Abstract
本实用新型提供一种涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，具有：汽车底盘和由汽车底盘承载的压裂设备；所述压裂设备包括：为压裂设备提供动力的一台涡轮发动机，与涡轮发动机传动轴相连接的减速箱，该减速箱通过传动轴驱动至少两个压裂泵；将传统的体积庞大而笨重的柴油机更换为体积小、重量轻、功率大的涡轮发动机，在限定的整车重量要求下使单台压裂泵车的总输出功率在4000hp以上。1台涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车相当于2台传统的柴油发动机驱动的压裂泵车。提高了单位作业面积的输出功率，在压裂设备运输和具体施工操作中，更加节省人力和物力，减少征地和作业面积，提高施工效益。同时涡轮透平发动机还可以使用气态和液态多样燃料，尤其适合页岩气的开采。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压裂车辆，尤其涉及一种由涡轮发动机为压裂泵提供动力的压裂泵车。
背景技术
压裂泵车，作为在现代石油及页岩气开采中广泛使用的工程车辆，为石油及页岩气开采提供了便利，然而也存在诸多需要改进的地方：目前绝大多数的压裂泵车的动力单元都是往复式柴油机，由于柴油机的功率限制，所有的压裂泵车都是一台柴油发动机拖动一台压裂泵，其缺点是压裂泵的排量和泵压方面不足。对于需要大功率和大排量时则需要多台发动机驱动压裂泵的压裂泵车组，对于昂贵的发动机是一种巨大的资源浪费，而且压裂泵车组制造成本高昂。受整车重量的限制，传统的柴油机驱动的压裂泵车的输出功率很难超过3000hp。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对以上问题的提出，而研制的一种涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，具有：汽车底盘和由汽车底盘承载的压裂设备；
所述压裂设备包括：为压裂设备提供动力的一台涡轮发动机，与涡轮发动机传动轴相连接的减速箱，该减速箱通过传动轴驱动至少两个压裂泵；
所述减速箱与压裂泵固定在汽车底盘上；减速箱具有一个与所述涡轮发动机相连接的输入轴和至少两个驱动压裂泵的输出轴；所述输出轴靠近汽车底盘，所述输入轴位于输出轴的上方；
所述涡轮发动机通过支撑架固定在所述压裂泵的上方，涡轮发动机的输出轴与所述减速箱的输入轴相连接，经过输出轴带动多个压裂泵；所述多个压裂泵为水平对置，分别固定在汽车底盘的前部和后部。
一种涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，具有：汽车底盘和由汽车底盘承载的压裂设备；
所述压裂设备包括：为压裂设备提供动力的一台涡轮发动机、与涡轮发动机传动轴相连接的减速箱，该减速箱通过传动轴驱动至少两个压裂泵；
所述减速箱与压裂泵固定在汽车底盘上；减速箱具有一个与所述涡轮发动 机相连接的输入轴和至少2个驱动压裂泵的延伸方向一致的输出轴；
所述多个压裂泵集中固定在汽车底盘的前部或后部，与所述涡轮发动机的位置相对。
所述每台涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵的数量为两个，压裂泵I位于汽车底盘的前部，压裂泵II位于汽车底盘的后部。
所述每台涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵的数量为2个，压裂泵I与压裂泵II并列固定在汽车底盘后部或前部。
所述涡轮发动机的进风口外设有进风筒，所述进风筒外还连接有进气过滤器。
所述减速器的每个传动轴还具有各自的变速箱。所述减速器还具有变速功能。
所述涡轮发动机的排气口连接有开口向上的排气罩。
还设有冷却器，所述冷却器通过管路为压裂设备提供循环使用的冷却液。
所述的涡轮发动机包括涡轮喷气发动机、涡轮风扇发动机、涡轮螺旋桨发动机、涡轮轴发动机和燃气涡轮发动机。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型提供的燃气涡轮发动机（简称燃气轮机）驱动的压裂泵车，将传统的体积庞大而笨重的柴油机更换为体积小、重量轻、功率大的涡轮发动机，在限定的整车重量要求下使单台压裂泵车的总输出功率在4000hp以上。1台涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车相当于2台传统的柴油发动机驱动的压裂泵车。提高了单位作业面积的输出功率，在压裂设备运输和具体施工操作中，更加节省人力和物力，减少征地和作业面积，提高施工效益。同时涡轮透平发动机还可以使用气态和液态多样燃料，尤其适合页岩气的开采。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚完整的描述，显然，所描述的实施例是本实用新型的一部分实施例，而不是全部实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例，都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
如图1和图3所示：涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，具有：汽车底盘和由汽车底盘承载的压裂设备；
传统压裂泵车由柴油机作为驱动动力，由于柴油机自身的功率限制，体积与重量也相对较大，而且柴油机的工作油品的种类比较单一，只能使用柴油。受整车重量的限制，传统的柴油机驱动的压裂泵车的输出功率很难超过3000hp。功率再大，整车重量将严重超标。
作为一个较佳的实施方式，本实用新型采用体积和重量远小于柴油机的涡轮发动机1作为压裂泵4的工作动力，可以为压裂泵车提供远大于传统柴油机的驱动动力，而且可以适用更广泛的油品种类，尤其在野外工作条件下，是传统柴油机无可比拟的。
如果一台涡轮发动机1只带动一台压裂泵4，在压裂工作量较大，一台压裂泵无法满足需求时，需要多个压裂泵同时工作，相应的就需要多台涡轮发动机，对宝贵的发动机资源造成了很大的浪费。本实用新型所述的压裂泵车，采用一台涡轮发动机1带动至少2台压裂泵4。
