Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电动摩托车,包括带轮,其特征在于,所述带轮上设置有硬质层,该硬质层为带轮的一部分。本实用新型通过设置在带轮上的硬质层,能够增加带轮的耐磨性。

本实用新型属于一种摩托车。
背景技术
电动摩托车是电动车中的一种,其通过存储有电力的电池向电机提供电力,然后再经电机驱动该电动摩托车的后车轮转动,从而实现电动摩托车在路上行驶。
2009年6月25日发布并在2010年1月1日开始实施了《电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车通用技术条件》的国家标准(以下简称“电摩标准”)。该项标准将40kg以上且400kg以下,最高设计车速大于20km/h且不大于50km/h且由电驱动的两轮或三轮车称为轻便电动摩托车或者是电动摩托车,并将电动摩托车或轻便电动摩托车划入到机动车的范畴内。
电动摩托车最高时速为50km/h以下,在该车速下电动摩托车的振动频率小,对车身强度的要求和动力电池的续航要求小。因此在将电动摩托车的车速提高至50km/h以上时,电动摩托车行驶时的振动频率增大,对电动摩托车的车身强度和动力电池的蓄电量的要求高。
为了满足电动摩托车的车速能够达到50km/h以上,需要改进和提高电动摩托车的车身强度及电动摩托车在以最高时速行驶时的安全性和操控性。尤其是摩托车上带轮的耐磨性能,需要进行优化。
实用新型内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动摩托车。
一种电动摩托车,车架;
前车轮;
后车轮;
控制器;
悬挂***,包括前悬架及后悬架,前车轮通过前悬架联接至车架,后车轮通过后悬架联接至车架;
电机,前车轮或后车轮至少其中之一传动联接至该电机;
动力电池,设置在车架上,且该动力电池与电机电连接;
充电装置,设置在车架上,动力电池与该充电装置电连接;
动力电池包括蓄电池和蓄电池外壳,蓄电池设置在蓄电池外壳内,且蓄电池外壳与车架连接;
后车轮包括轮毂,带轮设置在轮毂上。
其特征在于,包括带轮,带轮上设置有硬质层,该硬质层为带轮的一部分。
可选的,硬质层的厚度为30μm-60μm。
可选的,硬质层的厚度为40μm-50μm。
可选的,后悬架包括通过轴与车架连接的后平叉和减震器,后平叉与后车轮相连,且电机设置在后平叉上,电机设置在后平叉远离后车轮的一端上。
可选的,后平叉包括两个相对称设置的支撑板,电机位于两个支撑板之间。
可选的,蓄电池外壳上靠近后车轮的一侧上设置有连接耳,后平叉通过轴与连接耳连接
可选的,减震器包括伸缩杆和套在伸缩杆上的减震弹簧,伸缩杆的一端通过轴与蓄电池外壳连接,另一端通过轴与后平叉连接。
可选的,后平叉上通过螺钉固定有后挡泥板,后挡泥板与后车轮相对应。
可选的,后挡泥板一端与后平叉连接,另一端为悬空;后挡泥板部分翻折形成有连接部,连接部通过螺钉与后平叉连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:
带轮上设置硬质层,可以增加带轮的耐磨能力,强化带轮强度。

具体实施例
下面参照附图,对本实用新型的优选方式详细地进行说明,为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本实用新型方案,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型中实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。在接下来的说明中,前后方向和左右方向对应基于乘骑者的视角的方向,且将前、后、左、右、上、下的方向的描述为图1中所示的方向。
图1为示出根据本实用新型实施方式的动力电池驱动类型的电动摩托车的立体图,且该图1为由后朝前看的立体图。图2为电动摩托车由左下方朝右上方看的立体图。
如图1-2所示,在一些实施例中,一种电动摩托车10,包括车架20、前车轮11、后车轮12、鞍座13、仪表盘14、后悬架31、后悬架32、车身覆盖件40、电机50、动力电池60、控制器70、充电装置80、后边箱组件90、制动***100、前导流罩43及转向***110等,其中动力电池60、控制器70分别设置在车架20上。动力电池60向着控制器70和电机50 提供电力,控制器70控制电机50工作,从而电机50带动后车轮12转动。充电装置80设置在车架20上,该充电装置80通过电线与公共电网连接,从而将公共电网的交流电转换为直流电给动力电池60充电。
