技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置。
更具体地,本发明涉及一种可以提高耐用性及减小噪声的动力传递装置,在该装置中当车辆停放在倾斜路面上时,转矩减小。
背景技术
通常,混合动力车辆是一种通过利用发动机和电动机进行操作的电动车辆。
混合动力车辆采用发动机的动力作为驱动力,采用电源(即,电动机)的动力作为辅助动力。
从而,混合动力车辆具有下列优点,即其将机械能转化为电能的比率较小,且具有较高的动力传递效率。
如上所述,混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,如图1所述,包括第一轴2,行星齿轮组PG,及第二和第三轴4和6。
第一轴2从发动机接收动力,而行星齿轮组PG布置在第一轴2上。
发电机G和电动机M分别布置在行星齿轮组PG的前方和后方,而从行星齿轮组PG的齿圈R输出的动力被传递给第二和第三轴4和6。
然后,该动力最终传递给车轮(图中未显示),通过第二和第三轴4和6减速,并通过差速器8传递。

因此,会出现耐用性下降和出现噪声的问题。
特别地,由于驱动链轮10通过连接部件28布置在行星齿轮组PG的前方,其中连接部件28在垂直于轴的方向布置在齿圈R凸台部分B的末端部分上,在行星齿轮组PG在轴向振动的情况下,会出现连接部件28的支撑力变弱的问题。
在行星齿轮组PG的后方,与电动机M转子MR相连的榖轴HS与齿圈R的连接榖52在垂直方向彼此简单地相连。
因此,在行星齿轮组PG在垂直第一轴2的方向上振动的情况下,连接榖52的支撑力变弱,从而会出现行星齿轮组PG的耐用性下降,产生噪声。
此外,由于停车联锁机构30布置在第三轴6上,在车辆停放在倾斜路面上时,作用在停车联锁机构30和卡块(图中未显示)之间的转矩很高。

一个根据本发明第二实施例的混合动力车辆动力传递装置包括:一个从发动机接收动力的第一轴;一个行星齿轮组,布置在第一轴上,且包括一个太阳齿轮,一个行星架,和一个齿圈;一个发电机和一个电动机,其分别布置在行星齿轮组的前方和后方;一个从第一轴接收动力的第二轴;一个驱动链轮,与齿圈相连以传递从齿圈输出的动力,并布置在齿圈凸台部分的外圆周面上,与齿圈位于相同的平面;一个被动链轮,布置在第二轴上以从第一轴接收动力;传动链,连接成从驱动链轮向被动链轮传递动力;一个从第二轴接收动力的第三轴;一个第四轴,通过形成在第三轴上的齿轮接收被最终减速的动力;一个推力球轴承,布置在发电机壳和延长部分的外圆周面之间,该延长部分由齿圈凸台部分的前端在轴向上延伸形成,使得推力球轴承在行星齿轮组的轴向支撑行星齿轮组;及一个双圆锥滚子轴承,接合在与齿圈相连的连接榖外圆周面和电动机壳外圆周面之间,使得双圆锥滚子轴承在轴向和垂直于轴向的方向上支撑行星齿轮组。
在另一个实施例中,一个停车联锁机构布置在被动链轮后方。

具体实施方式
下面将接合附图详细说明本发明的示例性实施例。
图2是一个剖视图,表示一个根据本发明一个示例性实施例的混合动力车辆动力传递装置。图3是一个剖视图,表示一个根据本发明第一示例性实施例的混合动力车辆动力传递装置的主要部分。
根据本发明的该示例性实施例,一种混合动力车辆动力传递装置,如图2所示,包括第一轴2,行星齿轮组PG,发电机G,电动机M,驱动链轮10,被动链轮12,传动链14,第三轴6,第四轴24,轴向支撑部分40,和双向支撑部分50。
第二轴2从发动机200接收动力,而行星齿轮组PG布置在第一轴2上,并包括太阳齿轮S,行星架PC,和齿圈R。
发电机G和电动机M分别布置在行星齿轮组PG的前方和后方,且从行星齿轮组PG齿圈R输出的动力通过形成在第二和第三轴4和6上的齿轮减速,并传递给第二和第三轴4和6。
