技术领域
本实用新型与窗帘的卷收机构有关,特别涉及一种能够使窗帘收合速度减缓的窗帘的阻尼装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的窗帘包括一上梁、一帘体及一转轴,该转轴位于该上梁且用以带动该帘体的展开或收合。帘体在展开的过程中,帘体本身的重量将形成向下的拉力,使得转轴的转速加快,进而使得帘体展开的速度过快,而有造成机件的磨损或帘体撞击到位于帘体下方物件的风险。在该转轴带动该帘体收合的过程中,若转轴的转速过快亦会使帘体收合的速度过快。
为此,现有技术中的窗帘中,通常会装设一油液阻尼装置于该转轴上,以形成阻尼,降低该转轴的转速,进而减缓帘体展开或收合的速度。然而,油液的黏度易受温度影响,当温度高时,阻尼油的黏度较低,则阻尼效果不佳;反之,当温度低时,黏度过高,又会影响窗帘操作的顺畅性;此外,油液阻尼装置在长期使用下,可能会产生漏油的情形,而影响原本阻尼的效果,油漏得越多,阻尼的效果越差,更严重的情况,将失去阻尼的作用。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种窗帘的阻尼装置,在不同温度环境中或长期使用下亦可保有良好的阻尼效果。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的一种窗帘的阻尼装置,其中该窗帘包括一上梁、一帘体及一驱动机构,该驱动机构位于该上梁中且用以带动该帘体的展开或收合;该阻尼装置设置于该上梁且连接该驱动机构;该阻尼装置包含一金属件与一磁性件,其中,该磁性件具有一第一磁极及一第二磁极,该第一磁极及该第二磁极的至少其中之一面对该金属件;其中,该金属件位于该磁性件的磁场范围内,且该金属件及该磁性件的至少其中之一受该驱动机构所带动,以使该金属件与该磁性件产生相对运动。
其中,该金属件包括一金属滚筒;该磁性件位于该金属滚筒中,该第一磁极及该第二磁极的至少其中之一面对该金属滚筒的内环面。
其中,该第一磁极与该第二磁极位于同一轴线上,且该轴线位于该滚筒的径向上。

而该阻尼装置10的该调整单元16包括一支架18、一螺套20、一螺杆22与一固定座24,该支架18结合于一基座28且借由该基座28而设置于该上梁102。该支架18具有一容置槽182,该螺套20设置于该支架18的容置槽182中。该支架18另具有二切槽184,该二切槽184与该容置槽182相通,各该切槽184具有二相面对的第一平切面184a。该螺杆22穿过该二切槽184且可移动地与该螺套20螺合,该螺杆22具有二相背对的第二平切面222与该些切槽184的第一平切面184a相抵接。该固定座24连接于该螺杆22的一端且自该金属滚筒14的开放端144伸入该金属滚筒14中。该固定座24与有一槽孔242,该槽孔242沿贯穿该固定座24且其贯穿方向位于该金属滚筒14的径向上。该固定座24延伸形成有一凸轴26,该凸轴26穿设于该轴套15中,以使该金属滚筒14可以该凸轴26为轴心而相对该固定座24转动。
该磁铁30在本实施例中以永久磁铁为例,该磁铁30具有位于两端且极性不同的一第一磁极30a与一第二磁极30b,该第一磁极30a与该第二磁极30b位于同一轴线i上。该磁铁30设置于该固定座24的槽孔242而位于该金属滚筒14中,该第一磁极30a与该第二磁极30b分别面对该金属滚筒14的内环面,且该轴线i位于该金属滚筒14的径向上,该第一、第二磁极30a,30b分别与该金属滚筒14的内环面之间保有一间距,且该金属滚筒14位于该磁铁30的磁场范围内。然而,此一间距并不受此所限,该第一、第二磁极30a,30b亦可与该金属滚筒14的内环面抵接,只要使该磁铁30与该金属滚筒14保持在可相对转动的状态即可。
请参照图5与图6,顺时针或逆时针转动该螺套20可带动该螺杆22位移,进而调整该磁铁30伸入该金属滚筒14的深度,以改变该第一、第二磁极30a,30b与该金属滚筒14内环面重叠的范围。
请继续参阅图2至图4,该单向离合器32包括一本体34与一套筒36,该本体34连接于该转轴106的一端,该本体34具有一圆筒部342,该圆筒部342的外环面配置有多个滚柱344,该些滚柱344的中轴延伸方向平行于该转轴106的轴向。该套筒36套设于该圆筒部342上,该套筒36的一端具有一多边形的轴杆362,该套筒36的内环面具有多个凹槽364,各该滚柱344位于各该凹槽364之中,各该凹槽364之槽壁具有一挡止部364a,各该凹槽364于相对该挡止部364a的位置形成有一弧面364b。当该转轴106带动该本体34沿一第一方向D1转动时,该些滚柱344分别抵于该些凹槽364中位在空间较宽一侧的挡止部364a,使得该圆筒部342为该转轴106所带动而转动时,该些滚柱344位在该挡止部364a原地转动,则该套筒36不为该圆筒部342所带动;当该转轴106带动该本体34沿相反于该第一方向D1的一第二方向D2转动时,该些滚柱344将分别沿着该些凹槽364的弧面364b移动而进入凹槽364之中宽度较窄的一侧,该些滚柱344受限于较窄的空间而压抵于该圆筒部342并产生较大摩擦力,而不与该圆筒部342产生相对转动,使得该圆筒部342与该套筒36同步转动。借此,使该套筒36产生单向旋转,而前述的该第二方向D2即为该转轴106带动该帘体104展开时的转动方向。