如图1-3所示,在一些实施例中,动力电池60、控制器70及充电装置80依次沿着车架 20的高度方向设置在车架20上,并且充电装置80到仪表盘14的垂直距离小于动力电池60 到仪表盘14的垂直距离。其中动力电池60、控制器70及充电装置80位于靠近前车轮11一侧的车架20上。即动力电池60、控制器70及充电装置80布局在车架上的位置,与现有的油箱前置的燃油车上油箱在摩托车上的位置相对应。该布局下电动摩托车1的整体结构紧凑,电动摩托车1的重心集中在电动摩托车1整车靠近前车轮14的半部上,且重心低,电动摩托车1在以120km/h的最大时速行驶时,电动摩托车行驶稳定,安全性和操控性好;同时电动摩托车实现高续航的同时,控制电动摩托车1的体积,减少风阻,提高电动摩托车操控性。
如图3-7所示,在一些实施例中,动力电池60包括蓄电池61和蓄电池外壳62,蓄电池 61设置在蓄电池外壳62内,蓄电池外壳62与车架20相连。蓄电池外壳62增强车架20的强度,提高电动摩托车的牢固性。
如图6-7所示,在一些实施例中,蓄电池外壳62包括壳体621和侧板622,侧板622通过螺钉固定于壳体621上。侧板622上设置有多个凸筋6221。凸筋6221增大蓄电池外壳62 的表面积,提高动力电池60的散热性;同时增强蓄电池外壳62强度,提高电动摩托车安全性。
如图6-7所示,在一些实施例中,壳体621的底部设置多个凸部6211。在本实施例中凸部6211的数量为三个。其中两个相邻凸部6211之间设置有垫块6212,且垫块6212的端面与凸部6211的端面相持平,且垫块6212上设置有多个凹孔。蓄电池61设于壳体621内,由凸部6211和垫块6212对蓄电池进行支撑。
如图1-2所示,在一些实施例中,电动摩托车1上设置有与动力电池60相关联的冷却风道63。冷却风道63为形成在动力电池60周边的通道及形成在车身覆盖件40与动力电池60 之间的间距。冷却风道对动力电池快速散热,保持电动摩托车高速行驶时,动力电池工作温度在预设范围内,减少蓄电池电量散失,保证电动摩托车行驶时的安全性和电动摩托车的续航力
另外,如图8-9所示,在其他实施例中,动力电池60也可以通过散热装置71a降温,水冷降温能保障动力电池60在高温下快速冷却,动力电池60正常且高效的工作。散热装置71a 包括储水箱711a、与储水箱711a连通的散热管712a及与散热管712a连接的抽水泵713a,散热管712a部分设置在动力电池60上。具体的,散热管712a包括第一支路7121a、第二支路7122a及第三支路7123a。第一支路7121a一端与储水箱711a的出液端连通,另一端与抽水泵713a的进液端连通。第二支路7122a一端与抽水泵713a的出液端连通,另一端与动力电池60的进液端连通。第三支路7123a与动力电池60的出液端连通,另一端与储水箱711a 的回流端连通,且第三支路7123a部分固定在动力电池60上。
如图8-9所示,储水箱711a侧壁上设置有散热片7112a,散热片7112a增大蓄电池外壳与空气的接触面积,提高散热效果。
如图8-9所示,散热装置71a还包括散热风扇7113a,散热风扇7113a设置于储水箱711a 一侧。并且在储水箱711a上通过螺钉固定有风扇支架7114a,散热风扇7113a设置在风扇支架7114a上。同时散热风扇7113a的进风口朝向鞍座13,散热风扇7113a的出风口朝向仪表盘14,因此散热风扇7113a工作时,散热风扇7113a产生的气流朝着储水箱711a吹,由此对储水箱711a散热效率高,保持储水箱711a内冷却液的温度低,从而冷却液对动力电池60 降温效率,保证电动摩托车1高速行驶时的安全性。
如图8-9所示,散热装置71a还包括设置在车架20上的副水箱714a。副水箱714a上连通有送液管7144a,送液管7144a与储水箱711a连通。储水箱711a内的冷却液量减少,储水箱711a内形成负压,副水箱714a内的冷却液在储水箱711a负压下由送液管输送至储水箱711a内。副水箱714a保持储水箱711a内的冷却液含量不变,维持冷却液对动力电池60的降温性能,保障电动摩托车1在行驶时的安全性。
如图6所示,在一些实施例中,控制器70位于充电装置80和动力电池60之间,控制器上设置有电线接头,电线接头通过电缆线与电机连接。控制器70设置在蓄电池外壳62上,且控制器70位于蓄电池外壳62靠近仪表盘14的一端,蓄电池外壳62上设置有安装位623,安装位623上设置有凹槽,控制器70设置在安装位623上,且通过螺钉固定在蓄电池外壳 62上。
