显示装置、多屏幕显示装置以及显示装置的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示装置、多屏幕显示装置以及显示装置的制造方法。
背景技术
以往提出有使用透过型屏幕的显示装置。例如,在专利文献1、2中公开了具有由柱面镜板和菲涅耳透镜板构成的透过型屏幕的显示装置。
另外,在专利文献3中公开了关于玻璃基板的接合方法的技术。

在现有的透过型屏幕中,有时使用焊药将柱面镜板和菲涅耳透镜板彼此熔接在一起。在该情况下,当周围温度反复发生变化时,会发生熔接材料变形、柱面镜板和菲涅耳透镜板之间的连接强度降低等情况。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题而提出的,其目的在于,在由多个透镜板构成的用于进行图像显示的屏幕中,提高所述多个透镜板之间的固定可靠性。
本发明的显示装置具有用于进行图像显示的屏幕,上述屏幕具有第1透镜板和通过热熔接固定在该第1透镜板上的第2透镜板。
另外,本发明的显示装置的制造方法是具有屏幕的显示装置的制造方法,上述屏幕具有第1和第2透镜板,并用于进行图像显示,上述显示装置的制造方法具有如下步骤:步骤(a),将上述第1透镜板和上述第2透镜板重叠在一起;步骤(b),在上述步骤(a)之后,使用激光通过热熔接来固定上述第1透镜板和上述第2透镜板。
根据本发明的显示装置和显示装置的制造方法,通过热熔接来固定第1透镜板和第2透镜板。因此,在固定第1透镜板和第2透镜板时,不会发生如下情况:例如在使用焊药的情况下,由于温度变动等,该焊药反复发生变形,结果导致第1透镜板和第2透镜板之间的固定强度降低。即,可以提高第1透镜板和第2透镜板之间的固定可靠性。

具体实施方式
实施方式1
图1是表示本发明实施方式1的显示装置100的结构的侧面剖视图,图2是表示显示装置100的结构的立体图。在图1中,为了能够理解内部结构,省略图2中的框体40的描述。
如图1、图2所示,本实施方式1的显示装置100包括:显示单元20;投影装置30;框体40。投影装置30例如为投影仪,其收容在框体40内。显示单元20具有:屏幕10,其通过被从投影装置30输出的影像光照射来进行图像显示;遮光部件3,其用于遮蔽来自本显示装置100的外部的光;屏幕框架4。屏幕10包括柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2。
柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2重叠配置成:柱面镜板1在观测者侧,而菲涅耳透镜板2在投影装置30侧。柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2通过热熔接彼此固定在一起。即,柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2不是通过焊药接合,而是通过部件自身的相互凝固而固定在一起。在本实施方式1中,柱面镜板1的背面(朝向投影装置30侧的表面)与菲涅耳透镜板2的前表面(朝向观察者侧的表面)在各自的周缘部进行彼此的热熔接。所以,柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的熔接部分5a,沿柱面镜板1的背面的周缘部和菲涅耳透镜板2的前表面的周缘部形成。
在柱面镜板1的前表面,交替地配置有截面为圆弧状的多个细长的透镜部,和多个同样细长的遮光部(均未图示)。在菲涅耳透镜板2的前表面形成有菲涅耳透镜(未图示),该菲涅耳透镜具有成同心圆形状配置的多个槽。
遮光部件3通过热熔接固定在菲涅耳透镜板2上。菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3之间的熔接部分5b沿菲涅耳透镜板2背面的周缘部形成。另外,遮光部件3与屏幕框架4的一个开口端连接。并且,屏幕框架4安装在框体40上。另外,遮光部件3和屏幕框架4通过未图示的螺栓等相互连接。
柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2分别由例如丙烯酸材料或丙烯酸与苯乙烯的聚合材料等树脂材料形成。遮光部件3也由树脂材料形成,为了吸收激光,该遮光部件3包含黑色染料或炭黑(颜料)。作为黑色染料,例如使用酞菁类染料、氮合金类染料与蒽醌类染料的混合染料。
在具有上述结构的显示装置100中,从投影装置30输出的影像光30a入射到菲涅耳透镜板2上,并通过该菲涅耳透镜板2收敛,然后入射到柱面镜板1上。柱面镜板1使入射的影像光30a向水平方向扩散。从而,图像显示在屏幕10的前表面上。
另外,也可以通过组合多台本发明实施方式1的显示装置,来构成多屏幕显示装置。图3是表示该多屏幕显示装置的结构的立体图。如图3所示,多屏幕显示装置200具有多个显示装置100,所述多个显示装置100配置成使它们的屏幕10的前表面位于同一个平面上。这样,组合多个显示装置100的屏幕10来构成一个画面。
