经线一次变棕卡纬。顶网网纹采用平织网纹,底网网纹为四棕破锻纹。
该造纸用聚酯复合网采用顶网与底网叠加复合穿结而成,因此与现有技术比较本实用新型的积极效果体现在:第一,采用大经纬密的细线径织成的顶网,使造纸网滤水性能得到提高,减少了细小纤维流失,有利于提高纸张的质量和档次,减少因纸浆流失造成的环境污染;第二,采用小经纬密及粗线径织造的底网,抗磨,不易磨损,脱水效果好,使用寿命长;而且接口强度得以提高,适用在高速纸机上使用,产纸量大。
以下通过实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。

通过图1可以看出,该聚酯复合网由两层网构成,分别为顶网1和底网2,顶网1采用大径纬密织造,底网2是采用小径纬密及粗线材织造,顶网1与底网2是采用小线径纬线作为穿结线3穿结合并成整体网。顶网线材的线径为0.18mm,底网线材的线径为0.32mm。小线径纬线的线径为0.15mm,顶网与底网穿结合并成整体网,顶网是平织网纹,网眼尺寸均匀,单卡纬,经密30根/cm,纬密28根/cm;底网是四棕破缎纹;穿结线3交叉穿结顶网与底网,跨跃底网三根经线,进行一次穿结变棕。

1、造纸用聚酯复合网,由顶网(1)、底网(2),穿结线(3)构成,其特征在于:
顶网(1)经纬密大于底网(2)经纬密,顶网(1)的经纬线线径小于底网(2)的经纬线线径,顶网(1)与底网(2)通过穿结线(3)穿结合并成整体网。
2、根据权利要求1所述的造纸用聚酯复合网,其特征在于:
顶网(1)经纬线的线径为0.17mm-0.20mm,底网(2)经纬线的线径为0.30mm-0.35mm,穿结线(3)的线径为0.13mm-0.15mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的造纸用聚酯复合网,其特征在于:
顶网(1)的经纬密为:经密32-28根/厘米,纬密30-26根/厘米,底网经纬密为:经密17-13根/厘米,纬密16-12根/厘米。
4、根据权利要求1所述的造纸用聚酯复合网,其特征在于
穿结线(3)交叉穿结顶网(1)与底网(2),穿结线(3)在底网上跨跃三根或四根经线一次变棕卡纬。
5、根据权利要求1所述的造纸用聚酯复合网,其特征在于
顶网网纹采用平织网纹,底网网纹为四棕破缎纹。