如图10-11所示,在一些实施例中,车架20上设置有冷却装置71b,冷却装置71b与控制器70相关联,该冷却装置71b包括冷却箱711b、与冷却箱711b连通的冷却液管712b及与冷却液管712b连接的泵体713b,冷却液管712b内的冷却液流经路径经过控制器70。冷却液管712b包括第一支管7121b、第二支管7122b及第三支管7123b。第一支管7121b一端与冷却箱711b的出液端连通,另一端与泵体713b的进液端连通。第二支管7122b一端与泵体 713b的出液端连通,另一端与控制器70的进液端连通。第三支管7123b与控制器70的出液端连通,另一端与冷却箱711b的回流端连通,且第三支管7123b部分固定在动力电池60上。
如图10-11所示,冷却箱711b侧壁上还设置散热片7112b和散热风扇7113b,散热片7112b 设有多个,设于冷却箱711b侧壁上。散热风扇7113b与冷却箱711b相对应,设于散热片7112b 一侧,通过风扇支架7114b安装在冷却箱711b上,对冷却箱711b进行风冷散热并提高散热片7112b的散热效率。散热风扇7113b的进风口朝向鞍座13一侧,出风口朝向仪表盘14一侧,散热风扇7113b启动后,产生的气流由靠近鞍座13的一侧往远离鞍座13的一侧流动,从而避免热风直接吹到驾驶员。
如图10-11所示,冷却装置71b还包括设置在车架20上的副水箱714b。副水箱714b上连通有送液管7144b,送液管7144b与冷却箱711b连通。冷却箱711b内的冷却液量减少,冷却箱711b内形成负压,副水箱714b内的冷却液在冷却箱711b负压下由送液管输送至冷却箱711b内。副水箱714b保持冷却箱711b内的冷却液含量不变,维持冷却液对动力电池60 的降温性能,保障电动摩托车1在行驶时的安全性。
另外,如图10-11所示,在其他实施例中,冷却液管712b内的冷却液流经路径还经过动力电池60。
另外,如图12所示,在其他实施例中,车架20上设置有降温风扇72,降温风扇72的进风口朝向后车轮12,降温风扇72的出风口朝向前车轮11并吹向控制器70。降温风扇72 对控制器70进行风冷降温,且进风口朝向后车轮12,使得气流朝向前车轮11一侧流动,避免热风直接吹到驾驶员。
如图13-15所示,在一些实施例中,充电装置80设置在车架20上,且充电装置80位于靠近鞍座13的车架20部分上。充电装置80设置有充电接头81,充电接头81朝向前导流罩141相反的方向,充电接头81位于充电装置80远离控制器70的一侧,且位于鞍座13朝向仪表盘14一侧。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,充电装置80上设置有充电接头81,充电接头81上设置有充电接口811,充电接口811的开口朝向鞍座13。
如图15所示,在一些实施例中,沿电动摩托车的车辆中心线作垂面,沿充电接头81长度方向的轴线在垂面上的投影与电动摩托车的车辆中心线的之间的夹角为30-60°。
如图13-15所示,在一些实施例中,充电接头81上可拆卸连接有密封塞82,密封塞82 包括塞体821与塞帽822,塞帽822上设置连接绳823,连接绳823的一端与充电接头81或塞体821连接。塞体821与充电接头81可拆卸连接,塞帽822部分***塞体821内,塞帽 822朝向充电接头81一侧设环槽,在塞帽822***塞体821后,环槽包覆塞体821侧壁,环槽与塞体821相互挤压形成密封。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,车身覆盖件40上设置有与充电接头81相对应的充电口 481,充电口481向充电接头81一侧延伸形成遮板482,遮板482中部设有遮板开口4821,遮板开口4821开口位置与充电接头81相对应。遮板482上设有至少一个漏水孔4822,漏水孔4822位开设于遮板482沿摩托车高度方向上的最低点。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,充电接头81朝向充电口481一侧的端面设有塞体821,塞体821背向充电接头81的端面沿充电接头81轴线方向上至少部分穿过遮板开口4821。