在本实施方式1的显示装置100中,由于设置有包围屏幕10的背面的遮光部件3,因此即使在组合多个该显示装置100来构成图3所示的多屏幕显示装置200的情况下,在各个显示装置100中,也可以防止来自相邻的显示装置100的光射入到内部。所以,可以防止显示图像的画质因散射光而降低。
接下来,对菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3的热熔接方法进行说明。图4是用于说明该热熔接方法的立体图,图5是图4的局部放大剖视图。如图4、5所示,菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3的热熔接使用激光50a进行。在输出激光50a的激光头50上安装有光纤51,该光纤51与未图示的激光振荡器连接。在激光振荡器中生成的激光50a通过光纤51输入到激光头50,并从该激光头50输出激光50a。作为激光50a,采用例如振荡波长在0.6μm~1.5μm范围内的半导体激光或者振荡波长在上述范围内的YAG激光等固体激光。
在进行菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3的热熔接时,首先,使菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3相互接触,并朝使彼此间的接触力增大的方向对菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3施加压力。然后,在该状态下,使激光头50在菲涅耳透镜板2周缘部的上方移动。图4所示的箭头52表示激光头50的移动方向。这样,从激光头50输出的激光50a一边照射菲涅耳透镜板2的周缘部一边移动。另外,激光头50的移动通过未图示的机器人来进行。
如图5所示,照射到菲涅耳透镜板2上的激光50a,在菲涅耳透镜板2上的激光50a的入射面发生折射,其大部分透过菲涅耳透镜板2照射到遮光部件3上的与菲涅耳透镜板2的抵接面上。本实施方式1的遮光部件3具有吸收激光50a的功能,遮光部件3因为所吸收的激光50a的能量而被加热并熔化。另一方面,在遮光部件3上产生的热传递到与该遮光部件3接触的菲涅耳透镜板2上,该菲涅耳透镜板2也被加热而熔化。这样,菲涅耳透镜板2和遮光部件3在它们的抵接部分均处于熔融状态,然后通过进行冷却凝固,从而彼此熔接在一起。
另外,由于激光50a在菲涅耳透镜板2发生折射,因此考虑折射的影响来确定激光50a对菲涅耳透镜板2的照射位置。
接下来,对柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接方法进行说明。图6是用于说明该热熔接方法的立体图,图7是图6的局部放大剖视图。柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接也使用激光50a进行。
如图6所示,首先,重叠柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2,并使菲涅耳透镜板2在上面。然后,使用未图示的加压机构,对柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2向使两者间的接触力增大的方向施加压力60。接下来,在对柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2进行了加压的状态下,使激光头50沿柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面移动。图6所示的箭头53表示激光头50的移动方向。此时,如图7所示,调整激光头50的位置和倾斜度,使得激光50a从斜上方入射到菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面。这样,从激光头50输出的激光50a在菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面发生折射而进入该菲涅耳透镜板2的内部,并朝向柱面镜板1前进。
入射到菲涅耳透镜板2的激光50a的大部分透过该菲涅耳透镜板2,照射到柱面镜板1的周缘部上的上述未图示的遮光部分。由于该遮光部分可以吸收激光50a,因此该遮光部分因所吸收的激光50a的能量而被加热并熔化。另一方面,在该遮光部分产生的热传递到菲涅耳透镜板2,该菲涅耳透镜板2也被加热而熔化。这样,柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2在各自的周缘部均处于熔融状态,然后通过进行冷却凝固,从而彼此熔接在一起。另外,如图8所示,通过在柱面镜板1的背面和菲涅耳透镜板2的前表面的周缘部预先涂敷吸收激光50a的黑色染料70,能够以更有效地吸收激光50a的能量的方式,进行柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的熔接。在该情况下,激光吸收染料存在于熔接部分5a。作为黑色染料,例如使用酞菁类染料、氮合金类染料与蒽醌类染料的混合染料。
