本实用新型公开了一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,包括前端盖和后端盖,前端盖和后端盖之间设有连接电机输出轴的送丝轮,送丝轮的两侧连接有V型轴承,V型轴承和送丝轮之间嵌有打印用丝料,送丝轮的外表面设有轮齿,轮齿的齿顶角呈锐角,齿顶角的角度为10-20度,V型轴承上的V型槽与丝料相匹配,将丝料贴紧在送丝轮的轮齿上。本实用新型的送丝轮的齿顶角能够紧紧抓住丝料,同时配合V性轴承对丝料施加的夹紧力,送丝轮转动时能够可靠把丝料挤入喷头,有效避免送丝轮和丝料之间产生的打滑现象,同时大大降低对丝料的精度要求,也能适用于尺寸不同、材质硬度不同的丝料,适用范围大。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构。
背景技术
3D打印技术实际上是一系列快速原型成型技术的统称,其基本原理都是叠层制造,由快速原型机在X-Y平面内通过扫描形式形成工件的截面形状,而在Z坐标间断地作层面厚度的位移,最终形成三维制件。目前市场上的快速成型技术分为3DP技术、FDM熔融层积成型技术、SLA立体平版印刷技术、SLS选区激光烧结等。
FDM熔融层积成型技术是将丝状的热熔性材料加热融化,同时三维喷头在计算机的控制下,根据截面轮廓信息,将材料选择性地涂敷在工作台上,快速冷却后形成一层截面。一层成型完成后,机器工作台下降一个高度(即分层厚度)再成型下一层,直至形成整个实体造型。其成型材料种类多,成型件强度高、精度较高,主要适用于成型小塑料件。
目前基于FDM原理的3D打印机在使用中经常会碰到以下问题:①打印过程中因送丝轮打滑造成喷头不出丝或出丝断断续续;②丝料线径尺寸超差,造成喷头卡死。这些问题都直接影响打印机的可靠性,同时对打印用的丝料尺寸精度要求很高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构。
一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,包括前端盖和后端盖,前端盖和后端盖之间设有连接电机输出轴的送丝轮,其特征在于:送丝轮的两侧连接有V型轴承,V型轴承和送丝轮之间嵌有打印用的丝料。
进一步,送丝轮的外表面设有轮齿。
进一步,轮齿的齿顶角呈锐角。
进一步,齿顶角的角度为10-20度。
进一步,V型轴承上的V型槽与丝料相匹配,将丝料贴紧在送丝轮的轮齿上。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
送丝轮的齿顶角能够紧紧抓住丝料,同时配合V性轴承对丝料施加的夹紧力,送丝轮转动时能够可靠把丝料挤入喷头,有效避免送丝轮和丝料之间产生的打滑现象,同时大大降低对丝料的精度要求,也能适用于尺寸不同、材质硬度不同的丝料,适用范围大。本实用新型制造简便、成本低,实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,为本实用新型一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,包括前端盖1和后端盖2,前端盖1和后端盖2之间通过螺栓9固定连接,前端盖1和后端盖2之间设有连接电机7的输出轴8的送丝轮3,通过输出轴8带动送丝轮3转动,送丝轮3的外表面设有轮齿4,轮齿4的齿顶角呈锐角,齿顶角的角度为10-20度。送丝轮3的两侧连接有V型轴承5,V型轴承5和送丝轮3之间嵌有打印用丝料6,V型轴承5上的V型槽与丝料6相匹配,将丝料6贴紧在送丝轮3的轮齿4上。送丝轮3的齿顶角能够紧紧抓住丝料6,同时配合V性轴承对丝料6施加的夹紧力,送丝轮3转动时能够可靠把丝料6挤入喷头,有效避免送丝轮3和丝料6之间产生的打滑现象,同时大大降低对丝料6的精度要求,也能适用于尺寸不同、材质硬度不同的丝料6,适用范围大。

1.一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,包括前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖和所述后端盖之间设有连接电机输出轴的送丝轮,其特征在于:所述送丝轮的两侧连接有V型轴承,所述V型轴承和所述送丝轮之间嵌有打印用丝料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,其特征在于:所述送丝轮的外表面设有轮齿。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,其特征在于:所述轮齿的齿顶角呈锐角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,其特征在于:所述齿顶角的角度为10-20度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于3D打印机喷头的丝料挤出机构,其特征在于:所述V型轴承上的V型槽与所述丝料相匹配,将所述丝料贴紧在所述送丝轮的所述轮齿上。
