本实用新型涉及CPVC管材挤出模具,属于塑料模具领域。
背景技术
CPVC材料是一种新型的工程塑料,该材料具有耐热性、耐酸、碱、盐、氧化剂等腐蚀的特点,使其常用于生产热水管、化工输送管和电力管等管材。生产CPVC管材需要CPVC管材挤出模具,但现有技术的CPVC管材挤出模具主要是参考原有的PVC管材挤出模具,其缺点是生产效率低,物料挤出时由于受热不均匀,容易发黑并夹杂焦料,使管材的成品率降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种提高生产效率,物料挤出时受热均匀,保证管材成品率的CPVC管材挤出模具。
本实用新型CPVC管材挤出模具的技术方案是:包括安装在挤出机机头上的法兰盘,法兰盘上安装连接件,连接件上安装机头体,机头体上安装口模,在机头体和口模中安有芯棒连接体和芯棒,芯棒连接体和芯棒中安装加热棒,芯棒和口模之间形成挤出模腔,其特征在于:所述的挤出模腔呈喇叭口状,腔体由大逐渐减小,所述法兰盘与挤出机机头之间安装分流筛板,分流筛板中开有分流小孔,连接体和机头体之间安装分流板,分流板中开有分流大孔,在分流板一侧安装分流锥,分流板另一侧与芯棒连接体相固定,所述分流筛板、法兰盘、连接件、分流板和分流锥之间形成分流腔,分流腔和挤出模腔相通。
本实用新型公开了一种CPVC管材挤出模具,通过在法兰盘和挤出机机头之间安装分流筛板,分流筛板中开分流小孔,在连接体和机头体之间安装分流板,分流板中开有分流大孔,在挤出时,由挤出机机头输送来的物料首先由分流筛板的分流小孔进行首次分流,分流后再进入法兰盘重新混合,使其受热均匀,然后流至连接件中,由分流锥使聚集的物料分散,当物料流至分流板中时,由分流大孔再次对物料进行分流,最后输送至喇叭口状的挤出模腔,形成高压挤出,将物料挤出成型。本方案CPVC管材挤出模具,通过分流筛板和分流板进行二次分流和整合的行程,物料在挤出模具中得到均匀加热,消除部分加热过度产生焦料和黑影,而部分没有完全加热等缺陷,保证管材的成品率,而将挤出模腔制成喇叭口状,腔体由大逐渐减小,物料挤出口处产生高压挤出,使管材挤出速度快,生产效率高,管材质量好。
本实用新型CPVC管材挤出模具,所述芯棒连接体和芯棒之间经螺纹连接,连接方便、可靠。

本实用新型涉及一种CPVC管材挤出模具,如图1所示,包括安装在挤出机机头上的法兰盘1,法兰盘上安装连接件2,连接件上安装机头体3,机头体上安装口模4,在机头体和口模中安有芯棒连接体5和芯棒6,芯棒连接体5和芯棒6中安装加热棒7,芯棒和口模4之间形成挤出模腔8,其特征在于:所述的挤出模腔8呈喇叭口状,腔体由大逐渐减小,所述法兰盘1与挤出机机头之间安装分流筛板9,分流筛板中开有分流小孔10,连接体2和机头体3之间安装分流板11,分流板中开有分流大孔12,在分流板一侧安装分流锥13,分流板11另一侧与芯棒连接体5相固定,所述分流筛板9、法兰盘1、连接件2、分流板11和分流锥13之间形成分流腔14,分流腔和挤出模腔8相通。通过在法兰盘1和挤出机机头之间安装分流筛板9,分流筛板中开分流小孔10,在连接体2和机头体3之间安装分流板11,分流板中开有分流大孔12,在挤出时,由挤出机机头输送来的物料首先由分流筛板9的分流小孔10进行首次分流,分流后再进入法兰盘1重新混合,使其受热均匀,然后流至连接件2中,由分流锥13使聚集的物料分散,当物料流至分流板11中时,由分流大孔12再次对物料进行分流,最后输送至喇叭口状的挤出模腔8,形成高压挤出,将物料挤出成型。本方案CPVC管材挤出模具,通过分流筛板9和分流板11进行二次分流和整合的行程,物料在挤出模具中得到均匀加热,消除部分加热过度产生焦料和黑影,而部分没有完全加热等缺陷,保证管材的成品率,而将挤出模腔8制成喇叭口状,腔体由大逐渐减小,物料挤出口处产生高压挤出,使管材挤出速度快,生产效率高,管材质量好。所述芯棒连接体5和芯棒6之间经螺纹15连接,连接方便、可靠。

1.CPVC管材挤出模具,包括安装在挤出机机头上的法兰盘(1),法兰盘上安装连接件(2),连接件上安装机头体(3),机头体上安装口模(4),在机头体和口模中安有芯棒连接体(5)和芯棒(6),芯棒连接体(5)和芯棒(6)中安装加热棒(7),芯棒和口模(4)之间形成挤出模腔(8),其特征在于:所述的挤出模腔(8)呈喇叭口状,腔体由大逐渐减小,所述法兰盘(1)与挤出机机头之间安装分流筛板(9),分流筛板中开有分流小孔(10),连接体(2)和机头体(3)之间安装分流板(11),分流板中开有分流大孔(12),在分流板一侧安装分流锥(13),分流板(11)另一侧与芯棒连接体(5)相固定,所述分流筛板(9)、法兰盘(1)、连接件(2)、分流板(11)和分流锥(13)之间形成分流腔(14),分流腔和挤出模腔(8)相通。