另外,如图9所示,也可以在菲涅耳透镜板2的与柱面镜板1的接触面的周缘部设置凸部2a,并且在柱面镜板1的与菲涅耳透镜板2的接触面的周缘部上设置与该凸部2a嵌合的凹部1a,使得菲涅耳透镜板2与柱面镜板1嵌合。这样,由于在部件彼此之间加压,因此,可以通过激光熔接固定部件彼此,而不需要从外部加压。另外,由于接触面积增大,因此具有固定强度大的优点。
如上所述,在本实施方式1的显示装置100中,通过热熔接固定柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2。所以,不会发生如下情况:如使用焊药接合柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2那样,因为温度变化,该焊药反复发生变形,柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的固定强度降低。结果,可以提高柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的固定可靠性,即可以提高本显示装置100的固定可靠性。
另外,如图3所示,通过组合多个本实施方式1的显示装置100,来构成多个屏幕10形成一个画面的多屏幕显示装置,这样,可以提供一种可靠性高的多屏幕显示装置。
另外,与本实施方式1不同,在通过金属件等部件连接遮光部件3和屏幕10的情况下,当组合多个本显示装置100来构成图3所示的多屏幕显示装置200时,该部件成为屏幕10之间的接缝。因此,在观察者观察在多个屏幕10上显示的一副画面时,有时看起来很不舒服。
在本实施方式1中,由于遮光部件3和屏幕10通过热熔接固定,因此不需要连接两者的金属件等部件,在图3所示的多屏幕显示装置200中,可以消除屏幕10之间的接缝。这样,对观察者来说可以提供看起来更清楚的影像。
实施方式2
图10是表示本发明实施方式2的显示单元21的结构的侧面剖视图。本实施方式2的显示单元21,在上述实施方式1的显示单元20的基础上还具备激光吸收部件6,在实施方式1的显示装置100中使用该显示单元21以代替显示部件20。以下,将在实施方式1的显示装置100中使用显示单元21来代替显示单元20的装置,称作实施方式2的显示装置100。
激光吸收部件6可以吸收在热熔接柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2时使用的上述激光50a。激光吸收部件6为厚度小于等于1mm的薄板状部件,在其基材的内面上涂敷有吸收激光50a的黑色染料。作为黑色染料例如使用酞菁类染料、氮合金类染料与蒽醌类染料的混合染料。
激光吸收部件6设置成:与柱面镜板1的靠菲涅耳透镜板2侧的一半部分的侧面、菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面、遮光部件3的外侧面抵接,并通过热熔接固定在柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面以及遮光部件3的外侧面上。
另外,图10与后述图12~图14中的熔接部分5a表示柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的熔接部分以及激光吸收部件6与屏幕10之间的熔接部分两者。另外,熔接部分5b表示屏幕10与遮光部件3的熔接部分以及激光吸收部件6与遮光部件3的熔接部分两者。本实施方式2的显示单元21的其它结构与实施方式1的显示单元20相同,因此省略其说明。
接下来,对本实施方式2的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接方法进行说明。图11是用于说明该热熔接方法的立体图,图12是图11的局部放大剖视图。柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接通过向激光吸收部件6照射上述激光50a来进行。
