本实用新型公开了一种汽车密封条复合挤出设备，包括挤出模座、安装在挤出模座前端面上的挤出口模以及安装在挤出模座外周上的六个喂料挤出机，所述六个喂料挤出机包括两个安装在挤出模座上方的上喂料挤出机、两个安装在挤出模座前端两侧的前喂料挤出机以及两个安装在挤出模座后端两侧的后喂料挤出机，所述前喂料挤出机与后喂料挤出机位于同一平面，所述两个后喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈90°，所述两个上喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈45°，所述两个前喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈180°，所述前喂料挤出机、后喂料挤出机以及上喂料挤出机均错开分布。通过挤出模座上的六个喂料挤出机，使其具有强大的复合能力，可以适应不同结构的汽车密封条的生产需求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车密封条复合挤出设备。
背景技术
汽车密封条为了更好的实现密封功能，往往在同一密封条产品中需要进行复合化，比如一件汽车密封条由多种材料组成或一件汽车密封条由不同密度的一种材料组成，目前市场上的复合挤出设备都比较简单，大都有2-3个挤出设备相组合而成，在生产面对高端市场的汽车密封条时，无法达到生产需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车密封条复合挤出设备，使其可以生产更复杂的汽车密封条。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所设计的一种汽车密封条复合挤出设备，包括挤出模座、安装在挤出模座前端面上的挤出口模以及安装在挤出模座外周上的六个喂料挤出机，所述六个喂料挤出机包括两个安装在挤出模座上方的上喂料挤出机、两个安装在挤出模座前端两侧的前喂料挤出机以及两个安装在挤出模座后端两侧的后喂料挤出机，所述前喂料挤出机与后喂料挤出机位于同一平面，所述两个后喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈90°，所述两个上喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈45°，所述两个前喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈180°，所述前喂料挤出机、后喂料挤出机以及上喂料挤出机均错开分布。
本实用新型得到的一种汽车密封条复合挤出设备，其技术效果是：通过挤出模座上的六个喂料挤出机，使其具有强大的复合能力，可以适应不同结构的汽车密封条的生产需求，而且六个喂料挤出机合理的分布在挤出模座外周上，既实现了空间位置的合理性，又便于设备的维护。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供的一种汽车密封条6复合挤出设备，包括挤出模座1、安装在挤出模座前端面上的挤出口模2以及安装在挤出模座外周上的六个喂料挤出机，所述六个喂料挤出机包括两个安装在挤出模座上方的上喂料挤出机3、两个安装在挤出模座前端两侧的前喂料挤出机4以及两个安装在挤出模座后端两侧的后喂料挤出机5，所述前喂料挤出机与后喂料挤出机位于同一平面，所述两个后喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈90°，所述两个上喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈45°，所述两个前喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈180°，所述前喂料挤出机、后喂料挤出机以及上喂料挤出机均错开分布，其中两个前喂料挤出机比上喂料挤出机更靠近挤出模座的前端面，两个后喂料挤出机比上喂料挤出机更远离挤出模座的前端面。
六个喂料挤出机将不同的多种材料或将不同密度的一种材料的复合挤出物分别输出到挤出模座内，通过挤出模座以及挤出口模的定型与复合，从挤出口模的挤出口流出，来达到需要生产的汽车密封条6的结构。
其中六个喂料挤出机可以全部一起使用，也可以是部分喂料挤出机配合使用，从而可以实现不同结构的汽车复合密封条的生产需求。

1.一种汽车密封条复合挤出设备，其特征在于：包括挤出模座、安装在挤出模座前端面上的挤出口模以及安装在挤出模座外周上的六个喂料挤出机，所述六个喂料挤出机包括两个安装在挤出模座上方的上喂料挤出机、两个安装在挤出模座前端两侧的前喂料挤出机以及两个安装在挤出模座后端两侧的后喂料挤出机，所述前喂料挤出机与后喂料挤出机位于同一平面，所述两个后喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈90°，所述两个上喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈45°，所述两个前喂料挤出机之间的夹角呈180°，所述前喂料挤出机、后喂料挤出机以及上喂料挤出机均错开分布。
