本实用新型属于液压***密封结构技术领域,特别涉及一种超高压泵配油阀与出油法兰的密封结构。
背景技术
目前,现有超高压泵的配油阀体与出油法兰之间采用丁腈橡胶“O”型密封圈密封。但是,由于丁腈橡胶“O”型密封圈的耐压能力有限,加之超高压泵的压力较高,且压力和流量脉冲大,导致“O”型密封圈损坏频繁,超高压泵故障率高,更换维修费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足,提供一种不易损坏、使用寿命长的超高压泵配油阀与出油法兰的密封结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种超高压泵配油阀与出油法兰的密封结构,包括配油阀体和设置在配油阀体的油孔处的出油法兰,所述油孔与出油法兰之间设有中部带通孔的锥面密封垫,锥面密封垫的端面为密封锥面。
所述锥面密封垫具有两个密封锥面。
在本实用新型中,锥面密封垫用45#钢或40Cr加工而成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:配油阀体和出油法兰之间设有锥面密封垫,由传统的丁腈橡胶“O”型密封圈的软密封改进为45#钢或40Cr锥面密封垫的刚性密封,由丁腈橡胶“O”型密封圈与配油阀体的端面密封改进为锥面密封垫与配油阀体和出油法兰之间的线密封,其密封严密,锥面密封垫不易损坏,延长了使用寿命,降低了超高压泵的故障率。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示的超高压泵配油阀与出油法兰的密封结构,其包括配油阀体1和设置在配油阀体1的油孔11处的出油法兰2,出油法兰2由紧定螺钉21固装在配油阀体1上,出油法兰2的出油口3与油孔11相对应。在油孔11与出油法兰2之间设有中部带通孔的锥面密封垫5,锥面密封垫5的两端面均为密封锥面51,两端的密封锥面51分别与配油阀体1和出油法兰2相配合形成线密封。出油法兰2外部接有油管4。

1.一种超高压泵配油阀与出油法兰的密封结构,包括配油阀体和设置在配油阀体的油孔处的出油法兰,其特征在于:所述油孔与出油法兰之间设有中部带通孔的锥面密封垫,锥面密封垫的端面为密封锥面。
2.如权利要求1所述的超高压泵配油阀与出油法兰的密封结构,其特征在于:所述锥面密封垫具有两个密封锥面。