另外,如图16所示,在其他实施例中,充电接头81与外部接头的连接面沿充电接头81 轴线方向上至少部分穿过遮板开口4821。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,车身覆盖件40上安装有与充电接头81对应的挡盖安装件483,挡盖安装件483位于鞍座13朝向前车轮11一侧,且挡盖安装件483上设有两个向车头方向延伸的转轴安装部4831。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,车身覆盖件40上连接有关闭充电口481的挡盖83,挡盖83的端面与车身覆盖件40的端面平滑过渡,通过锁定结构84与车身覆盖件40相连,且挡盖83朝向仪表盘14方向翻转打开。挡盖83设于挡盖安装件483上。
如图16所示,具体的,锁定结构84包括连接杆841、转轴842、按钮843及扭簧844。连接杆841与挡盖83一侧相连。转轴842与连接841杆连接,可转动设于车身覆盖件40上。扭簧844设于转轴842上,一端与连接杆841联连接,另一端与车身覆盖件40连接,按钮 843按下后解除对挡盖83的锁定,在扭簧844回复力的作用下连接杆841绕转轴842转动,挡盖83自动打开。按钮843设于挡盖83上,按钮843与挡盖83之间设有弹性件844,在本实施例中,弹性件844设为压簧。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,连接杆841朝向充电接头81一侧弯折,连接杆841包括第一分段8411与第二分段8412,第一分段8411与转轴842连接,第二分段8412与挡盖 83连接,在连接杆841的转动平面内,第一分段8411的长度大于或等于遮板开口4821朝向前车轮11一侧边缘与转轴842旋转中心的距离,且第二分段8412穿过遮板开口4821与挡盖 83连接。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,转轴842两端可转动设于转轴安装部4831上。转轴842 与车身覆盖件40的连接处设有阻尼件。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,挡盖83包括挡盖板831及挡盖底板832,挡盖板831与挡盖底板832之间形成空腔,挡盖底板832朝向仪表盘14的一端形成第一凹部8321,挡盖底板832朝向鞍座13一端形成第二凹部8322,连接杆841与第一凹部8321相连,按钮843 设于第二凹部8322内。
如图16所示,在一些实施例中,挡盖板831上设有供按钮843穿过的按压孔8211,按钮843的按压面与挡盖板831表面齐平或相对挡盖板831表面朝向挡盖底板832一侧凹陷。按钮843外边缘设有限位凸环8431,限位凸环8431在弹性件844的推力作用下与挡盖板831 抵接配合,防止灰尘和杂质从按钮843按压面和挡盖板831之间的间隙进入第二凹部8322。
另外,如图17所示,在一些实施例中,密封塞82b为挡盖83b的一部分,与挡盖83b同步动作,在挡盖83b打开的同时,密封塞82b与充电接头81b分离,方便充电。
如图13-14所示,在一些实施例中,充电装置80上设置有冷却风扇85,冷却风扇85的进风口朝向鞍座13,冷却风扇85的出风口朝向充电装置80的内部。冷却风扇为至少两个,两个冷却风扇沿着电动摩托车的车辆中心线相对称,对充电装置均匀散热。充电装置80上设置有多个风口86,风口86朝向仪表盘14方向。冷却风扇85对充电装置80进行风冷散热,提高摩托车充电时的安全性,且风口86朝向仪表盘14方向,避免热风直接吹到驾驶员。
如图18-20所示,在一些实施例中,电动摩托车上设置有与电机50、控制器70相关联的冷却装置71d,冷却装置71d包括冷却箱711d、与冷却箱711d连通的冷却液管712d及与冷却液管712d连接的水泵713d,冷却液管712d部分设置在动力电池60上。冷却液管712d 包括第一支管7121d、第二支管7122d、第三支管7123d及第四支管7124d。第一支管7121d 一端与冷却箱711d的出液端连通,另一端与水泵713d的进液端连通。第二支管7122d一端与水泵713的出液端连通,另一端与控制器70的进液端连通。第三支管7123d与控制器70 的出液端连通,电机50固定后平叉320的另一端50的进液端连通。第四支管7124d一端与电机50的出液端连通,另一端与冷却箱711d的回流端连通,且第四支管7124d部分固定在动力电池60上。于其他实施例中,冷却液管712d中的冷却液先进入电机50,然后流入控制器70再回流至冷却箱711d内。
