在汽车空调***中，暖风机水箱与水阀之间的连接是采用铝管接口与橡胶管结合，并用弹簧卡扣固定连接，铝管接口与橡胶管连接应达到技术标准：①气密性能：在0.26MPa气压下，能在水槽中维持恒压5min无泄漏；②耐压性能：在0.38MPa气压下，能在水槽中维持恒压5min无鼓包、泄漏；③***性能：在不小于0.8MPa气压下，能在水槽中维持恒压2min无破坏；④拉伸性能：在不小于650N拉力下而不损坏。目前，汽车空调暖风机水箱接口均不能满足技术标准要求，仅有如下技术参数：①气密性能：只能在0.24MPa气压下，能在水槽中维持恒压5min无泄漏；②耐压性能：只能在0.35MPa气压下，能在水槽中维持恒压5min无鼓包、泄漏；③***性能：只能在0.75MPa气压下，能在水槽中维持恒压2min无破坏；④拉伸性能：只能在600N拉力下而不损坏。
