本实用新型公开一种新型LED灯,包括灯罩、LED灯板和LED灯珠,灯罩一端与灯头连接,所述灯罩内设有LED驱动电路,所述LED驱动电路与LED灯板电连接,所述灯罩为圆筒状结构,且在灯罩包括一体成型有第一散热片和第二散热内,所述的LED驱动电路设于第一散热片内,在第二散热片的开口铰接有反光罩,所述LED灯板为圆形结构,所述灯板中心为圆形镂空结构,所述LED灯珠以圆周方向间隔分布于灯板上。这种新型LED灯,采用将灯罩设计成双散热结构,有效的起到对LED灯珠以及对驱动电源的散热作用,保证了电路元器件不会轻易的损坏,从而提高了整体的使用寿命,而且整体结构简单、体积小,光照率高,且节约能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明,特别是新型LED灯。
背景技术
近年来,基于节能、环保 、高效率、小体积、长寿命等特点,LED灯具越来越受到人们的青睐,LED灯具代替传统的白炽灯和荧光灯已经成了一种主流趋势;但是它工作时产生的热量一直困扰着许多灯具制造商,温度一高大大缩短LED灯具的寿命,因此必须对 LED 灯进行散热,现有的LED灯,包括灯罩、LED灯板、LED灯珠和灯头,所述灯罩一端与灯头连接,所述灯罩内设有LED驱动电路,所述LED驱动电路与LED灯板电连接,现有的led灯罩一般都是密封结构的,因此散热效果差,而且有效在考虑散热的时候只考虑到LED灯珠的散热,没有考虑到驱动电路板中元器件的散热,因此元器件很容易烧坏,而降低使用寿命,因此需要改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种散热效果好、能够有效的对元器件进行散热,提高使用寿命、维修方便的新型LED灯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所设计的新型LED灯,包括灯罩、LED灯板和LED灯珠,所述灯罩一端与灯头连接,所述灯罩内设有LED驱动电路,所述LED驱动电路与LED灯板电连接,所述灯罩为圆筒状结构,且所述灯罩上一体成型有第一散热片和第二散热片,所述的LED驱动电路设于第一散热片内,在第二散热片的开口铰接有反光罩,所述LED灯板为圆形结构,所述灯板中心为圆形镂空结构,所述LED灯珠以圆周方向间隔分布于灯板上。
通过将灯盖设计成两个散热结构,一个起到对驱动电路的散热,一个起到对LED灯珠的散热,从而提高了整体的使用寿命,同时反光罩铰接在灯罩上,因此当内部出现问题时,能够很快的打开反光罩,然后进行检查,使得维修方便,且两个散热结构一大一小设计,使得整体结构简单、体积不会庞大,占空间。
为了提高光照率,同时又能够给节约能源,不需要放置很多个LED灯珠,而增加热量使得散热效果较低,因此所述LED灯珠为8个。
本实用新型得到的新型LED灯,采用将灯罩设计成双散热结构,有效的起到对LED灯珠以及对驱动电源的散热作用,保证了电路元器件不会轻易的损坏,从而提高了整体的使用寿命,而且整体结构简单、体积小,光照率高,且节约能源。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型提供的新型LED灯,包括灯罩1、LED灯板2和LED灯珠3,所述灯罩一端与灯头8连接,所述灯罩1内设有LED驱动电路5,所述LED驱动电路5与LED灯板2电连接,所述灯罩1为圆筒状结构,且所述灯罩1上一体成型有第一散热片6和第二散热片7,所述的LED驱动电路5设于第一散热片6内,且第二散热片7的直径大于第一散热片6,且所述灯板设于第二散热片7内,在第二散热片7的开口铰接有反光罩4,所述LED灯板2为圆形结构,所述灯板中心为圆形镂空结构,所述LED灯珠3以圆周方向间隔分布于灯板上;所述LED灯珠3为8个。

1.一种新型LED灯,包括灯罩(1)、LED灯板(2)、灯头(8)和LED灯珠(3),所述灯罩一端与灯头(8)连接,所述灯罩(1)内设有LED驱动电路(5),所述LED驱动电路(5)与LED灯板(2)电连接,其特征是:所述灯罩(1)为圆筒状结构,且所述灯罩(1)上一体成型有第一散热片(6)和第二散热片(7),所述的LED驱动电路(5)设于第一散热片(6)内,且第二散热片(7)的直径大于第一散热片(6),且所述灯板设于第二散热片(7)内,在第二散热片(7)的开口铰接有反光罩(4),所述LED灯板(2)为圆形结构,所述灯板中心为圆形镂空结构,所述LED灯珠(3)以圆周方向间隔分布于灯板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型LED灯,其特征是:所述LED灯珠(3)为8个。