该变速器38在本实施例中为行星齿轮变速器,其具有一输入轴382与一输出轴384,该变速器38通过该基座28而设置于该上梁102,该输入轴382连接于该单向离合器32的轴杆362,该输出轴384为该行星齿轮***的太阳齿轴,且该输出轴384结合于该封闭端142的外侧表面。借此阻尼装置10、单向离合器32与变速器38串连配置,该金属件12受该转轴106单向带动旋转。
前述为本实用新型的该阻尼装置10的结构,并串接有该单向离合器32及该变速器38之配置关系。再请配合图7,在该转轴106带动该金属滚筒14转动的过程中,该金属滚筒14通过该第一磁极30a的部位将会产生涡电流而形成感应磁场,所形成的感应磁场与该第一磁极30a的磁力相 互作用,借以形成阻力作用于该金属滚筒14而减缓该金属滚筒14的转动速度。同样地,该金属滚筒14通过该第二磁极30b的部位亦会形成感应磁场而与第二磁极30b的磁力相互作用,以更进一步减缓该金属滚筒14的转动速度。借此,在该帘体104展开的过程中产生阻尼效果。
值得一提的是,该第一磁极30a与该第二磁极30b位于同一该轴线i上,因此,所形成的阻力可以平均地作用于该金属滚筒14内环面的两个相对的位置,让金属滚筒14转动的中心轴线不致倾斜。实务上,只要该磁铁30的第一、第二磁极30a,30b之中的至少一者面对该金属滚筒14的内环面、封闭端142或外环面,该阻尼装置10便可产生阻尼效果。此外,本实施例中是以金属滚筒14对该磁铁30做相对转动,实则反之亦可,亦即通过机构的安排配置,也可为磁铁30相对金属滚筒14转动,同样可产生阻尼的效果,而磁铁30可受单向离合器带动而单向转动,或者磁铁30连接于变速器38的输出轴384而使磁铁30与变速器38同步转动。
图8至图10为本实用新型第二较佳实施例的阻尼装置50,其具有大致相同于第一实施例的结构,包括一单向离合器52、一变速器54、一金属件60与一磁性件72。该单向离合器52设置于该变速器54与该转轴106之间,该变速器54通过一基座56设置于该上梁102。
该基座56上设置有二对面设置的固定座58,58’与该变速器54相邻。各该固定座58,58’具有二凹窝582及二结合柱584分别位于该二凹窝582中。各该固定座58,58’的该二凹窝582之间各别具有一轴孔586,各该固定座58,58’上的凹窝582是以各该固定座58,58’的轴孔586为中心配置。该固定座58的各该凹窝582是与另一该固定座58’的各该凹窝582相对应,且两对相应的凹窝582分别位于二轴线i1,i2上。
本实施例中,该金属件60包括一金属转盘62与一轴杆70,该金属转盘62包括一圆形的盘体64与一轴心66。该盘体64具有相背对的二面,该盘体64位于该二固定座58,58’之间,使得该二固定座58,58’分别对应于该盘体64的不同面。该盘体64中央具有一多边形孔642,该轴心66的其中一端662呈多边形且与该多边形孔642配合,该轴心66穿过该固定座58且该轴心66的另一端664与该变速器54的输出轴542结合。该 轴杆70穿过该固定座58’且插设于该轴心66之该端662的插孔662a中。借此,该转轴106单向转动时,可带动该金属转盘62旋转。
该磁性件72在本实施例中包括二第一磁铁74与二第二磁铁76,该二第一磁铁74设置于该固定座58上且位于该凹窝582中,该二第一磁铁74各别具有一结合孔742为对应的结合柱584穿设。该二第一磁铁74分别具有极性相同的一第一磁极74a面对该盘体64的其中一面,形成以该轴心66的延伸线为中心配置。该二第二磁铁76设置于该固定座58’上且位于该凹窝582中,该二第二磁铁76各别具有一结合孔762为对应的结合柱584穿设。该二第二磁铁76分别具有极性相同的一第二磁极76a,各该第二磁极76a之极性与各该第一磁极74a的极性相异且面对该盘体64的另一面。各该第二磁极76a与各该第一磁极74a分别位于各该轴线i1,i2上。
借由上述的结构,在该转轴106带动该盘体64转动的过程中,该盘体64通过各该第一磁铁74的第一磁极74a的部位将会产生涡电流而形成感应磁场,所形成的感应磁场与各该第一磁极74a的磁力相互作用,借以形成阻力作用于该盘体64而减缓该盘体64的转动速度。同样地,该盘体64通过各该第二磁铁76的第二磁极76a的部位亦会形成感应磁场而与各该第二磁极76a的磁力相互作用,以更进一步减缓该盘体64的转动速度。借此,在该帘体104展开的过程中产生阻尼效果。
值得一提的是,由于该二第一磁铁74及该二第二磁铁76是以该轴心66的延伸线为中心配置,因此,所形成的阻力可以平均地作用于该盘体64的两面,让盘体64转动的中心轴线不致倾斜。实务上,第一磁铁74与第二磁铁76的数量不限为各二个,只要一个第一磁铁74或一个第二磁铁76的磁极面对该盘体64的其中一面,该阻尼装置便可产生阻尼效果,在此情形下,固定座58,58’及其凹窝582亦仅需要一个。此外,该阻尼装置50更可包括一调整单元,以调整第一、第二磁铁74,76其中一者的磁极与该盘体64之间的相对位置,例如磁极与该盘体64之间的间距或磁极与该盘体64重叠的范围。