如图18-20所示,水箱71d1侧壁上还设置散热片7112和散热风扇7113d,散热片7112d 设有多个,设于冷却箱711d侧壁上。散热风扇7113d与冷却箱711d相关联,设于散热片7112d 一侧,通过风扇支架7114d安装在冷却箱711d上,对冷却箱711d进行风冷散热并提高散热片7112d的散热效率。散热风扇7113d的进风口朝向鞍座13一侧,出风口朝向仪表盘14一侧,散热风扇7113d启动后,产生的气流由靠近鞍座13的一侧往远离鞍座13的一侧流动,从而避免热风直接吹到驾驶员。
如图18-20所示,冷却装置71d还包括设置在车架上的副水箱714d,副水箱714d固定在车架20或蓄电池外壳62上,与冷却箱711d通过管道连通,并且冷却箱711d通过负压由副水箱714抽入冷却液至水箱711内。副水箱714d内的冷却液自动补充至冷却箱711d内,维持水冷装置71对电机50散热性能。
如图18-20所示,副水箱714d包括副水箱本体7141d、加水通道7142d及副水箱盖7143d;副水箱本体7141通过螺栓连接安装在车架20上,加水通道7142d与副水箱本体7141d相连通,该加水通道7142d呈弯曲结构开设,方便进行加水操作;副水箱盖7143d与加水通道7142 远离副水箱本体7141d的一端可拆卸连接,用于封闭副水箱盖7143d,本实施例中该副水箱盖7143d与副水箱本体7141d为螺纹连接,于其他实施例中,两者也可以是插接过盈配合,或其他连接方式。副水箱714d固定在车架20,当然,在其他实施例中,副水箱714d固定在蓄电池外壳62上。副水箱714d位于蓄电池外壳62一侧,冷却箱711d位于蓄电池外壳62另一侧。于其他实施例中,副水箱714d与冷却箱711d位于蓄电池外壳62的同一侧。副水箱 714d通过补水管7144d与冷却箱711d连通,且补水管7144d固定在蓄电池外壳62上,当然,在其他实施例中,补水管7144d固定在车架20上。冷却箱711d上设有与补水管7144d连接的补液口,当冷却箱711d内的水位下降到预设值之下时,副水箱714d内的水即会通过补水管7144d流入水箱711内进行补充。
如图3-5所示,在一些实施例中,车架20包括与前车轮11相邻近的前车架21及与后车轮12相邻近的后车架22。
如图21-22所示,在一些实施例中,前车架21靠近前车轮11一侧设置前保险杠241a,前保险杠241a至少设有两根,两根前保险杠241a对称设于蓄电池外壳62两侧,前保险杠 241a为直杆状,减小电动摩托车高速行驶时的风阻,提高电动摩托车的操控性和安全性,且前保险杠241a上设置有弹性结构的缓冲件242a,缓冲件242a为弹性结构。在其他实施例中,前保险杠241a设为液压伸缩杆缓冲结构或气压伸缩杆缓冲结构。
另外,如图23所示,在其他实施例中,前保险杠241b包括与车架20连接的管体2411b 和杆体2412b,管体2411b上设置腔体,杆体2412b分***至腔体内,且腔体内设置缓冲弹簧2413b,缓冲弹簧2413b一端与杆体2412b相关连,杆体2412b的另一端设有缓冲件242b。
如图4-5、21-22所示,在一些实施例中,在一些实施例中,前车架21上还设有至少两根固定杆243,固定杆243一端通过连接头244与前车架21连接,另一端与蓄电池外壳62连接,且前保险杠241a通过连接块2431与固定杆243连接,连接块2431为固定杆243的一部分,对称设置于动力电池60两侧。当前保险杠241a受到撞击时,能够将前保险杠241a给动力电池60的压力,转移到整个车架20上。
如图21-22所示,在一些实施例中,前车架21上设置电池保险杠245,电池保险杠245 与蓄电池外壳62相对应,电池保险杠245包括第一杠体2451a、与第一杠体2451a连接的第一接头2451b、第二杠体2451c及与第二杠体2451c连接的第二接头2451d,第一接头2451b与第二接头2451d交错搭接设置,且通过螺钉连接;第一杠体2451a与车架的一侧连接,第二杠体2451c与车架20的另一侧连接。
如图21-22所示,在一些实施例中,前保险杠245通过螺钉与连接块2431一侧连接,电池保险杠245通过螺钉与连接块2431另一侧连接,且电池保险杠245设置在两个连接块2431 之间,电池保险杠245的轴线与前保险杠241a的轴线错开,提高固定杆243之间的强度,避免前保险杠241a受到的冲击力使得固定杆243变形。
