背景技术
空调机组回气管内的低温低压的气态冷媒通过低压硬管及第一过渡软管进入压缩机，低温低压的气态冷媒经过压缩机压缩后变为高温高压的气态冷媒，高温高压的气态冷媒通过高压过渡软管及高压硬管进入空调机组排气管，空调***管路通过管夹固定于车身；但在一些车型上安装时，空调***管路内会产生“咕噜”的噪音，且噪音大，影响乘客的舒适度。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种能够消除一些车型上空调***管路内噪音的空调***管路消音器。
本实用新型包括一筒体，在所述筒体的两端分别密封连接左端盖、右端盖，在所述左、右端盖上分别设置第一接口管、第二接口管，在所述筒体内设置至少两块管板，在所述各管板上分别设置一导流管，所述第一、第二接口管及各管板上的导流管上、下交替设置。
本实用新型使用时，连接到压缩机的排气管侧，高温高的气态冷媒通过消音器左端盖上第一接口管进入筒体，然后通过几级导流管的导流，最后从右端盖上的进口管流出，由于两端的接口管、各导流管的偏位性，冷媒流速得到很好的缓冲，从而起到降噪的效果。
本实用新型在所述第一、第二接口管的自由端分别连接接头；通过连接接头可很方便的与压缩机的排出管连接。

如图1、2、3所示，本大巴空调***管路消音器，包括一筒体1，在筒体1的两端分别密封连接左端盖2、右端盖3，在左、右端盖2、3上分别设置第一接口管4、第二接口管5，在筒体1内设置至少两块管板6-1、6-2，在各管板上分别设置一导流管7-1、7-2，第一、第二接口管4、5及各管板上的导流管7-1、7-2上、下交替设置。在第一、第二接口管4、5的自由端分别设置连接接头8、9。
