Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种制造纸、卡纸或其他纤维料幅的机器,包括具有至少一个由两个压榨辊构成的压榨压区的压榨部,在压榨部内设有一个用于涂敷一种介质尤其是淀粉浆的设备,其中,纤维料幅可与带一起通过压榨压区导引。
DE10033213A1介绍了一种方法和一种设备,用于将液态至软膏状介质,优选地淀粉浆,涂敷在一种优选地由纸或卡纸尤其瓦楞纸板构成的料幅一侧或两侧,其中,料幅首先一侧或两侧加上涂层,然后才通过压榨压区。按一种实施例,淀粉浆施加在涂敷辊上。这种方案的缺点是,在涂敷机组前不存在封闭的料幅导引装置。通过自由牵引以及由于纤维料幅在压榨部内仍较低的强度,尤其在单位面积质量低时,例如在低于125g/cm2时,在生产过程中出现倍增的断裂。此外,存在涂敷料沉积在布置在涂敷设备下游用于接触式干燥的机组上的危险。
由WO99/22067已知一种方法和一种设备用于在运行的料幅上涂敷软膏状涂敷介质,其中首先在造纸机的双网区构成料幅,至少一侧借助涂敷装置将液态或软膏状涂敷介质涂敷在料幅上。在这里,在压榨部内的一个压榨元件后存在另一个涂敷装置用于将液态或软膏状涂敷介质涂敷在料幅上。
由WO00/55423已知一种方法和一种设备用于在压榨部内处理纸或卡纸幅。在料幅借助毛毡经抽吸辊导引期间,第一个涂敷设备将涂敷介质喷洒在料幅上。第二个涂敷设备将涂敷介质喷洒在一传送带的表面,接着由传送带将涂敷介质转移给料幅。这两个涂敷设备均设在第一个压榨辊隙前。
本发明的目的是创造一种机器,它有一个可以涂敷一种涂敷介质尤其是淀粉浆的压榨部并与此同时有紧凑的结构。
按本发明此目的在前言所述类型的机器中采取下列措施达到:为了间接地将一种涂敷介质涂敷在纤维料幅上,将涂敷设备安装在压榨辊的至少一个旁。
通过在一个地点统一纤维料幅的压榨和涂敷介质的涂敷,创造了在压榨部区域内机器的一种与先有技术相比更为紧凑的结构方式,由此保证高的工作可靠性。
尤其一项本发明的设计是有利的,按此项设计用于涂敷的设备中至少一个安装在其中一个压榨辊的外表面旁,以及,施加在外表面上的涂层可在压榨压区内转移到纤维料幅上。涂敷设备安装在其旁的那个压榨辊尤其也可以是靴状压榨辊。与通常圆柱形压榨辊配合作用的靴状压榨辊的位置或在下侧或在上侧。这些压榨辊或彼此垂直排列或倾斜地排列。
有利地加设一个安装在压榨辊旁的温度、湿度调节装置或净化装置。这种净化装置包括例如一个用于尤其与一种化学助剂相结合喷水的喷洒机组,和/或用于去除压榨辊沉积物的刮刀或刷子。
按压榨部另一项有利的设计规定,用于涂敷的设备中的至少一个尤其在其中一个压榨辊外表面区域内安装在带旁;以及,施加在外表面上的涂层可在压榨压区内转移到纤维料幅上。
有利地在带旁也安装一个温度、湿度调节装置或净化装置,它可以有与安装在压榨辊旁的净化装置相同的结构。
若沿料幅运行方向在压榨压区之后,在纤维料幅旁安装一个用于干燥涂层的干燥装置,则可达到被施加的涂敷介质的快速干燥。
按本发明可实现两个不同的白水循环。第一个循环的白水源自第一脱水段并在流浆箱前不久重新再循环。源于第二个白水循环的水例如通过片式过滤器处理并例如用作喷洒水。但来自压榨部富含淀粉的水却不供给这两个白水循环,而是在恰当的位置输入淀粉浆制备过程中。
按本发明另一项有利的设计规定,在设在压榨部之后的干燥部中设另一个涂敷设备,用于涂敷一种介质尤其是淀粉浆。
下面借助附图所示实施例详细说明本发明。其中:
图1表示压榨部,其中在压榨压区前在纤维料幅两侧进行涂敷;
图2表示按图1的压榨部,其中仅在靴状压榨辊上进行涂敷:以及
