Abstract
本实用新型公开一种插座连接器,用于连接至电路板,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体内的导电端子、包覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体、与遮蔽壳体相互定位的加强件及一体包覆于遮蔽壳体和加强件外的绝缘壳体。所述加强件包括本体部及位于本体部两侧的固持加强部。所述加强件于主体部与固持加强部的连接处设有凹槽。当于遮蔽壳体和加强件外包覆成型绝缘壳体时,所述凹槽内收容对应模仁,以便于定位成型绝缘壳体。如此设计,成型绝缘壳体时不发生溢胶,即避免成型后的绝缘壳体有毛边,提高了产品品质。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种插座连接器,尤其涉及一种用于连接实现内部数据与外部数据传输的插座连接器。
【背景技术】
现有相关技术请参阅公告于2012年05月11日中国台湾新型专利公告第M429211号,该专利揭示出一种插座连接器,包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体内的导电端子、包覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体及包覆于遮蔽壳体外的绝缘壳体。所述绝缘本体具有主体部及主体部延伸形成的舌板。所述导电端子包括固持于绝缘本体内的固持部、自固持部一端延伸形成的接触部及自固持部另一端弯折延伸形成的焊接部。所述遮蔽壳体设有包覆于绝缘本体外的本体部及位于本体部后侧的尾部。所述尾部固持连接于电路板上,用于加强连接器与电路板的固持紧密性。所述绝缘壳体包覆成型于遮蔽壳体外。
但是,由于绝缘壳体部分包覆遮蔽壳体的尾部,插设入遮蔽壳体内的模仁无法与所有的尾部紧密配合。因此,绝缘壳体成型时会发生溢胶,即绝缘壳体一般会有毛边。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的插座连接器,以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种插座连接器,其可以避免注塑时溢胶的发生。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开一种插座连接器,用于连接至电路板,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体内的导电端子、包覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体、与遮蔽壳体相互定位的加强件及一体包覆于遮蔽壳体和加强件外的绝缘壳体。所述绝缘本体包括主体部及自主体部延伸形成的舌板。所述导电端子包括固持部、自固持部一端延伸形成的接触部及自固持部另一端延伸形成的连接部。所述加强件包括本体部及位于本体部两侧的固持加强部。所述加强件于主体部与固持加强部的连接处设有凹槽。
进一步的,所述绝缘壳体包覆本体部,所述固持加强部暴露于绝缘壳体外,所述凹槽亦暴露于绝缘壳体外。
进一步的,所述固持加强部自本体部向外弯折形成,所述固持加强件具有形成于尾端的固持脚,所述电路板上设有固持孔,所述固持脚插设于固持孔。
进一步的,所述遮蔽壳体上表面还设有定位凸包,所述加强件的本体部设有定位孔,所述定位孔与定位凸包卡固配合。
进一步的,所述固持加强件包括水平延伸部,所述水平延伸部的高度低于插座连接器整体的高度。
进一步的,所述绝缘本体的主体部设有若干卡扣凹槽,所述遮蔽壳体相对于卡扣凹槽设有若干卡持凸包,所述卡持凸包与卡扣凹槽卡扣配合。
进一步的,所述遮蔽壳体上表面设有锁扣凹槽,所述锁扣凹槽呈凹陷形。
进一步的,所述加强件还设有让位孔,所述让位孔让位锁扣凹槽,并与锁扣凹槽初步限位。
进一步的,所述导电端子在制造过程中一直由料带连接定位。
进一步的,所述绝缘壳体设有若干夹持孔,所述夹持孔具有滴入成型的防水胶。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型插座连接器至少具有以下有益效果:由于加强件的主体部与固持加强部的连接处设有一凹槽。当于遮蔽壳体和加强件外包覆成型绝缘壳体时,所述凹槽内收容对应模仁,以便于定位成型绝缘壳体。如此设计,成型绝缘壳体时不发生溢胶,即避免成型后的绝缘壳体有毛边,提高了产品品质。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合附图详细介绍本实用新型插座连接器100的具体实施方式。本说明书中所涉及方向皆以图6为参考。
参阅图1-7,本实施方式中插座连接器100为一种Micro USB插座连接器,用于焊接至电路板6,其包括绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体1内的导电端子2、包覆于绝缘本体1外的遮蔽壳体3、与遮蔽壳体3相互固持的加强件4及包覆成型于遮蔽壳体3和加强件4外的绝缘壳体5。
所述绝缘本体1包括主体部11及自主体部11向前延伸形成的舌板12。所述主体部11顶面及底面设有若干卡扣凹槽111。所述卡扣凹槽111用于与遮蔽壳体3相互卡扣配合,实现绝缘本体1与遮蔽壳体3之间的限位作用。
