本发明公开了一种具有抗震效果LED灯结构，包括有基座、铜套，基座上安装有减震板，所述铜套外侧设有外套，外套上安装有散热翘片，所述外套和铜套的顶部安装有灯罩且通过铆钉铆接在外套上。本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够提高了LED灯的散热和减震性能，提高的产品的使用寿命。

本发明涉及LED灯领域，具体为一种具有抗震效果LED灯结构。
背景技术
LED灯最大的优点就是节能环保。光的发光效率达到100流明/瓦以上，普通的白炽灯只能达到40流明/瓦，节能灯也就在70流明/瓦左右徘徊。所以，同样的瓦数，LED灯效果会比白炽灯和节能灯亮很多。1瓦LED灯亮度相当于2瓦左右的节能灯，5瓦LED灯1000小时耗电5度，LED灯寿命可以达到5万小时，LED灯无辐射。LED灯具有节能环保、简洁美观的优点，越来越广泛应用于照明领域，特别是市政照明中。LED灯的散热性能和减震性能，对LED的照明效果有着重要的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗震效果LED灯结构，以解决现有技术LED灯存在的散热问题和减震问题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种具有抗震效果LED灯结构，包括有基座、铜套，其特征在于：基座上安装有减震板，所述铜套外侧设有外套，外套上安装有散热翘片，所述外套和铜套的顶部安装有灯罩且通过铆钉铆接在外套上；所述减震板上通过支架设有LED芯片。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，能够提高了LED灯的散热和减震性能，提高的产品的使用寿命。

参见图1，一种具有抗震效果LED灯结构，包括有基座6、铜套3，基座上安装有减震板9，所述铜套3外侧设有外套5，外套5上安装有散热翘片4，所述外套5和铜套3的顶部安装有灯罩1且通过铆钉2铆接在外套5上；所述减震板上通过支架7设有LED芯片8。