如图6-7所示,在一些实施例中,壳体621的外壁上设置有多个连接耳624,连接耳624 上设置有轴孔6241,蓄电池外壳62通过连接耳624与车架20连接。
如图6-7所示,在一些实施例中,蓄电池外壳62靠近前车轮11的一侧与前车架21相连,蓄电池外壳62靠近后车轮12的一侧与后车架22相连。蓄电池外壳62的外壁上设置有多个连接座,上述连接座上形成有轴孔,进一步的,上述连接座为形成于壳体621边缘的圆弧形凸起,上述轴孔贯穿该凸起。具体的,壳体621上设有第一连接座624a、第二连接座624b、第三连接座624c、第四连接座624d、第五连接座624e、第六连接座624f及第七连接座624g,第一连接座624a位于蓄电池外壳62的顶部,第二连接座624b位于蓄电池外壳62朝向前车轮11一侧,第三连接座624c位于蓄电池外壳62朝向后车轮12一侧,且设于蓄电池外壳62 的棱边处,第四连接座624d位于蓄电池外壳62朝向后车轮12一侧,第五连接座624e位于蓄电池外壳62朝向后车轮12一侧。第一连接座624a、第二连接座624b、第三连接座624c、第四连接座624d、第五连接座624e、第六连接座624f及第七连接座624g均设有两个,对称设置在蓄电池外壳62上,其中,第一连接座624a和第二连接座624b和前车架21通过轴相连,第三连接座624c和第四连接座624d和后车架22通过轴相连,第七连接座624g和固定杆 243通过轴相连。
如图4-5及图24所示,在一些实施例中,蓄电池外壳62上连接有脚撑车架25,脚撑车架25上连接有中撑脚261和斜脚撑262,脚撑车架25包括托架251及安装架252。托架251与蓄电池外壳62的底面贴合,托架251两端弯折形成与蓄电池外壳62连接的弯折部2511,弯折部2511与蓄电池外壳62轮廓配合,托架251朝向后车轮12一端与双支脚撑261铰接。安装架252设有两根,对称设于蓄电池外壳62两侧,沿着弯折部2511的边缘轮廓延伸,一端绕过蓄电池外壳62与蓄电池外壳62的第六连接座624f连接,另一端与蓄电池外壳62的侧面连接。安装架252上设有背向蓄电池外壳62侧面倾斜设置的斜撑固定部2521,斜撑固定部2521与斜撑脚262铰接。
如图4-5及图24所示,在一些实施例中,中撑脚261与第五连接座624e相连,中撑脚261包括两根对称设置的支撑杆2611、中撑拨杆2612及第一拉簧2613,支撑杆2611设有托架251的下方,支撑杆2611之间连接有加强轴2614,中撑拨杆2612设有一根,且中撑拨杆 2612与两根支撑杆2611中的一根相连。支撑杆2611和中撑拨杆2612之间连接有连接筋2616,第一拉簧2613一端与支撑杆2611相连,另一端与托架251相连。
如图24所示,在一些实施例中,斜撑脚262包括斜撑铰接片2621、撑杆2622及第二拉簧2623,斜撑铰接片2621为撑杆2622的一部分,一端与斜撑固定部2521铰接,斜撑固定部2521向外倾斜,进而斜撑铰接片2621及撑杆2622也向外倾斜设置。第二拉簧2623一端与撑杆2622相连,另一端与托架251相连。
如图4-5所示,在一些实施例中,车架20上还设有警灯安装座273,警灯安装座273上设有警灯伸缩杆2731,警灯2731a设于警灯伸缩杆2731上。
如图25-27和图28所示,在一些实施例中,后悬架32包括后平叉320,电机设置在后平叉320上,后平叉320一端与后车轮12相连,电机50固定后平叉320的另一端50相连,进而电机50设置在远离后车轮12的一端。电机50和后车轮12通过同步带41相关联,电机50可以随着后平叉320同步动作,进而同步带51松紧度不变。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,后平叉320包括两块支撑板321,两块支撑板321为对称设置,电机50布置于两个支撑板321之间。
如图26-27和图7所示,在一些实施例中,后平叉320上设有电机连接轴323,蓄电池外壳62上设有第七连接座624g,后平叉320通过电机连接轴323和第七连接座624g活动连接。
如图25-27和图28所示,在一些实施例中,支撑板321上设有连接滑槽3212a,两个对称设置的支撑板321上所设置的连接滑槽3212a为同一位置。后车轮12上设有后车轮连接轴 121,后车轮连接轴121和后车轮通过轴承连接,后车轮连接轴121一端与支撑板321上的连接滑槽3212a相连,另一端与另个支撑板321上的连接滑槽3212a相连,两个对称设置的支撑板321设有连接滑槽3212a的一端通过后车轮连接轴121相连,另一端通过电机连接轴323相连,电机50布置于两个支撑板321之间。
