将其安装在柴、机油箱油塞上,具有整体性良好, 无运动零件,电压适用域宽、节能、恒温加热的特点, 接通电源120秒,加温器能够达到220℃,改善了柴 油内燃机的燃油***及柴、汽油内燃机润滑***冷起 动性,确保在0℃~-40℃环境温度内迅速起动。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种柴油、机油的恒温加热装置。
在现有技术方面,国产汽油、柴油内燃机都没有设计这种加热装置。由于柴油、机油具有低温条件下冷凝、增加粘稠力的物理特性,普遍存在低温环境内起动难的问题。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种油塞加温器,以改善汽油、柴油内燃机润滑***、柴油内燃机燃料***的冷起动性,解决在0℃~-40℃环境温度内起动难题。
本实用新型采用PTC热敏电阻为发热元件;整体机壳采用热传导性最好的紫铜管结构;工艺采用紫铜电极高温导线埋线法。

在紫铜管状结构的机壳(2)内放置一圆桶状的定型热敏电阻(1),热敏电阻元件的电压适用范围:12v、24v、36v,电阻:12~17Ω,恒温温度:220℃;热敏电阻电极(3)与导线(5)相接,热敏电阻(1)的左端放置一绝缘垫(6),右端放置一绝缘塞(4);机壳(2)右端有一油塞帽(7)。
本实用新型安装在柴油箱油塞、机油箱油塞上,具有整体性良好,无运动零件,电压适用域宽(12v,24v,36v),节能,升温快,温度高,恒温加热的特点。接通电源120秒,加温器能够达到220℃,快速恒温加热柴油、机油;改善了柴油内燃机的燃油***及柴、汽油内燃机润滑***冷起动性,确保在0℃~-40℃环境温度内迅速起动。该油塞加温器适用国产柴、汽油内燃机装配的柴油车、汽油车、工程车、拖拉机、渔轮。

1、一种油塞加温器,其特征在于:采用PTC热敏电阻为发热元件,在紫铜管状结构的机壳(2)内放置一圆桶状的定型热敏电阻(1),热敏电阻电极(3)与导线(5)相接,热敏电阻(1)的左端放置一绝缘垫(6),右端放置一绝缘塞(4),机壳(2)的右端有一油塞帽(7)。
