本实用新型公开了一种LED连体灯丝灯,包括灯头、泡壳、设于泡壳内的LED灯丝,所述LED灯丝包括若干个封装有LED芯片及荧光胶的LED灯丝单元,LED灯丝单元的顶端为整体成型的连体结构;LED灯丝下端灯脚焊接于线路板上,灯头内设置有散热板;本LED连体灯丝灯由置电路板及散热板,解决了LED灯丝灯电路及散热结构外置而带来的不便,产品应用时更加灵活;此外,由于LED灯丝的顶端是连体结构,与传统的LED灯丝灯相比,在生产时减少了焊接工作量,大大提升了生产效率,由于减少了人工焊接点,也提高了灯丝的可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具的技术领域,具体是指一种LED连体灯丝灯。
背景技术
传统白炽灯由于高能耗低效率正逐渐被淘汰。为了迎合消费者的怀旧情怀,由LED灯珠构成灯丝的仿传统白炽灯,应运而生。LED灯丝灯外部的泡壳形状与传统的白炽灯相同,内部则是LED灯丝支架。
由于采用LED光源,因此目前的LED灯丝灯都需要外设散热装置,以解决LED整流电源定散热问题,从而导致LED灯丝灯在使用时需要配套专用的灯座,不仅不方便,而且容易出故障,也影响了产品的适用范围。
此外,目前LED灯丝灯的灯丝都是由几根独立的单根灯丝首尾焊接组成,焊点较多,生产效率低,工作量大,可靠性低。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单、可靠耐用、内置散热结构的LED连体灯丝灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种LED连体灯丝灯,包括灯头、泡壳、设于泡壳内的LED灯丝,所述LED灯丝包括若干个封装有LED芯片及荧光胶的LED灯丝单元, LED灯丝单元的顶端为整体成型的连体结构;LED灯丝下端灯脚焊接于线路板上,灯头内设置有散热板。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述灯头、散热板的都是螺旋状,散热板嵌装于螺旋状灯头的内部。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本LED连体灯丝灯由置电路板及散热板,解决了LED灯丝灯电路及散热结构外置而带来的不便,产品应用时更加灵活;此外,由于LED灯丝的顶端是连体结构,与传统的LED灯丝灯相比,在生产时减少了一半的焊接工作量,大大提升了生产效率,由于减少了人工焊接点,也提高了灯丝的可靠性。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示的一种LED连体灯丝灯,包括灯头1、泡壳2、设于泡壳2内的LED灯丝3,LED灯丝包括若干个封装有LED芯片及荧光胶的LED灯丝单元, LED灯丝单元的顶端为整体成型的连体结构;LED灯丝3下端灯脚焊接于线路板4上,灯头1内设置有散热板5。
根据需要,泡壳2可以是玻璃泡、塑料泡等 ,泡壳的形状也可以是尖泡,拉层泡,蜡烛泡,圆泡或长泡等。
本设计的线路板的其材可以采用铝基板,陶瓷板或者玻纤板等。
灯头1、散热板5的都是螺旋状,散热板5嵌装于螺旋状灯头1的内部。类似的,当灯头为卡式灯头或者其它形状的灯头时,散热板只需与灯头的内侧表面相适应即可。散热板的质材可以是铝、铜等金属或者陶瓷等材料制成。

1.一种LED连体灯丝灯,包括灯头(1)、泡壳(2)、设于泡壳(2)内的LED灯丝(3),其特征在于:所述LED灯丝包括若干个封装有LED芯片及荧光胶的LED灯丝单元, LED灯丝单元的顶端为整体成型的连体结构;LED灯丝(3)下端灯脚焊接于线路板(4)上,灯头(1)内设置有散热板(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED连体灯丝灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(1)、散热板(5)的都是螺旋状,散热板(5)嵌装于螺旋状灯头(1)的内部。
