本实用新型涉及水稻收割机配件领域,具体地说是履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构。 
背景技术
目前,自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动轴上对称安装有双联齿轮,双联齿轮是通过衬套安装在传动轴上的,在齿轮运行过程中,衬套很容易烧结、磨损,影响收割机变速箱的正常工作,严重降低了收割机变速箱的使用寿命,增加了维修成本。 
发明内容  
  本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供一种安装维修方便、齿轮支撑好、使用寿命长的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该传动结构包括传动轴、双联齿轮和中间隔套,传动轴的中部安装有中间隔套,中间隔套两侧的传动轴上对称安装有双联齿轮,双联齿轮与传动轴之间安装有滚针轴承和球轴承,传动轴的两端安装有圆锥滚子轴承。 
所述的球轴承与双联齿轮之间设置有挡圈。 
所述的双联齿轮与传动轴之间安装有两个滚针轴承,两个滚针轴承之间设置有垫片。 
所述的圆锥滚子轴承与双联齿轮之间设置有止推垫。 
本实用新型的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构和现有技术相比,具有设计合理、结构简单、易于加工、安装维修方便、齿轮支撑好、使用寿命长等特点。

本实用新型的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构,其结构包括传动轴1、双联齿轮6和中间隔套9,传动轴1的中部安装有中间隔套9,中间隔套9两侧的传动轴1上对称安装有双联齿轮6,每个双联齿轮6与传动轴1之间安装有两个滚针轴承4和一个球轴承7,球轴承7与双联齿轮6之间设置有挡圈8,两个滚针轴承4之间设置有垫片5;传动轴1的两端安装有圆锥滚子轴承2,圆锥滚子轴承2与双联齿轮6之间设置有止推垫3。 
本实用新型的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。 
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

1.履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构,包括传动轴、双联齿轮和中间隔套,传动轴的中部安装有中间隔套,中间隔套两侧的传动轴上对称安装有双联齿轮,其特征在于双联齿轮与传动轴之间安装有滚针轴承和球轴承,传动轴的两端安装有圆锥滚子轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构,其特征在于所述的球轴承与双联齿轮之间设置有挡圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构,其特征在于所述的双联齿轮与传动轴之间安装有两个滚针轴承,两个滚针轴承之间设置有垫片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的履带自走式联合收割机变速箱的传动结构,其特征在于所述的圆锥滚子轴承与双联齿轮之间设置有止推垫。
