本实用新型涉及一种主要应用于机床行业,使用于精镗床主轴的高精度成对安装圆锥滚子轴承。该轴承的外圈和内圈为椭圆形,控制内圈椭圆和外圈椭圆相互差在正常国标的1/2,以更好的保证客户轴与壳体的配合,再经过有限元模拟工况和经验,将游隙公差范围压缩到正常国标的1/3,以适合的客户特殊需要;保持架的兜孔内设有两对成对的退刀槽,以控制轴承的噪音与跳动,退刀槽的斜坡角为45°,退刀槽的圆弧半径圆锥滚子两端面半径的3%~5%,根据退刀槽圆弧半径确定退刀槽的径向尺寸和轴向尺寸。本实用新型不仅很好的满足径向和轴向精度要求,而且还很好地解决了客户安装时的游隙改变等问题。

本实用新型涉及一种主要应用于机床行业,使用于精镗床主轴的高精度成对安装圆锥滚子轴承。 
背景技术
传统的精镗床主轴轴承原采用成对安装圆锥滚子轴承,来承受径向和轴向载荷。由于该轴承故有的结构缺陷,圆锥外圈机床法兰装配后,为了保证法兰与轴承外圈的同轴度,需要对其隔圈进行修磨,从而改变其初始游隙,而导致轴承游隙过大或过小,当游隙过小时,机床主轴发热量大;当游隙过大时,影响主轴旋转精度,产生“蹦刀”现象。 
实用新型内容
为了克服轴承精度、游隙等问题,本实用新型提供了一种特殊游隙的高精度成对安装圆锥滚子轴承。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高精度成对安装圆锥滚子轴承,包括高精度外圈1、保持架2、滚子3、外隔圈4、内隔圈5和内圈6,保持架2、滚子3、和内圈6组成轴承内组件,将外圈1装入内组件中组成轴承,外圈1之间设有外隔圈4,内圈6之间设有内隔圈5,外圈1和内圈6为椭圆形,控制内圈6椭圆和外圈1椭圆相互差在正常国标的1/2,以更好的保证客户轴与壳体的配合,再经过有限元模拟工况和经验,将游隙公差范围压缩到正常国标的1/3,以适合的客户特殊需要;保持架2的兜孔内设有两对成对的退刀槽I和退刀槽II,以控制轴承的噪音与跳动,退刀槽I和退刀槽II的斜坡角c为45°,退刀槽I的圆弧半径R1和退刀槽II的圆弧半径R是圆锥滚子两端面半径的3%~5%,根据退刀槽I的圆弧半径R1确定退刀槽I的径向尺寸a1和轴向尺寸b1,根据退刀槽Ⅱ的圆弧半径R确定退刀槽Ⅱ的径向尺寸a和轴向尺寸b。
本实用新型的有益效果是:不仅很好的满足径向和轴向精度要求,而且还很好地解决了客户安装时的游隙改变等问题。

1.一种高精度成对安装圆锥滚子轴承,包括高精度外圈(1)、保持架(2)、滚子(3)、外隔圈(4)、内隔圈(5)和内圈(6),保持架(2)、滚子(3)、和内圈(6)组成轴承内组件,将外圈(1)装入内组件中组成轴承,外圈(1)之间设有外隔圈(4),内圈(6)之间设有内隔圈(5),其特征在于,外圈(1)和内圈(6)为椭圆形,内圈(6)椭圆和外圈(1)椭圆相互差为正常国标的1/2,游隙公差范围为正常国标的1/3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度成对安装圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,保持架(2)的兜孔内设有两对成对的退刀槽(Ⅰ)和退刀槽(Ⅱ),退刀槽(Ⅰ)和退刀槽(Ⅱ)的斜坡角(c)为45°,退刀槽(Ⅰ)的圆弧半径(R1)和退刀槽(Ⅱ)的圆弧半径(R)是圆锥滚子两端面半径的3%~5%。
