Abstract

背景技术
绳索、缆绳和线被用于许多领域,如海事领域、攀登领域等。它们可例如用于系泊小船和船舶,例如帆船。
当例如由于海的运动而需要使用者等对这些绳索、缆绳和线进行操纵时,这些绳索、缆绳和线经受了高机械应力。例如,系泊绳索由于海和船的运动而经受了各种拉伸作用。这尤其在绳索的纤维之间产生摩擦,从而导致纤维磨损。这导致这些绳索、缆绳和线快速磨损,韧性降低并且可能出现断裂。

一种为了减少纤维磨损而应用于生产绳索或缆绳用纤维的组合物是已知的。它由Goulston Technologies以标号Lurol NR-6025出售。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可沉积在例如预期用于绳索或缆绳中的纱线、纤维或长丝上的组合物,本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝表现出非常好的耐磨性。
根据第一主题,本发明涉及一种可沉积在纱线、纤维或长丝上的组合物,该组合物包含以下化合物:
a)选自聚乙烯和聚丙烯的聚烯烃,
b)聚有机硅氧烷,
c)由包含10-24个碳原子的α-烯烃和不饱和二元羧酸获得的共聚物的酯。
根据第二主题,本发明涉及用本发明的组合物处理的纱线、纤维或长丝。
在第三主题中,本发明涉及制备这些纱线、纤维或长丝的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将纱线的组成材料纺丝,
2)任选地,拉伸纱线,
3)任选地,变形纱线,
该纱线在该方法的过程中使用上述组合物进行处理。
在第四主题中,本发明涉及由本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝获得的绳索、缆绳和线,以及它们在系泊或锚定装置中以及在攀登领域中的用途。
本发明的组合物包含作为化合物a)的选自聚乙烯和聚丙烯的聚烯烃。有利地,化合物a)为聚乙烯蜡。尤其是,该聚乙烯蜡可被氧化。
根据本发明的一个具体实施方案,这种化合物a)是熔点为110-150℃,优选120-150℃的聚乙烯蜡。
有利地,化合物a)是150℃下粘度为1000-5000mPa·s的聚乙烯蜡。
该组合物包含作为化合物b)的聚有机硅氧烷。优选地,化合物b)是20℃下粘度为100-1000mPa·s的硅油。聚有机硅氧烷可以例如是聚甲基硅氧烷或聚甲基苯基硅氧烷。
本发明的组合物包含作为化合物c)的由含10-24个碳原子的α-烯烃和不饱和二元羧酸获得的共聚物的酯。
可通过使用羟基化化合物来酯化由含10-24个碳原子的α-烯烃和不饱和二元羧酸获得的共聚物,从而获得该酯。也可通过在以上共聚物的制备过程中加入单体来获得该酯。
用于制备化合物c)的α-烯烃优选包含12-18个碳原子。关于可用于制备化合物c)的二元羧酸,可提及的有马来酸、富马酸、衣康酸和柠康酸。优选地,二元羧酸选自马来酸和富马酸。
共聚物在40℃下测量的粘度有利地为100-1000mPa·s,优选为250-400mPa·s。
根据本发明的一个具体实施方案,该组合物包含:
-x%=10-50重量%的化合物a),相对于组合物中的化合物a)、b)和c)的总重量,
-y%=10-50重量%的化合物c),相对于组合物中的化合物a)、b)和c)的总重量,
-z%=100-(x+y)重量%的化合物b),相对于组合物中的化合物a)、b)和c)的总重量。
有利地,x为20-40%,y为20-40%。
可根据制备组合物的任何已知方法来制备本发明的组合物。
在制备组合物之前,化合物a)可为乳液的形式。在制备乳液的过程中可使用乳化剂。关于乳化剂的例子,可提及的有由包含10-20个碳原子的脂肪醇组成的乳化剂,该脂肪醇被乙氧基化并包含2-10个乙氧基(éthoxylate)(EO)。
在制备组合物之前,化合物b)可为乳液的形式。该乳液可为“水包油”型乳液。化合物b)有利地占乳液重量的10-60重量%。在制备乳液的过程中可使用乳化剂。关于适合的乳化剂的例子,可提及的有包含10-20个碳原子并包含2-10个乙氧基(EO)的乙氧基化的脂肪醇。
本发明的组合物可为在液体中的溶液、乳液或分散体的形式。
该组合物例如可为有机溶剂中的溶液的形式。
该组合物也可为液体中的乳液的形式,该液体有利地为水。当该组合物为乳液的形式时,在制备组合物的过程中可使用乳化剂。
当该组合物为水中乳液的形式时,它通常包含化合物a)、b)和c)、乳化剂和水。组合物中的非水部分通常包含10-70重量%的化合物a)、b)和c),以及30-90重量%的乳化剂。化合物a)、b)和c)的各自比例与上述相同。
根据本发明的一个具体实施方案,除化合物a)、b)和c)以外,该组合物也可包含上浆组合物。
适合用于本发明的上浆组合物是在聚合物纺丝领域中,尤其是在聚酰胺或聚酯的纺丝领域中通常使用的所有浆料。该上浆组合物通常为油或水性乳液。
