LED灯一般都是由灯头、灯体、驱动电路和LED灯构成,LED灯是安装在基板上的,在工作过程中驱动电路和LED灯都会不断产生热量,若这些热量不散走,会严重影响驱动电路和LED灯的寿命,而且会影响驱动电路的稳定性,LED灯的光衰亦会非常严重,降低了照明的效果。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种可快速高效地把热量散走,提高LED灯使用寿命的LED照明灯。
本实用新型要解决的问题,可以通过以下的技术方案实现:提高了冷却效果的LED灯,包括有灯头、灯体、LED灯和透明灯罩,灯体的顶部安装灯头,底部设有基板,在基板的下底面上设置LED灯,透明灯罩罩住LED灯,灯体分为外壳体和内壳体,驱动电路安装在内壳体内,在外壳体和内壳体之间形成有密闭腔室,该密闭腔室充满传热液体。
采用上述结构后,与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过设置外壳体和内壳体,在两者之间形成密闭腔室,该腔室充满传热液体,这样就可以把内壳体内驱动电路产生的热量以及基板上LED灯产生的热量吸走并散发到空气中,极大地提高了散热效率。
