本实用新型涉及一种儿童汽车座。
背景技术
现有技术中,儿童汽车座安装到汽车内座位上使用时通常相对汽车座固定,而在发生碰撞等事故时起到减震作用的是系在儿童汽车座上的安全带。但是安全带仅能对汽车座内的儿童起缓冲减震保护作用,对汽车座本身几乎不起保护作用。一般来说,儿童汽车座包括固定连接在一起的座椅和底座,在实际应用中,当发生碰撞时,座椅由于惯性会相对底座摆动,这使得座椅和底座之间的连接位置容易产生变形甚至断裂。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种对汽车座的座椅起减震保护作用的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,它包括座椅、位于座椅下方并对座椅形成支撑的底座,座椅可沿一路线滑动地设置于底座上。底座上形成一限位块,该限位块处于座椅相对底座滑动所沿路线的前方。限位块与座椅之间设置有吸能材料,在座椅朝向限位块滑动时,吸能材料被压缩而产生形变。当汽车遭遇碰撞或急刹车时,座椅由于惯性会相对底座移动,使得吸能材料被挤压而产生形变,以提供缓冲减震作用。本文此处及其它各处所述的“前”是根据座椅的移动方向来定义的,即汽车发生碰撞时座椅相对滑轨滑动的方向为前方,反之,与前方相反的方向即为后方。

在一种具体实施例中,座椅的底部具有滑动块,座椅通过滑动块与底座可相对滑动地连接,吸能材料设置于滑动块与限位块之间。座椅采用整体式构造,其底部形成的滑动块既方便相对底座滑动,又便于与吸能材料接触。
在一种具体实施例中,底座上具有一用于对座椅提供滑动支撑的滑轨,该滑轨沿前后方向呈直线形延伸。

实施例1
如图1-5所示的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,包括座椅1、位于座椅1下方并对座椅1形成支撑的底座2,底座2上具有一沿前后方向延伸的滑轨21,所述座椅1可滑动地设置于滑轨21上。底座2上向上凸起形成一限位块22,限位块22处于座椅1相对滑轨21滑动所沿路线的前方,限位块22与座椅1之间设置有吸能材料4。
吸能材料4为已知材料,现有的吸能材料有很多种,例如泡沫金属等,本实用新型优选采用泡沫铝作为吸能材料4。当座椅1相对底座2朝向限位块22滑动而挤压吸能材料4时,吸能材料4能够产生形变,以对座椅1提供缓冲减震作用。
在本实施例中,座椅1采用分体式构造,即:座椅1主要由座椅本体11、可拆卸地连接于座椅本体11底部的框架12构成。框架12包括沿左右方向延伸的横梁123、设置于横梁123左右侧底部的滑动块122,该滑动块122与滑轨21相滑动配合。
具体地,座椅本体11上设置有卡座111,框架12上设置有卡扣121,座椅本体11与框架12通过卡座111与卡扣121的插接配合相可拆卸地连接。
在图1-5所示本实施例中,滑轨21的对座椅1提供滑动支撑的轨道沿水平方向呈直线形延伸。当汽车发生碰撞或急刹车时,座椅1会相对底座2向前滑动,通过横梁123及滑动块122与限位块22对吸能材料4的挤压,使得吸能材料被压缩变形,从而对座椅1产生减震缓冲效果。
实施例2
本实施例参照图6所示,本实施例与上面所讨论的实施例1结构相似,区别在于:座椅1不采用分体式构造,而是采用座椅1底部带有滑动块10的整体式构造。
如图6所示,滑动块10的滑动设置于滑轨21上,吸能材料4设置于滑动块10与限位块22之间。
本实施例的动作原理与方式与实施例1相同,但是,所不同的是,本实施例中的座椅本身在正常情况下是不可拆分的,因而对滑动块10的柔韧度及牢固度都有一定的实际应用需求。
实施例3
参照图7-8所示,本实施例中的座椅1与底座2同样采用可相对滑动的连接方式,与上述实施例1所不同的是,滑轨21的对座椅1提供滑动支撑的轨道呈弧线形延伸,本实施例的其它部分的结构都参照实施例1描述的来实施。当汽车发生碰撞或急刹车时,座椅1会按弧形轨迹滑动,通过框架12和限位块22的配合来压缩吸能材料4,使得吸能材料4发生变形,以对座椅1提供吸能减震保护作用。
实施例4
参照图9所示,本实施例与实施例3的结构相似,区别在于:座椅1不采用分体式构造,而是采用座椅1底部带有滑动块10的整体式构造。
实施例5
参照图10所示,本实施例与实施例1相似,滑轨21也采用直线形轨道,所不同的是,本实施例中,滑轨21的对座椅1提供滑动支撑的轨道沿倾斜于水平面的方向延伸,且轨道的前端高于后端。当产生碰撞时,座椅1沿向上的轨迹滑动,通过框架12与限位块22的配合压缩吸能材料4使之变形,从而实现吸能减震目的。
本实施例可以参照上述的实施例1至实施例2的变形,将座椅1设置为底部带有滑动块的整体式构造,由于可以参照以上介绍的实施,因而不采用附图详细描述。
实施例6
参照图11所示,本实施例与上面讨论的实施例5相似,区别在于:滑轨21的对座椅1提供滑动支撑的轨道前端低于后端,当产生碰撞时,座椅1沿向下的轨迹滑动,通过框架12与限位块22的配合压缩吸能材料4使之变形,从而实现吸能减震目的。
本实施例也可以参照上述的实施例1至实施例2的变形,将座椅1设置为底部带有滑动块的整体式构造,由于可以参照以上介绍的实施,因而不采用附图详细描述。

6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,其特征在于:所述底座(2)上具有一用于对座椅(1)提供滑动支撑的滑轨(21),该滑轨(21)沿前后方向呈直线形延伸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨(21)沿水平方向延伸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨(21)沿倾斜于水平面的方向延伸,且滑轨(21)的前端高于或低于后端。
9.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,其特征在于:所述底座(2)上具有一用于对座椅(1)提供滑动支撑的沿前后方向延伸的滑轨(21),所述滑轨(21)呈弧线形延伸。
10.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的儿童汽车座吸能减震装置,其特征在于:吸能材料(4)的材质选自泡沫金属、薄壁的管材、聚氨酯泡沫中的一种或几种,且优选为蜂窝铝。