本发明的组合物也可包含除化合物a)、b)和c)和任选的上浆组合物之外的其它化合物,如通常用于上浆组合物中的表面活性剂、抗静电剂。
在第二主题中,本发明涉及用上述组合物处理的纱线、纤维或长丝。
本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝可以是天然、人造和/或合成来源的。它们也可具有几种来源:作为实例可以提及的有聚酰胺和棉纤维的短纤纱。
本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝有利地基于热塑性聚合物。关于适合于本发明的热塑性(共)聚合物,例如可以提及聚烯烃、聚酯、聚(环氧烷)、聚氧化烯、聚卤化烯、聚(邻苯二甲酸亚烷基酯或对苯二甲酸亚烷基酯)、聚(苯或亚苯基)、聚(苯醚或苯硫)、聚(乙酸乙烯酯)、聚(乙烯醇)、聚(卤乙烯)、聚(偏1,1-二卤乙烯)、聚乙烯腈、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、聚硅氧烷、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的聚合物、聚丙烯酸酯或聚甲基丙烯酸酯、作为纤维素及其衍生物的天然聚合物、合成聚合物如合成弹性体,或包含至少一种与上述聚合物中包含的任何一种单体相同的单体的热塑性共聚物,以及所有这些(共)聚合物的共混物和/或合金。
关于本发明的其它优选热塑性聚合物,可提及的有半结晶或无定型聚酰胺,如脂族聚酰胺、半芳族聚酰胺,更通常为由芳族或脂族饱和二酸与脂族或芳族饱和二(伯胺)之间的缩聚获得的线型聚酰胺,由内酰胺或氨基酸的缩合获得的聚酰胺,或由这些各种单体的混合物的缩合获得的线型聚酰胺。
更具体地,这些共聚酰胺可以为例如聚(己二酰己二胺),由对苯二甲酸和/或间苯二甲酸获得的聚苯二酰胺,如以商品名Amodel出售的聚酰胺,或由己二酸、六亚甲基二胺和己内酰胺获得的共聚酰胺。
有利地,热塑性聚合物为聚酯,如聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)(PET)、聚(对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯)(PPT)、聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)(PBT)、它们的共聚物和共混物。
更加优选地,热塑性聚合物选自包含聚酰胺6、聚酰胺6,6、聚酰胺4、聚酰胺11、聚酰胺12、聚酰胺4-6、6-10、6-12、6-36和12-12、它们的共聚物和共混物的(共)聚酰胺。
本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝可基于热塑性聚合物或热塑性共聚物的共混物。
本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝可包含添加剂,如补强填料、阻燃剂、UV稳定剂、热稳定剂、消光剂如二氧化钛、生物活性剂等。
存在于纱线表面的本发明组合物有利地占纱线重量的1-5重量%。
本发明纱线的总支数可在纱线的通常支数范围内选择,例如200分特-3000分特。根据本发明的一个具体实施方案,本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝是总支数为700分特-2500分特的纱线。
本发明纱线的股支数可在纱线的通常支数范围内选择。股支数通常大于或等于0.3分特。在大直径单丝的情况下,它通常小于800微米直径的分特当量。根据本发明的一个具体实施方案,本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝是股支数为3-9分特的纱线。
本发明还涉及一种制备纱线、纤维或长丝的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将纱线的组成材料纺丝,
2)任选地,拉伸纱线,
3)任选地,变形纱线,
该纱线在该方法的过程中使用上述组合物进行处理。
纺丝步骤1)按照本领域技术人员已知的任何方法来进行。
当纱线的材料为热塑性聚合物时,步骤1)有利地是熔融纺丝聚合物的步骤。
本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝可以进行拉伸。因此,根据期望赋予纱线的取向和机械性质,可按照任何已知的方法将纱线沿纺丝路径拉伸至期望的程度。它也可根据最终卷绕速度简单地预定向或者纺丝定向。它可直接获得或卷绕在辊子上,以调节卷绕张力,如果这证明是有用的或必要的话。步骤2)可以与纺丝一起进行,或者不一起进行。
卷绕速度通常为400-8000m/min,有利地为600-5000m/min,优选为600-2000m/min。
变形步骤3)可按照本领域技术人员已知的任何方法来进行。
处理步骤可在任选的拉伸步骤之前或之后进行。处理步骤也可在任选的变形步骤3)之前或之后进行。
