【背景技术】
肠类食物是人们经常食用的一种方便食物。现有技术中的肠类一般是将各种肉类或者海鲜类和淀粉,在一定条件下加工而成。这些传统产品的营养成分和构成,已经不能满足人们的消费需求,而且它口味单一、功能单一,没有健脾开胃的功能,故不适于患有脾、肠和胃不好以及有腹泻多痰和多咳的人食用。

本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种健脾开胃肠,该健脾开胃肠在现有技术基础上加以改进,能够起到祛暑利湿、健脾开胃、理气中和,止泻,祛痰止咳的作用。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的方案是设计一种健脾开胃肠。它健脾开胃肠,其特征在于所说的健脾开胃肠含有:
A    茶叶                   40-65%;
B    公丁香                 3-5%;
C    陈皮                   5-7%;
D    桔梗                   5-7%;
E    半夏                   5-7%;
F    藿香                   5-7%;
G    扁豆肉                 5-7%;
H    豆蔻                   5-7%;
I    莲来草                 3-5%
J    甘草                   3-5%
K    麦芽                   5-7%
L    谷芽                   5-7%
M    食盐、蜂蜜、香料       适量;
N    水                     其余。
本发明的有益效果是:营养丰富、均衡,能够起到祛暑利湿、健脾开胃、理气中和,止泻,祛痰止咳的作用。
【具体实施方式】
以下将结合本发明的实施例进行详细叙述。本发明的健脾开胃肠按比例(重量)将原料茶叶45%绞碎加食盐、烘炒制备用;将各5%的公丁香、陈皮、桔梗、半夏、藿香、豆蔻、莲来草和甘草洗净后搅碎加食盐和蜂蜜搅拌;在将各5%的扁豆肉、麦芽和谷芽进行清洗后蒸熟搅碎加食盐冷却;后将烘炒制的茶叶与公丁香、陈皮、桔梗、半夏、藿香、豆蔻、莲来草、甘草、扁豆肉、麦芽和谷芽加水、蜂蜜、香料搅拌均匀;用灌装机装入肠衣,然后进行烘焙,高温蒸煮消毒,包装完成。