图3表示与设在后面的干燥部连接的按图1的压榨部,其中仅在压榨辊上进行涂敷。
在纤维料幅1(图1)通过网部后,在一个包括一个由压榨辊3和靴状压榨辊4构成的压榨压区5内,在纤维料幅的两侧施加涂敷介质,尤其是淀粉浆。为此设有涂敷设备6、7。涂敷设备6将涂敷介质施加在压榨辊3的外表面上,而涂敷设备7将涂敷介质涂敷在毛毡或带8上。在带8上的涂敷优选地在靴状压榨辊4的外表面区域内进行,但也可以更早一些进行。
接着,纤维料幅1在压榨压区5内在两侧承接涂敷介质。然后,一个在压榨压区5后设在纤维料幅1附近的干燥装置9例如辐射干燥器干燥涂层。
为了清洁,不仅在压榨辊3外表面旁而且在带8旁安装净化或温湿度调节装置10,11。在这里分别施加清洗液。清洗液附加地在例如机械净化装置的帮助下将污垢从外表面或从带8上除去。温湿度调节装置11优选地还包括一把刮刀12。
在带8旁附加地安装一个张紧装置13和一个调节器14。纤维料幅1被抽吸辊15抽吸到传送带16上,并通过包括干燥滚筒17的干燥部进一步导引。
按一种替换的设计(图2),纤维料幅1仅由涂敷设备7在一侧借助带8施加涂层。在抽吸辊15与干燥滚筒17之间设另一个干燥装置18。
按本发明的另一种设计(图3),仅在压榨辊3上由涂敷设备6施加涂层。除此之外,压榨部2的结构与图1或2中表示的相同。在一个与压榨部2连接包括干燥滚筒18和抽吸式转向辊20的干燥部19内,在纤维料幅1上由另一个涂敷设备21在其下侧同样施加一个涂层。涂敷设备21包括一个喷洒装置22,它将介质首先喷洒在传输辊23的外表面上;介质从传输辊转移到纤维料幅1上。
在传输辊23旁安装一个温湿度调节装置或净化装置24。从传输辊23流出的不洁清洗液经一个排流槽25排出。
Claims (7)
1.一种制造纸、卡纸或其他纤维料幅(1)的机器,包括具有至少一个由两个压榨辊(3、4)构成的压榨压区(5)的压榨部(2),在压榨部内设有用于涂敷一种介质尤其是淀粉浆的设备(6、7),其中,纤维料幅(1)可与带(8)一起通过压榨压区(5)导引,其特征为:为了间接地涂敷在纤维料幅(1)上,将所述设备(6、7)安装在所述压榨辊(3、4)的至少一个旁。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机器,其特征为,所述用于涂敷的设备(6、7)中的至少一个安设在其中一个压榨辊(3、4)的外表面旁;以及,施加在外表面上的涂层可在压榨压区(5)内转移到纤维料幅(1)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的机器,其特征为,在压榨辊(3)旁安装温湿度调节装置(10)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的机器,其特征为,所述用于涂敷的设备(6、7)中的至少一个尤其在其中一个压榨辊(4)外表面区域内安装在带(8)旁;以及,施加在外表面上的涂层可在压榨压区(5)内转移到纤维料幅(1)上。
5.按照权利要求4所述的机器,其特征为,在带(8)旁安装温湿度调节装置(11)。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的机器,其特征为,沿料幅运行方向在压榨压区(5)之后,在纤维料幅旁安装一个用于干燥涂层的干燥装置(9、18)。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的机器,其特征为,在设在压榨部(2)之后的干燥部(19)中设另一个涂敷设备(21),用于在纤维料幅(1)上涂敷一种介质尤其是淀粉浆。