所述导电端子2由金属板冲压形成,***成型于绝缘本体1内。所述导电端子2包括固持部、自固持部向前延伸形成的接触部22及连接于固持部另一端的连接部23。所述固持部固持于绝缘本体1的主体部11中。所述接触部22收容于绝缘本体1的舌板12内且突露出舌板12,以与对接连接器的导电端子电性接触。所述连接部23弯折延伸出绝缘本体1的后端,以连接至电路板。本实施例中,所述连接部23以焊接的方式连接至电路板6上。所述导电端子2在制造过程中一直由料带连接定位,因此,导电端子2整体定位实现较为简单且保证良好的一致性。
所述遮蔽壳体3呈贯通状且包覆于绝缘本体1外,形成一收容空间30,以收容对接连接器。所述遮蔽壳体3相对于绝缘本体1的卡扣凹槽111设有若干卡持凸包31。所述卡持凸包31与卡扣凹槽111卡扣配合。所述遮蔽壳体3上表面设有锁扣凹槽32,所述锁扣凹槽32呈凹陷形,未贯穿,以实现绝缘壳体5的包覆成型及保证较佳的防水效果。所述锁扣凹槽32用于与对接连接器的锁扣件相互锁扣配合,以实现本插座连接器100与对接连接器的稳定配合。所述遮蔽壳体3上表面还设有定位凸包33,所述定位凸包33用于与加强件4卡固定位。
所述加强件4包括本体部41及位于本体部41两侧的固持加强部42。所述本体部41相对于遮蔽壳体3的定位凸包33设有定位孔411。所述定位孔411与定位凸包33卡固配合,实现加强件4与遮蔽壳体3的初步定位。所述本体部41与固持加强部42的连接处设有一凹槽412。当于遮蔽壳体3和加强件4外包覆成型绝缘壳体5时,所述凹槽412内收容对应模仁,以便于定位成型绝缘壳体5。如此设计,成型绝缘壳体5时不宜发生溢胶,即避免成型后的绝缘壳体5具有毛边。所述固持加强部42自本体部41两侧先向外侧弯折再向下弯折。所述固持加强部42尾端形成固持脚421,所述固持脚421用于插设于电路板6上固持孔61中,且进行焊接固定。因此,该插座连接器100可以与电路板6稳定固持,同时,加强件4实现电性接地,进而加强电磁屏蔽效果。所述固持加强部42包括水平延伸部422,所述水平延伸部422的高度低于插座连接器100整体的高度,以实现插座连接器100的沉板设计。所述加强件4还设有一让位孔413,所述让位孔413让位锁扣凹槽32,并与锁扣凹槽32实现初步限位。
所述绝缘壳体5包覆成型于遮蔽壳体3和加强件4外。所述绝缘壳体5顶壁及后壁具有若干夹持孔51。所述夹持孔51因包覆成型绝缘壳体5时,由夹具夹持绝缘本体1或遮蔽壳体3或加强件4所形成。当绝缘壳体5包覆成型后,所述夹持孔51中滴入防水胶,以保证防水的可靠性。所述绝缘壳体5包覆加强件4的本体部41,所述固持加强部42暴露于绝缘壳体5外,所述凹槽412亦暴露于绝缘壳体5外。
由于加强件4的本体部41与固持加强部42的连接处设有一凹槽412。当于遮蔽壳体3和加强件4外包覆成型绝缘壳体5时,所述凹槽412内收容对应模仁,以便于定位成型绝缘壳体5。如此设计,成型绝缘壳体5时不发生溢胶,即避免成型后的绝缘壳体5有毛边,提高了产品品质。

1.一种插座连接器,用于连接至电路板,其包括绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体内的导电端子、包覆于绝缘本体外的遮蔽壳体、与遮蔽壳体相互定位的加强件及一体包覆于遮蔽壳体和加强件外的绝缘壳体;所述绝缘本体包括主体部及自主体部延伸形成的舌板;所述导电端子包括固持部、自固持部一端延伸形成的接触部及自固持部另一端延伸形成的连接部;所述加强件包括本体部及位于本体部两侧的固持加强部;其特征在于:所述加强件于本体部与固持加强部的连接处设有凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘壳体包覆本体部,所述固持加强部暴露于绝缘壳体外,所述凹槽亦暴露于绝缘壳体外。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述固持加强部自本体部向外弯折形成,所述固持加强件具有形成于尾端的固持脚,所述电路板上设有固持孔,所述固持脚插设于固持孔。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体上表面还设有定位凸包,所述加强件的本体部设有定位孔,所述定位孔与定位凸包卡固配合。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述固持加强件包括水平延伸部,所述水平延伸部的高度低于插座连接器整体的高度。
6.如权利要求1所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的主体部设有若干卡扣凹槽,所述遮蔽壳体相对于卡扣凹槽设有若干卡持凸包,所述卡持凸包与卡扣凹槽卡扣配合。
7.如权利要求6所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体上表面设有锁扣凹槽,所述锁扣凹槽呈凹陷形。
8.如权利要求7所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述加强件还设有让位孔,所述让位孔让位锁扣凹槽,并与锁扣凹槽初步限位。