然后,动力被最终减速并通过差速器8传递给车轮(图中未表示)。
更具体地,行星架PC与第一轴2相连,太阳齿轮S与发电机G相连,而齿圈R与电动机M相连。
此外,沿着齿圈R凸台(boss)部分B的外圆周面齿圈R位于与驱动链轮10相同垂直线上。
驱动链轮10布置在齿圈R凸台部分B外圆周面上以与齿圈R位于相同平面上。
驱动链轮10通过传动链14与布置在第二轴4上的被动链轮12相连。
从而,动力从第一轴2传递给第二轴4,而第二轴4的中间主动齿轮16通过与第三轴6的中间从动齿轮18啮合传递动力。
第三轴6的末端传动齿轮20与差速齿轮22啮合,而动力被减速且被传递给第四轴24,第四轴24是一个穿过差速器8的传动轴。
被动链轮12布置在第二轴4上,以从第一轴2上接收动力。
此外,在被动链轮12的后方,停车联锁机构30布置在第二轴4上。
此外,如图3所示,根据本发明的第一示例性实施例,在行星齿轮组PG的前方,一个推力球轴承40,即轴向支撑部分40,布置在齿圈R凸台部分B的前端和发电机壳32之间。
推力球轴承40在轴向支撑行星齿轮组PG。
从而,防止了行星齿轮组PG的轴向振动。
也就是说,推力球轴承40布置在齿圈R凸台部分B的延长部分34和发电机壳32外圆周面的垂直面36之间。
也就是说,推力球轴承40的外圈42布置在延长部分34的内圆周面上,而推力球轴承40的内圈44布置在垂直面36上。
双向支撑部分50在轴向和与轴向垂直的方向支撑行星齿轮组PG。
也就是说,在行星齿轮组PG的后方,双向支撑部分50布置在电动机壳54和齿圈R的连接榖52之间,连接榖52与榖轴HS相连,而榖轴HS与电动机M的转子MR相连。
双向支撑部分50可以用双圆锥滚子轴承50来实现,且通过双向支撑部分50防止行星齿轮组PG轴向和与轴向垂直的方向上的振动。
也就是说,双圆锥滚子轴承50包括内圈56和外圈58。
双圆锥滚子轴承50的内圈56布置在齿圈R连接榖52的外圆周面上,而双圆锥滚子轴承50的外圈58通过螺栓59接合到电动机壳外表面的一侧。
在这种情况下,双圆锥滚子轴承50可以被双角接触球轴承(图中未表示)代替。
图4是一个剖视图,表示一个根据本发明第二示例性实施例的混合动力车辆动力传递装置的主要部分。
如图4所示,根据本发明的第二示例性实施例,轴向支撑部分40可以布置在延长部分34和发电机壳32外圆周面的垂直面37之间。
从而,根据本发明该示例性实施例的混合动力车辆动力传递装置,出现在行星齿轮组PG齿圈R和驱动链轮10中的振动,不论是出现在轴向还是在垂直于轴向的方向上,都可以避免。
从而,行星齿轮组PG的耐用形可以提高,而由振动产生的噪声可以降低。
此外,根据本发明的该示例性实施例,混合动力车辆动力传递装置的停车联锁机构30布置在减速齿轮部分的第二轴4上。
因此,在车辆停止在倾斜路面等的情况下,从车轮传递的力矩可被减小。
也就是说,由于停车联锁机构布置在减速齿轮部分的第二轴上,在车辆停放在倾斜路而上的情况下,施加在停车联锁机构和卡块之间的力矩可以最小化。
尽管已经接合被认为是当前实用的示例性实施例对本发明作了说明,但可以理解本发明并不局限于公开的示例性实施例。相反,本发明涵盖各种包括在下文所附的权利要求的精神与范围中的改进和等同的布置。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,包括:
从发动机接收动力的第一轴;
行星齿轮组,其布置在第一轴上,且包括太阳齿轮,行星架,和齿圈;
发电机和电动机,其分别布置在行星齿轮组的前方和后方;
从第一轴接收动力的第二轴;
驱动链轮,其与齿圈相连以传递从齿圈输出的动力,并布置在齿圈凸台部分的外圆周面上,而与齿圈位于相同的平面;
被动链轮,布置在第二轴上以从第一轴接收动力;
传动链,连接成从驱动链轮向被动链轮传递动力;
