Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种液压泵取力装置，其属于油田配套设备领域。它解决了现有技术中采用底盘发动机驱动风扇控制液压***会造成资源浪费，加装传动轴驱动液压泵会使得整车零部件布局和空间利用较差的缺陷，其主要包括变矩器，所述变矩器上设有取力口甲、取力口乙和取力口丙；所述取力口甲处安装有大泵动力端润滑泵，所述取力口乙处安装有回油泵和均带有尾驱的变量柱塞泵甲、变量柱塞泵乙，所述取力口丙处安装有变矩器油泵。本实用新型主要用于采用卧式水散的压裂车。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液压泵取力装置，其属于油田配套设备领域。
背景技术
在油田配套设备领域中，输出功率为2500hhp的采用卧式水散的压裂车已成为压裂车今后发展的主流趋势，由于该压裂车功率较大，其变速箱通常会选用美国双环公司的变矩器和变速箱。
压裂车上用于车台散热***风扇控制的液压***，由于其需要的变量柱塞泵排量很大，导致液压泵的体积也很大，而双环变矩器的输出法兰与变矩器本身自带的取力口太近，导致大排量的液压泵在此处无法安装，另外，用于大泵动力端润滑的润滑油泵也安装在其中的取力口上，这更使液压泵的安装空间异常紧张。
目前国内外采用双环变矩器和变速箱的压裂车，其用于风扇控制的液压***的取力有两种方案：一是通过底盘取力，这样就导致压裂车在施工作业时必须保证底盘发动机处于工作状态；二是通过在车台发动机曲轴皮带轮上加装传动轴驱动液压泵，这样将占用车台发动机前的空间。采用第一种方案的弊端是：压裂车采用的车台发动机的功率为3000bhp，采用的压裂泵为最大输入功率为2800bhp的五缸柱塞泵，用于风扇控制的液压***的功率为100bhp左右，底盘发动机的功率通常为450bhp～500bhp，如果采用底盘发动机驱动风扇控制液压***，则会使车台和底盘的发动机功率得不到有效利用而浪费资源；采用第二种方案的弊端是：发动机前的空间被液压泵占用，会影响整车零部件间的合理布局和空间的有效利用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中采用底盘发动机驱动风扇控制液压***会造成资源浪费，加装传动轴驱动液压泵会使得整车零部件布局和空间利用较差的不足，提供一种液压泵取力装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种液压泵取力装置，包括变矩器，所述变矩器上设有取力口甲、取力口乙和取力口丙；所述取力口甲处安装有大泵动力端润滑泵，所述取力口乙处安装有回油泵和均带有尾驱的变量柱塞泵甲、变量柱塞泵乙，所述取力口丙处安装有变矩器油泵。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：降低了底盘发动机的使用率从而减少了其磨损，并节省了燃料；节省了发动机前的空间，为整车的合理布局和空间的合理应用创造了条件；充分利用双环变矩器自带的取力口，不需要在底盘上增加额外的取力器和传动轴，从而降低了设备成本。
在上述技术方案的基础上，本实用新型还可以做如下改进。
进一步，所述变量柱塞泵乙的前端安装在变量柱塞泵甲上，后端安装有回油泵；所述变量柱塞泵甲安装在取力口乙上。
进一步，所述变量柱塞泵甲、变量柱塞泵乙和回油泵整体的安装位置可以与变矩器油泵的安装位置互换。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是：变量柱塞泵甲、变量柱塞泵乙和回油泵之间为串联连接，使得布局更加合理，大大节省了空间。

实施例一：
一种液压泵取力装置，包括变矩器1，所述变矩器1上设有取力口甲7、取力口乙8和取力口丙9；所述取力口甲7处安装有大泵动力端润滑泵6；所述取力口乙8处安装有回油泵2和均带有尾驱的变量柱塞泵甲4、变量柱塞泵乙5，所述变量柱塞泵乙5的前端安装在变量柱塞泵甲4上，后端安装有回油泵2，所述变量柱塞甲4安装在取力口乙8上；所述取力口丙9处安装有变矩器油泵3。
实施例二：
一种液压泵取力装置，包括变矩器1，所述变矩器1上设有取力口甲7、取力口乙8和取力口丙9；所述取力口甲7处安装有大泵动力端润滑泵6；所述取力口乙8处安装有变矩器油泵3；所述取力口丙9处安装有回油泵2和均带有尾驱的变量柱塞泵甲4、变量柱塞泵乙5，所述变量柱塞泵乙5的前端安装在变量柱塞泵甲4上，后端安装有回油泵2，所述变量柱塞甲4安装在取力口乙8上。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例，并不用以限制本实用新型，凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种液压泵取力装置，包括变矩器(1)，其特征在于：所述变矩器(1)上设有取力口甲(7)、取力口乙(8)和取力口丙(9)；所述取力口甲(7)处安装有大泵动力端润滑泵(6)，所述取力口乙(8)处安装有回油泵(2)和均带有尾驱的变量柱塞泵甲(4)、变量柱塞泵乙(5)，所述取力口丙(9)处安装有变矩器油泵(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压泵取力装置，其特征在于：所述变量柱塞泵乙(5)的前端安装在变量柱塞泵甲(4)上，后端安装有回油泵(2)；所述变量柱塞甲(4)安装在取力口乙(8)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液压泵取力装置，其特征在于：所述变量柱塞泵甲(4)、变量柱塞泵乙(5)和回油泵(2)整体的安装位置可以与变矩器油泵(3)的安装位置互换。
