背景技术
目前空调管基本都有内外两层胶管以及夹在中间的编织层构成，一般空调管内流经一些冷却液，随着空调管的长年使用容易老化造成冷却液的泄露，另外由于冷却液均带有一定的腐蚀性也加速了空调管的老化以及渗漏可能。
中国发明专利专利号ZL02802391.9公开了一种汽车空调管道具有长方形横截面结构。空调管道包括顶壁、底壁和侧壁，它们封闭成一个内部空间，以及至少一个收缩部，上述收缩部由从顶壁和底壁中的至少一个突入到空调管道内从而将顶壁和底壁连接起来的突出形成。该种空调管并没有考虑空调管老化、腐蚀引起的泄露问题。

本实用新型提供了一种耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、防止泄露的耐腐蚀空调管。
一种耐腐蚀空调管，包括内胶管以及包裹在内胶管外层的编织层，编织层外周复合有外胶管，所述的内胶管沿管壁中间夹有塑料层。该种耐腐蚀空调管在内胶管沿管壁中间夹有塑料层，避免了塑料层大量接触冷却液引起腐蚀，该种结构即使内胶管内侧胶管被腐蚀也可以防止外侧胶管受到腐蚀，延长了耐腐蚀空调管的使用寿命。