从第二轴接收动力的第三轴;
第四轴,通过形成在第三轴上的齿轮接收被最终减速的动力;
轴向支撑部分,其布置在该凸台部分前端和发电机壳之间,以在行星齿轮组的轴向上支撑该行星齿轮组;及
双向支撑部分,连接成在轴向和该轴向的垂直方向上支撑行星齿轮组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
其中一个停车联锁机构布置在被动链轮后方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
其中所述轴向支撑部分由布置在发电机壳和延长部分内圆周面之间的推力球轴承来实现,该延长部分由齿圈凸台部分的前端在轴向上延伸而形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
其中所述轴向支撑部分由布置在发电机壳和延长部分外圆周面之间的推力球轴承来实现,该延长部分由齿圈凸台部分的前端在轴向上延伸形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
其中所述双向支撑部分由接合在与齿圈相连的连接榖外圆周面和电动机壳外圆周面之间的双圆锥滚子轴承来实现。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
其中所述双向支撑部分由接合在与齿圈相连的连接榖外圆周面和电动机壳外圆周面之间的双角接触球轴承来实现。
7.一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,包括:
从发动机接收动力的第一轴;
行星齿轮组,其布置在第一轴上,且包括太阳齿轮,行星架,和齿圈;
发电机和电动机,其分别布置在行星齿轮组的前方和后方;
从第一轴接收动力的第二轴;
驱动链轮,其与齿圈相连以传递从齿圈输出的动力,并布置在齿圈凸台部分的外圆周面上,而与齿圈位于相同的平面;
被动链轮,布置在第二轴上以从第一轴接收动力;
传动链,连接成从驱动链轮向被动链轮传递动力;
从第二轴接收动力的第三轴;
第四轴,通过形成在第三轴上的齿轮接收被最终减速的动力;
推力球轴承,布置在发电机壳和延长部分的内圆周面之间,该延长部分由齿圈凸台部分的前端在轴向上延伸形成,使得推力球轴承在行星齿轮组的轴向上支撑该行星齿轮组;及
双圆锥滚子轴承,其接合在与齿圈相连的连接榖外圆周面和电动机壳外圆周面之间,使得双圆锥滚子轴承在轴向和该轴向的垂直方向上支撑该行星齿轮组。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,
其中一个停车联锁机构布置在被动链轮后方。
9.一种混合动力车辆的动力传递装置,包括:
从发动机接收动力的第一轴;
行星齿轮组,其布置在第一轴上,且包括太阳齿轮,行星架,和齿圈;
发电机和电动机,其分别布置在行星齿轮组的前方和后方;
从第一轴接收动力的第二轴;
驱动链轮,其与齿圈相连以传递从齿圈输出的动力,并布置在齿圈凸台部分的外圆周面上,而与齿圈位于相同的平面;
被动链轮,布置在第二轴上以从第一轴接收动力;
传动链,其连接成从驱动链轮向被动链轮传递动力;
从第二轴接收动力的第三轴;
第四轴,其通过形成在第三轴上的齿轮接收被最终减速的动力;
推力球轴承,其布置在发电机壳和延长部分的外圆周而之间,该延长部分由齿圈凸台部分的前端在轴向上延伸形成,使得推力球轴承在行星齿轮组的轴向上支撑该行星齿轮组;及
双圆锥滚子轴承,其接合在与齿圈相连的连接榖外圆周面和电动机壳外圆周面之间,使得双圆锥滚子轴承在轴向和垂直于轴向的方向上支撑该行星齿轮组。
10.根据权利要求9所述混合动力车辆的动力传递的装置,
其中一个停车联锁机构布置在被动链轮后方。