实施例1，具有前后水平对置安装的两台压裂泵，如图2所示：
为表述的方便，称汽车底盘朝向车头的方向为前部，称汽车底盘朝向车尾的方向为后部。
为了有效的利用汽车底盘的空间，优选的，在汽车底盘的前部分别安装一台压裂泵，在汽车底盘的中部安装减速箱2。所述减速箱2具有两根输出轴位于减速箱的两侧，即所述的两根输出轴的延伸方向相反，一个输出轴朝向车尾与固定在汽车底盘后部的一个压裂泵II4B相连接，另一根输出轴朝向车头，与固 定在汽车底盘前部的另一个压裂泵I4A相连接。
进一步的，由于涡轮发动机具有体积小、重量轻的优点，在本实施例中采用多个支撑架将涡轮发动机1架高，涡轮发动机1固定在汽车底盘尾部的上方。涡轮发动机1远离汽车底盘驾驶室，工作时，驾驶室乘员可免除受噪音和振动的影响。
所述的减速箱2具有一根输入轴，该输入轴与涡轮发动机输出轴的高度一致，可以将涡轮发动机1的动力，经过减速后，传送至两台压裂泵4。
实施例2，具有集中安装在汽车底盘后部的两台压裂泵，如图2和图4所示：
涡轮发动机1固定安装在在汽车底盘的前部，区别于实施例1中的将所述涡轮发动机1架高，本实施例中的涡轮发动机1直接固定在汽车底盘上。减速器2设置在汽车底盘的中部，所述的两台压裂泵4并列安装在汽车底盘的后部，使车体的中心后移，减轻了车体前桥的重量，改善了汽车底盘的桥梁通过性。
涡轮发动机1的传动轴连接减速箱2的输入轴。所述减速箱2，具有两个输出轴，两根输出轴位于减速箱2的同一侧，即两根输出轴的延伸方向与输入轴的方向相反，指向车尾，带动固定在汽车底盘后部的2台压裂泵4。两台压裂泵4，可以根据汽车底盘的宽度，选择左右并列固定在汽车底盘上或者采用上下垂直叠加的方式，以适应比较窄的汽车底盘。
前述的汽车底盘上承载的涡轮发动机1、减速箱2、变速箱3和压裂泵4等压裂设备之间由联轴器5连接。
由于压裂泵车工作时，涡轮发动机1、减速箱2、变速箱3和压裂泵4等压裂设备在工作状态下发热量较大，需要良好的冷却，还设有冷却器8。如图1所示，冷却器8位于车前部压裂泵4的上方或者按实施例2中，固定安装在涡轮发动机1的上方，所述冷却器8包括散热器和冷却泵，通过冷却管路为上述设备提供循环冷却。
考虑到涡轮发动机1工作时对空气的品质要求比较高，作为一个较佳的实施方式，所述涡轮发动机1的进气口连接进气筒，同时进气筒与进气过滤器7连接，保证了压裂泵车在高粉尘，高风沙等各种恶劣工作条件下，仍然能够连续稳定的工作。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式，但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范 围内，根据本实用新型的技术方案及其实用新型构思加以等同替换或改变，如：压裂泵采用其他排布方式安装，都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，具有：汽车底盘和由汽车底盘承载的压裂设备；
其特征在于所述压裂设备包括：为压裂设备提供动力的一台涡轮发动机（1），与涡轮发动机（1）传动轴相连接的减速箱（2），该减速箱（2）通过传动轴驱动至少两个压裂泵（4）；
所述减速箱（2）与压裂泵（4）固定在汽车底盘上；减速箱（2）具有一个与所述涡轮发动机（1）相连接的输入轴和至少两个驱动压裂泵（4）的输出轴；所述输出轴靠近汽车底盘，所述输入轴位于输出轴的上方；
所述涡轮发动机（1）通过支撑架固定在所述压裂泵（4）的上方，涡轮发动机（1）的输出轴与所述减速箱（2）的输入轴相连接，经过输出轴带动多个压裂泵（4）；所述多个压裂泵（4）为水平对置，分别固定在汽车底盘的前部和后部。
2.一种涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，具有：汽车底盘和由汽车底盘承载的压裂设备；
其特征在于所述压裂设备包括：为压裂设备提供动力的一台涡轮发动机（1）、与涡轮发动机（1）传动轴相连接的减速箱（2），该减速箱（2）通过传动轴驱动至少两个压裂泵（4）；
所述减速箱（2）与压裂泵（4）固定在汽车底盘上；减速箱（2）具有一个与所述涡轮发动机（1）相连接的输入轴和至少2个驱动压裂泵（4）的延伸方向一致的输出轴；
所述多个压裂泵（4）集中固定在汽车底盘的前部或后部，与所述涡轮发动机（1）的位置相对。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：所述每台涡轮发动机（1）驱动的压裂泵（4）的数量为两个，压裂泵I（4A）位于汽车底盘的前部，压裂泵II（4B）位于汽车底盘的后部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：所述每台涡轮发动机（1）驱动的压裂泵（4）的数量为2个，压裂泵I（4A）与压裂泵II（4B）并列固定在汽车底盘后部或前部。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项权利要求所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车， 其特征还在于：所述涡轮发动机的进风口外设有进风筒，所述进风筒外还连接有进气过滤器。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：所述减速器的每个传动轴还具有各自的变速箱（3）。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：所述减速器（2）还具有变速功能。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：所述涡轮发动机（1）的排气口连接有开口向上的排气罩（101）。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：还设有冷却器，所述冷却器（8）通过管路为压裂设备提供循环使用的冷却液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的涡轮发动机驱动的压裂泵车，其特征还在于：所述的涡轮发动机（1）包括涡轮喷气发动机、涡轮风扇发动机、涡轮螺旋桨发动机、涡轮轴发动机和燃气涡轮发动机。
