本实用新型公开一种暗装式LED路灯的改良结构,包括有灯体和透明灯罩,在灯体内设有倒W形的反光罩,于透明灯罩底部处设有筒状基体,在筒状基体朝内腔的一侧表面上安装有多只LED灯,筒状基体内设有微型风机,采用上述结构后,将基板造成圆筒状,结合微型风机对圆筒状基板内部进行吹风,使其一端进风,另一端出风,这样就可以使空气快速带走基板上的热量,提高散热效率,改善LED灯的工作环境,延长其使用寿命和延缓光衰。

背景技术:
LED灯由于具有非常高的电光转换效率,以及不存在污染问题,所以得到广泛的应用,目前LED等已经大量用到路灯上了,厂家在针对LED路灯设计时,为了更好地隐藏LED灯,在透明灯罩的底部设置基板,基板朝内的一侧设置LED灯,这就很好地隐藏LED灯,而且可以避免直接照射而产生的眩光问题,但LED灯单凭基板自然散热,散热效率非常低,时间长了,灯头内的LED灯光衰非常严重,严重时甚至会熄灭。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种散热效果良好的暗装式LED路灯的改良结构。
本实用新型要解决的问题,可以通过以下的技术方案实现:暗装式LED路灯的改良结构,包括有灯体和透明灯罩,在灯体内设有倒W形的反光罩,于透明灯罩底部处设有筒状基体,在筒状基体朝内腔的一侧表面上安装有多只LED灯,筒状基体内设有微型风机。
采用上述结构后,与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:将基板造成圆筒状,结合微型风机对圆筒状基板内部进行吹风,使其一端进风,另一端出风,这样就可以使空气快速带走基板上的热量,提高散热效率,改善LED灯的工作环境,延长其使用寿命和延缓光衰。
