技术领域
本发明涉及一种在许多连续的电导线上实现分接的连接***。
背景技术
由DE 297 08 222 U1已知一种这样的连接***。在这份资料中所指出的连接***和本发明的连接***一样用来在许多连续的导线上实现分接,而不必切断连续的导线。为此在一底板上形成许多沟槽形支架,在它们里面可以相互平行放入一扁平电缆或许多导线。然后盖上一顶盖,以固定导线或扁平电缆。然后在这个配备隔板的预装单元上在回转运动中卡锁夹钳形物体,它们分别配备一穿过绝缘材料的螺钉,它通过一汇流排分别与两个拉簧夹钳连接,以连接分接的导线。这样在每条导线上可以分别实现两个支线,而不必切断连续的导线。

在结构方面本装置比现有技术更简单,因为本发明利用可无工具接线的IDC触点,特别是叉式触点来接线。这里它尽管采用具有由其结构形式造成的—特别是在设计成叉式触点时—较大宽度的IDC触点仍能实现由连接片组成的做得非常窄小的结构,此外它使得可以用简单的方法无工具地最方便地触点接通连接导线,还有分接导线(无论如何在采用直接插接触点时)。

具体实施方式
图1表示一具有一底板1和可回转地设置在它上面的连接片2的连接***,连接片分别具有一盘状的在俯视图内做成T形的绝缘塑料基体3。
在每个基体3上分别设置一穿过绝缘层的第一接头4和至少一个或多个与它导电连接的分接接头5,以连接至少一条分接导线(这里来画出)。
第一接头4设计成穿过绝缘层的触点—这里做成叉形触点,在它上面连接一汇流排段6,这里在汇流排段上设置两个分接接头5。这些分接接头5原则上可以按任何连接技术(IDC、螺钉、簧片等等)构成。优选利用可无工具直接接线的压簧触点(***),为此在基体3顶面上设置***口7。
连接片2的回转区8分别位于其下面的—即朝底板的—角部区域9内。两个分接接头5并排设置在叉形触点4的侧面。
为了尽可能同样无工具地使待触点接通的带绝缘层10a和芯线10b的导线10能与穿过绝缘层的叉形触点4触点接通,它们具有一些特殊性。
按照一种方案这些特殊性包括与叉形触点4的部位处的回转半径r匹配的按照半径为r的圆弧类型的刀口几何形状。此外实现叉形触点在回转区8附近的布局,使得在连接片2的位于回转轴对面的末端处将基体3向下压时有利地造成大的杠杆力或杠杆比。
这里回转区8分别由一在底板上形成的倒圆的钩形段11组成,它与连接片2基体3上一相应地形成的同样倒圆的钩形段12这样地共同作用,使得两个钩形段形成一种滑动回转轴承。因此可以有利地放弃像在这一类现有技术中存在的那样的贯通的销形转轴,它将连接片固定在基体上,使连续的导线不能***。

连接片2可以单独或成组地朝底板1回转,这在单独或成组接线中形成。也可以考虑一种组合式结构,其中多个连接片2整体地合并成一上一级的可回转的单元(这里未画出)。由此实现一种双梳形的具有相互嵌入的梳齿的结构,此外它提供一次分别连接多个连续导线的可能性。
凹座还可以配备用来卡锁固定连续导线的卡锁凸台14,以便简化导线的安装及其触点接通。
支承筋19用来将连接片2支承在底板1上。

Claims (21)

13.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:在每个连接片(2)的叉形触点(4)上分别连接一汇流排段(6),在该汇流排段上面设置两个分接接头(5)。
14.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:分接接头(5)设计成可无工具直接接线的压簧触头,对此特别是在基体(3)顶面上形成***口(7)。
15.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:在基本壳体(3)上叉形触点(4)的侧面分别并排设置两个或多个分接接头(5)。
16.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:相邻连接片(2)的两个或多个分接接头(5)在接线状态基本上并排排列。
17.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:叉形触点(4)分别设置在基体(3)的连接在回转区上的区域内。
18.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:凹座(13)配备用来卡锁固定连续导线的卡锁凸台(14)。
19.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:连接片(2)分别至少在一侧具有绝缘盖板(15)。
20.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:回转框式井筒(16)配备卡锁元件(17),它们与连接片(2)上的对应卡锁元件(18)共同作用,以便在回转框式井筒上固定连接片(2)的未接线位置。
21.按上述权利要求之任一项的连接***,其特征为:凹座(13)具有用来将导线预先卡锁在凹座(13)内的元件。
