匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,在二次激发源2下方的发热源3,位于耐火基座4的槽9中,在耐火基座4的底部装有导热板5,槽9的底部具有若干凸起10,用来支承该发热源3,有利于热量散发,由导热板5将耐火基座4上的热迅速传导均匀,在外壳1上具有狭槽12,避免该外壳由于上下部温差产生的变形;本辐射器适于印染、烟草、电焊条行业、电冰箱、洗衣机、汽车喷塑喷漆中的烘干用,以及食品及其它行业烘干用。

匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器
本实用新型涉及一种红外线定向辐射器,特别是匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器。
现行的红外定向辐射器大多是在二次激发源下面装有发热源,该发热源装在基座的槽中,发热源一般为圆柱螺旋形电热丝,通过电热丝来发热和经基座将一部分热反射到二次激发源,使其辐射出红外线。这种结构的缺点是电热丝被包围在基座的槽内,不易散热,使辐射器内部温度不一致,导致辐射不均匀;且局部温度过高,电热丝易烧断;外壳在使用过程中,由于上、下部分的温差较大,易变形,导致定向辐射效果差。
本实用新型目的是提供一种匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,它能延长电热丝寿命,保持辐射均匀和保证外壳在使用中不易变形,保持均匀、定向辐射效果。且其结构简单,制做成本低。
本实用新型是按如下技术方案实现的。该匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器包括外壳1、二次激发源2、发热源3、耐火基座4、导热板5、保温层6,外壳1中的上部装有板状的二次激发源2,其下方为发热源3,它位于耐火基座4的槽中,在该耐火基座4的底部依次装有导热板5、保温层6。当使用时,发热源3通电发热时,可通过位于耐火基座4下方的导热板5将热迅速传导,使耐火基座4和该辐射器内部温度均匀,产生匀强的辐射能。该导热板可采用导热性能好的铝板或铜板制作。耐火基座4的槽为底部具有若干均匀分布的凸起10的槽9,该凸起10的顶端支承该发热源3,使该发热源3例如电热丝,处于由凸起10支承的悬浮状态,有利于电热丝的热量散发,避免局部过热。在外壳1上位于二次激发源2的一端,具有狭槽12,克服了由于该辐射器上下二端温差较大而引起的外壳变形。
下面以实施例做具体说明。

如图1、2所示,包括外壳1、二次激发源2、发热源3、耐火基座4、导热板5、保温层6的匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,其二次激发源2选用石英板,发热源3为电热丝,导热板5为铝板,在外壳1中装有二次激发源2,其下方为发热源3,该发热源3位于耐火基座4上的若干槽9中,该耐火基座4的底部依次装有导热板5、保温层6,在保温层6的下方装有铝板7,在外壳1的底部具有接线柱8,参照图3,该槽9的底部具有若干均匀分布的凸起10,在该凸起10的顶端放有该发热源3,将该发热源3悬浮起,有利于散热。如图2,该均匀分布的凸起10的长l之和为槽9总长的1/4到1/3为最好。如图3,该发热源3为绕成椭圆形螺旋的电热丝,与圆形螺旋的电热丝相比,可增加该电热丝的散热面积,电热丝的功率以保持该二次激发源即石英板2的功率密度为3.7-4.4w/cm2为好。如图4,为了看图方便,图中只示出了外壳1,而外壳1中的各零件均未示出,在该外壳1为上下端开口的零件,参照图1,宽B为100毫米,高H为50毫米,长度L随使用要求定。在外壳1上位于二次激发源2的一端,具有狭槽12,该狭槽宽b为0.5毫米、长a为20毫米、间距m为300毫米,克服了由于外壳1的上部与下部之间温差较大引起的变形。当使用时,通电将发热源3加热,该二次激发源2,即辐射出红外线,可单个、多个使用;任意排列,任何方向安装均可。按本实施例制成的产品,与同类结构的产品相比,在同样功率下,电热丝寿命延长了一倍,且产品在使用中无变形。
综上所述,本实用新型由于采用了椭圆形螺旋电热丝,增大了电热丝的散热面积,采用悬浮式的支承槽,有利于电热丝的热量散发,并由导热板将耐火基座上的热分布均匀,导致热效率提高和辐射均匀,并避免局部过热,提高了电热丝寿命。在外壳上端的狭槽克服了该辐射器上下温差大引起的变形,保持定向辐射功能。此外,该实用新型所用材料均可由市场购得,对材料无特殊要求,且结构简单,易于制做,故成本降低。
本实用新型匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器适用于印染、烟草、电焊条行业、电冰箱、洗衣机、汽车喷塑喷漆中的烘干之用,以及食品及其它行业烘干之用。

Claims (6)

1、匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,包括外壳(1)、二次激发源(2)、发热源(3)、耐火基座(4)、导热板(5)、保温层(6),其特征是:在外壳(1)中装有板状的二次激发源(2),其下方为发热源(3),该发热源(3)位于耐火基座(4)的槽中,在该耐火基座(4)的底部依次装有导热板(5)、保温层(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,其特征是:所述导热板(5)为铝板或铜板。
3、根据权利要求1所述的匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,其特征是:所述耐火基座(4)的槽为槽底部具有若干凸起(10)的槽(9),由该凸起(10)的顶端支承该发热源(3)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,其特征是:所述凸起(10)为均匀分布,其各长度(1)之和为槽(9)总长的1/4到1/3。
5、根据权利要求1所述的匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,其特征是:所述的发热源(3)为绕椭圆形螺旋的电热阻。
6、根据权利要求1所述的匀热悬丝式红外定向辐射器,其特征是:在所述的外壳(1)上,在位于二次激发源(2)的一端,具有狭槽(12)。