该处理可以采用标准技术来进行,例如辊涂或用纺丝整理装置(gudulettes)涂覆。在这些标准技术中,作为非限制性的实例,可以提及的有使用辊涂、喷雾或蒸发、浸渍来处理纤维原料的技术,浸轧技术,以及在纺织工业中用于处理合成纤维的任何方法。该处理可在生产纱线的不同步骤中进行。它们尤其是其中通常添加润滑剂的所有步骤。因此可在卷绕之前在细纱机的底部施以添加剂。在“纤维”工艺的情况下,还可以在拉伸、卷曲或干燥步骤等之前、过程中或之后施以添加剂。
在某些情况下,按照本领域技术人员已知的方法使纱线经受第一初步处理(预处理)另外可能是有利的,目的是促进接枝共聚物粘合到纱线上。此外,也可设想在本发明的处理之前或之后使纱线经受其它化学或物理处理,例如辐照及其它处理。
用本发明组合物处理的纱线、纤维或长丝表现出非常好的耐磨性。
在第四主题中,本发明涉及包含至少部分本发明纱线、纤维或长丝的绳索、缆绳或线。
本发明的绳索、缆绳或线可用在小船、船舶、漂浮趸船、轻浮桥、锚标、航标或者定位标的系泊或者锚定装置中。
这是因为,由于本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝表现出高耐磨性,因此使用这些纱线获得的绳索表现出低磨损和长寿命,尤其是当这些绳索在水中反复浸泡时。
本发明的绳索、缆绳或线也可用于攀登领域,在该领域中,绳索经受高机械应力。在攀登绳索中,本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝有利地存在于与外皮相对的绳索的芯中,该外皮通常为编织纱线的形式。
本发明的纱线、纤维或长丝也可用于网中,例如渔网或安全网。它们也可用于带中,如安全带。
具体实施方式
根据以下仅以说明性的方式给出的实施例,本发明的其它细节或优点将变得更加明显。
纱线、纤维或长丝的耐磨性测试
用于测量纱线耐磨性的标准是ASTM D 6611-00标准。测试过程中所用标准的条件如下:
-待测试纱线的卷绕(enroulement):3转(卷绕角度:1080°)
-待测试纱线的运动幅度(冲程):6cm
-发动机转速:70转/分钟
-通过重量施加到纱线上的张力:445cN
在如标准中所述的干和湿条件下,根据上述标准进行测试。还在纱线处理(模拟绳索浸在水中,然后在空气中干燥)之后,在该标准的干条件下进行测试。这种处理描述如下。
纱线处理:其模拟绳索浸在水中然后在空气中干燥
在室温下将纱线浸在蒸馏水中10分钟,其中包括搅拌纱线1分钟。随后将纱线放置在棉织物上,并在室温下在空气中干燥24小时。
用于测量沉积在纱线上的组合物量的方法
在Soxhlet型装置中,使用沸点为30-50℃的石油醚萃取纱线上存在的组合物。该萃取是循环的,循环的持续时间为6-10分钟。萃取时间为1小时。样品重量与溶剂重量的比为1/10-1/20。样品重量为2-10g。
实施例
实施例1
将聚酰胺6制成的纱线退绕,该聚酰胺6由Rhodia IndustrialYarns AG公司以标号T371(1400f210:210根长丝,总支数为1400分特)出售,并使纱线在旋转辊(纱线被放置为垂直于辊的纵轴)上经过来进行处理,所述辊被部分浸在包含下表1所述组合物的浴中。纱线在辊上的经过是按照常规方法来进行的。纱线经过的总速度为450m/min,该纱线被引导背离所述辊,并且该引导是沿着辊纵轴方向进行往复运动,目的是优化组合物在纱线上的沉积。

借助于彼此相对放置的两个纺丝整理装置,通过在纱线上施涂如下所述的组合物3来处理由聚酰胺6制成的纱线,该聚酰胺6由RhodiaIndustrial Yarns AG公司分别以标号T771(1400f210:210根长丝,总支数为1400分特)(实施例2)和以标号T371(1880f280:280根长丝,总支数为1880分特)(实施例3)出售。纱线经过的总速度为425m/min。该纱线随后被卷绕。

Claims (22)
1、包含以下化合物的组合物:
a)选自聚乙烯和聚丙烯的聚烯烃,
b)聚有机硅氧烷,
c)由包含10-24个碳原子的α-烯烃和不饱和二元羧酸获得的共聚物的酯。
2、根据权利要求1的组合物,其特征在于化合物a)为聚乙烯蜡。
3、根据权利要求1或2的组合物,其特征在于化合物a)是熔点为110-150℃,优选120-150℃的聚乙烯蜡。
4、根据前述权利要求之一的组合物,其特征在于化合物b)是20℃下粘度为100-1000mPa·s的硅油。
5、根据前述权利要求之一的组合物,其特征在于该组合物包含:
-x%=10-50重量%的化合物a),相对于组合物中的化合物a)、b)和c)的总重量,
-y%=10-50重量%的化合物c),相对于组合物中的化合物a)、b)和c)的总重量,
-z%=100-(x+y)重量%的化合物b),相对于组合物中的化合物a)、b)和c)的总重量。
6、根据权利要求5的组合物,其特征在于x为20-40%,y为20-40%。