支撑板321包括电机连接部3211和后车轮连接部3212,其中电机连接轴323与电机连接部3211相连,连接滑槽3212a设于后车轮连接部3212上。电机50与电机连接部3211相连,具体的,电机50位于两个对称设置的电机连接部3211之间。并且电机连接轴323还与蓄电池外壳61相连,具体的,蓄电池外壳61上设有多个连接耳,具体的,连接耳为形成于蓄电池外壳61边缘的凸起,并且连接耳上形成有轴孔,连接耳对称结构,对称设于蓄电池的两侧,上述连接耳包括第一连接耳625a和第二连接耳625b,其中电机连接轴323***到第一连接耳625a上形成的轴孔内,进而后平叉320与蓄电池外壳61活动连接,后平叉320通过轴连接的方式与蓄电池外壳61相连,可以增加一定的减震性能。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,后悬架32还包括减震器322,减震器322包括伸缩杆3220和套设于伸缩杆3220上的减震弹簧3221。伸缩杆3220一端与蓄电池外壳62相连,另一端与后平叉320相连。两个对称支撑板321上均对称设有横梁连接部3211a,且上述两个横梁连接部3211a相互连接,横梁连接部3211a相互连接,并且两个横梁连接部3211a均与伸缩杆3220相连。减震器包括伸缩杆和减震弹簧,并且伸缩杆一端和蓄电池外壳62相连,另一端与后平叉相连,可以降低后平叉相对蓄电池外壳62运动过程中所产生的震动,减少摩托车在行驶过程中产生的震动。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,伸缩杆3220包括套体3222和杆体3223,套体3222 上设有空腔3222a,并且套体3222和蓄电池外壳62相连,同时减震弹簧3221一端与套体3222 相连,另一端与杆体3223相连,并且杆体3223于空腔3222a内滑动。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,杆体3223上设有减震垫3223a,减震垫3223a位于杆体3223和套体3222之间。减震垫可以进一步降低杆体相对套体来回活动的速度。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,套体3222一端设有空腔3222a,另一端设有第一弹簧限位片3222b,杆体3223一端于空腔3222a内活动,另一端设有第二弹簧限位片3223b,减震弹簧3221一端与第一弹簧限位片3222b抵接,另一端与第二弹簧限位片3223b抵接。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,减震垫3223a与第二弹簧限位片3223b相连,减震垫3223a和杆体3223均位于第二弹簧限位片3223b的同一侧。第二弹簧限位片3223b和减震垫3223a上均设有同心设置的螺孔,杆体3223一端于空腔3222a内来回滑动,另一端穿过上述螺孔与后平叉320相连。并且伸缩杆3220上还设有法兰垫片3224,法兰垫片3224卡入第二弹簧限位片3223b上的上述螺孔内,杆体3223上述螺孔。杆体3223一端于空腔3222a内滑动,另一端连接有弹簧调节螺帽3223c,第二弹簧限位片3223b上设有减震限位凹槽,减震限位凹槽为形成于第二弹簧限位片3223b上的凹槽,弹簧调节螺帽3223c卡入减震限位凹槽内。
如图25-27和图7所示,在一些实施例中,伸缩杆3220一端与蓄电池外壳62相连,伸缩杆3220另一端与后平叉320相连,其中套体3222和蓄电池外壳62相连,杆体3223和后平叉320相连。套体3222一端设有空腔3222a,套体3222另一端设有第一减震连接轴3222c,第一减震连接轴3222c上套设有第一接头3222d,第一接头3222d和杆体3223相连,并且第一减震连接轴3222c可以与第一接头3222d内转动,且第一减震连接轴3222c与蓄电池外壳 61相连,具体的,第一减震连接轴3222c与第二连接耳625b相连。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,杆体3223和后平叉320相连,具体的杆体3223一端于空腔3222a内滑动,杆体3223另一端设有第二减震连接轴3223e,第二减震连接轴3223e上套设有第二接头3223d,第二减震连接轴3223e可以于第二接头3223d内转动,两个对称设置的支撑板321上均设有横梁连接部3211a,两个对称设置的横梁连接部3211a相连,并且横梁连接部3211a上均设有减震杆连接螺孔,其中第二减震连接轴3223c两端分别***两个对称设置的横梁连接部3211a上的减震杆连接螺孔内。杆体上通过轴后平叉相连,进而杆体可以相对轴转动以增加杆体的活动性。
