技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D打印机送料盒。
背景技术
现有的3D打印机进行定量送料的机构为了防止送料盒下端开口边缘与3D打印机工作台面之间发生粉末料的漏出,从而保证送料对3D打印机的每次精确送料,通常会在送料盒的下端口边缘固定密封圈,现有的密封圈在一些温度、压力、转速要求较高的场合下,其密封效果不易保证,使用寿命短,易变形,不耐磨,影响运行效果。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术问题提供了一种用于3D打印机送料盒,为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的3D打印机送料盒,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,其为空腔的结构,所述空腔内放置粉料;
进料口,其设置在所述壳体的上端;
出料口,其设置在所述壳体的下端;
密封圈,其固定在所述出料口边缘,为中空的环形结构;
橡胶层,其为所述密封圈的最外侧;
弹簧层,其紧贴在所述橡胶层的内侧;
支撑层,其设置在所述密封圈的中空的环形结构内,紧贴在所述弹簧层内侧,由复数片蜂窝单边薄片组成,每片蜂窝单边薄片包括多个沟槽和多个连接部,任意两个沟槽之间通过所述沟槽底部之间的固定连接形成蜂窝孔,所述单边薄片具有弹性。
优选方案:所述的橡胶层为聚四氟乙烯。
优选方案:所述的弹簧层为弹簧片制成。
优选方案:所述的单边薄片为弹性金属片制成。
本发明提供的一种3D打印机送料盒使用寿命长,不易变形,耐磨,能实现粉末料不易漏出,能对3D打印机精确送料等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的描述:
如图1所示,所述密封圈为中空的环形结构,橡胶层1,其为所述密封圈的最外侧;弹簧层2,其紧贴在所述橡胶层1的内侧,所述弹簧层2为弹簧片制成;支撑层3,其设置在所述密封圈的中空的环形结构内,紧贴在所述弹簧层2内侧,由复数片蜂窝单边薄片4组成,每片蜂窝单边薄片4包括多个沟槽5和多个连接部6,任意两个沟槽5之间通过所述沟槽底部之间的固定连接形成蜂窝孔7,所述单边薄片具有弹性,可为弹性金属片制成。
本发明的橡胶层可选用聚四氟乙烯为材质,聚四氟乙烯能够使得密封圈的防腐能力强、尺寸稳定性好,并能承受急骤的温度变化。
如图2所示,取一金属薄片,冲压成蜂窝单边薄片4,蜂窝单边薄片4包括多个沟槽5和多个连接部6,该沟槽5形状为等腰梯形沟槽,连接部6实际上就是金属薄片没有被冲压的部分,任意两个沟槽5之间通过连接部6过渡,或者也可以说任意两个连接部6通过沟槽5进行过渡。金属薄片材料选用除铁外、可以选用铝、不锈钢等材料,具有重量轻和价格便宜等优点。
如图3所示,使用两片蜂窝单边薄片4对接相互扣住,形成单条蜂窝结构支撑体。此时,沿着蜂窝单边薄片4长度方向形成了多个蜂窝孔7。

进料口,其设置在所述壳体的上端;
出料口,其设置在所述壳体的下端;
密封圈,其固定在所述出料口边缘,为中空的环形结构;
橡胶层,其为所述密封圈的最外侧;
弹簧层,其紧贴在所述橡胶层的内侧;
支撑层,其设置在所述密封圈的中空的环形结构内,紧贴在所述弹簧层内侧,由复数片蜂窝单边薄片组成,每片蜂窝单边薄片包括多个沟槽和多个连接部,任意两个沟槽之间通过所述沟槽底部之间的固定连接形成蜂窝孔,所述单边薄片具有弹性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印机送料盒,其特征在于,所述的橡胶层为聚四氟乙烯。