如上所述,本发明的阻尼装置借由磁性件的磁极与金属件产生相互作用力,可持续保有良好的阻尼效果,使得金属件的转动速度减缓,进而使 帘体展开的速度变慢。此外,在前述各实施例中,金属件采用非磁性金属材料,实务上亦可采用磁性金属材料,借由磁性件吸引金属件而产生阻尼效果。若欲使帘体收合时也有阻尼效果,亦可不装设单向离合器,以使帘体收合的速度变慢。又或者,单向离合器不限为本案实施例所示的机构,现有技术中的弹簧旋抱式或棘齿式单向离合器亦适用。对于重量较轻的帘体,亦可不装设变速器。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳可行实施例而已,凡应用本实用新型所披露内容所作的等效变化,理应包含在本实用新型的专利保护范围内。

Claims (14)

1.一种窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该窗帘包括一上梁、一帘体及一驱动机构,该驱动机构位于该上梁中且用以带动该帘体的展开或收合;该阻尼装置设置于该上梁且连接该驱动机构;该阻尼装置包含:
一金属件;以及
一磁性件,具有一第一磁极及一第二磁极,该第一磁极及该第二磁极的至少其中之一面对该金属件;
其中,该金属件位于该磁性件的磁场范围内,且该金属件及该磁性件的至少其中之一受该驱动机构所带动,以使该金属件与该磁性件产生相对运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属件包括一金属滚筒;该磁性件位于该金属滚筒中,该第一磁极及该第二磁极的至少其中之一面对该金属滚筒的内环面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该第一磁极与该第二磁极位于同一轴线上,且该轴线位于该滚筒的径向上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其包括一调整单元,用以调整该磁性件与该金属滚筒内环面重叠的范围。
5.根据权利要求4所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属滚筒具有一开放端;该调整单元包括一支架、一螺套、一螺杆与一固定座,该螺套设置于该支架上;该螺杆可移动地与该螺套螺合;该固定座连接于该螺杆且自该开放端伸入该金属滚筒中;该磁性件设置于该固定座。
6.根据权利要求5所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属件具有一位于该金属滚筒中的轴套;该调整单元包括一穿设于该轴套的凸轴,以使该金属滚筒可以该凸轴为轴心而相对该固定座转动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属件包括一金属转盘,该金属转盘具有相背对的二面;该磁性件包括至少一第一磁铁,且该第一磁铁的该第一磁极及该第二磁极的其中之一面对该金属转盘的其中一面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属件包括一金属转盘,该金属转盘具有相背对的二面;该磁性件包括至少一第一磁铁与至少一第二磁铁,且该第一磁铁与该第二磁铁分别具有该第一磁极及该第二磁极;该第一磁铁与该第二磁铁分别对应于该金属转盘的不同面,且该第一磁铁与该第二磁铁面对该金属转盘的磁极的极性相异。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其包含有至少一设置于该金属转盘的一侧的固定座;该磁铁设置于该固定座上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其包含有一调整单元,用以调整该第一磁铁的磁极与该金属转盘之间的相对位置。
11.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属件与该驱动机构之间设有一单向离合器,该单向离合器受该驱动机构带动并使该金属件单向旋转。
12.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该磁性件与该驱动机构之间设有一单向离合器,该单向离合器受该驱动机构带动并使该磁性件单向旋转。
13.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该金属件与该驱动机构之间设有一变速器,该变速器具有一输入轴与一输出轴,该输入轴连接该驱动机构,该输出轴连接该金属件,使该金属件与该变速器同步转动。
14.根据权利要求1所述的窗帘的阻尼装置,其特征在于,其中该磁性件与该驱动机构之间设有一变速器,该变速器具有一输入轴与一输出轴,该输入轴连接该驱动机构,该输出轴连接该磁性件,使该磁性件与该变速器同步转动。