如图25-27所示,在一些实施例中,后平叉320上还设有后挡泥板324,后挡泥板的横截面为向中间凹陷的弧形,并且后挡泥板324罩住后车轮。后挡泥板324一端与后平叉320相连,另一端悬空设置,并覆盖后车轮12的部分区域,后挡泥板324的中间罩住后车轮12,两侧向着后车轮12两侧延伸。
后挡泥板324中间向内凹陷罩住后车轮12,两侧向着后车轮方向上延伸,并且形成有从动轮罩壳3241,并且罩住位于后车轮12上的从动轮122。后挡泥板324一端与后平叉320相连,另一端沿着后车轮12的边缘延伸,并且后挡泥板324一端与后平叉320相连,另一端为圆弧形。后挡泥板324一端为圆弧形,并且圆弧形的一端为悬空设置,另一端翻折形成挡泥板连接部3242,两块对称设置的支撑板52上的横梁连接部3211a均与挡泥板连接部3242通过螺钉相连;后挡泥板可以防止后车轮卷起的泥土、水等飞溅到发动机或者驾驶者身上。
如图28-29所示,后车轮12包括后车轮连接轴121、轮毂122、带轮123以及同步带124,其中后车轮连接轴121穿过后车轮12,进而后车轮12可以以后车轮连接轴121为轴心转动,带轮123设置在轮毂122上,同步带124一端套设于带轮123上,另一端套设于电机50的动力输出轴上,其中带轮123的表面设置有硬质层1231,硬质层1231为带轮123的一部分,且硬质层1231的厚度为30μm-60μm或40μm-50μm。带轮的轻质化设置,提高带轮强度,降低重量。

前车轮;
后车轮;
控制器;
悬挂***,包括前悬架及后悬架,所述前车轮通过所述前悬架联接至所述车架,所述后车轮通过所述后悬架联接至所述车架;
电机,所述前车轮或后车轮至少其中之一传动联接至所述电机;
动力电池,设置在所述车架上,且所述动力电池与所述电机电连接;
充电装置,设置在所述车架上,所述动力电池与所述充电装置电连接;
所述动力电池包括蓄电池和蓄电池外壳,所述蓄电池设置在所述蓄电池外壳内,且所述蓄电池外壳与所述车架连接;
所述后车轮包括轮毂,带轮设置在所述轮毂上;
其特征在于,所述带轮与同步带的接触面上设置有硬质层,所述硬质层为所述带轮的一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述硬质层的厚度为30μm-60μm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述硬质层的厚度为40μm-50μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述后悬架包括通过轴与所述车架连接的后平叉和减震器,所述后平叉与所述后车轮相连,且所述电机设置在所述后平叉上,所述电机设置在所述后平叉远离所述后车轮的一端上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述后平叉包括两个相对称设置的支撑板,所述电机位于所述两个支撑板之间。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述蓄电池外壳上靠近所述后车轮的一侧上设置有连接耳,所述后平叉通过轴与所述连接耳连接。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述减震器包括伸缩杆和套在所述伸缩杆上的减震弹簧,所述伸缩杆的一端通过轴与所述蓄电池外壳连接,另一端通过轴与所述后平叉连接。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述后平叉上通过螺钉固定有后挡泥板,所述后挡泥板与所述后车轮相对应。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种电动摩托车,其特征在于,所述后挡泥板一端与所述后平叉连接,另一端为悬空;所述后挡泥板部分翻折形成有连接部,所述连接部通过螺钉与所述后平叉连接。