如图11所示,首先,重叠柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2,并使柱面镜板1在上面,并且,在它们的侧面上设置激光吸收部件6,并使得激光吸收部件6包围上述侧面。然后,与实施方式1一样,对柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2向使两者间的接触力增大的方向施加压力60。接下来,如图12所示,通过未图示的加压机构,对激光吸收部件6和屏幕10向使两者间的接触力增大的方向施加压力61。然后,在该状态下,使激光头50沿柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面移动。图11所示的箭头54表示激光头50的移动方向。这样,如图12所示,从激光头50输出的激光50a照射到激光吸收部件6上,并被设置在其内侧面上的激光吸收材料吸收。另外,在激光头50向激光吸收部件6照射激光50a的同时,该激光头50a先沿柱面镜板1的侧面的周围移动,然后沿菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面的周围移动。
当激光50a被激光吸收部件6吸收时,激光吸收部件6通过激光50a的能量而被加热并熔化。另一方面,在激光吸收部件6上产生的热传递到柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2,并且柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2通过该热而被加热并熔化。这样,激光吸收部件6、柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2在激光吸收部件6、柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2三者的接触部分处于熔融状态,然后通过进行冷却凝固,从而彼此熔接在一起。所以,通过热熔接将柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2彼此固定,并且,通过热熔接将激光吸收部件6和屏幕10彼此固定在一起。
另外,图11、图12虽然未表示遮光部件3,但是,激光吸收部件6、柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接,在菲涅耳透镜板2与遮光部件3的热熔接之后进行。另外,在将激光吸收部件6热熔接到屏幕10上时,在激光吸收部件6上产生的热传递到遮光部件3,激光吸收部件6和遮光部件3均熔化,然后通过进行冷却凝固,从而彼此熔接在一起。
如上所述,在本实施方式2中,在构成屏幕10的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面上设置激光吸收部件6。当向激光吸收部件6照射激光50a时,该激光吸收部件6由于吸收激光50a而产生热,因此可以利用该热通过热熔接来固定柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2。
另外,在本实施方式2中,由于屏幕10侧面的激光吸收部件6为厚度小于等于1mm的薄板状部件,因此,即使在通过组合多个本实施方式2的显示装置100来构成图3所示的多屏幕显示装置的情况下,激光吸收部件6成为屏幕10之间的接缝,在观察者观察在多个屏幕10上显示的一副画面时,不会觉得不舒服。
另外,从显示装置100的制造方法的角度来考虑本实施方式2的内容时,在本实施方式2的显示装置100的制造方法中,由于向设于柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2侧面上的激光吸收部件6照射激光50a,因此在该激光吸收部件6上吸收激光50a,并产生热。因此,可以利用该热通过热熔接固定柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2。
另外,激光吸收部件6和遮光部件3通过激光熔接、并通过熔化、凝固来彼此固定,因此消除了如下的可能性:如使用焊药那样,因为温度的变动而使该焊药反复变形,导致激光吸收部件6和遮光部件3之间的固定强度降低,所以可以提高这些部件之间的固定可靠性。
另外,尽管柱面镜板1吸收非常少的激光50a,但是在其吸收部分还是产生热。该热使柱面镜板1的与菲涅耳透镜板2的抵接部分熔化,并且传递给菲涅耳透镜板2,并使菲涅耳透镜板2也熔化。然后,柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2同时凝固,从而彼此固定在一起。因此,在激光吸收部件6的与柱面镜板1的接触面上,可以不涂敷黑色染料等激光吸收剂。
另外,在本实施方式2的显示装置100中,从可靠地遮蔽散射光的角度考虑,理想的是在激光吸收部件6与遮光部件3的交界部分设置黑胶布,来将两者连接起来。
另外,如图13所示,也可以向激光吸收部件6的与遮光部件3抵接的部分直接照射激光50a,使激光吸收部件6与遮光部件3通过热熔接而彼此固定在一起。在该情况下,激光吸收部件6通过因吸收激光50a所产生的热而熔化,在激光吸收部件6上产生的热传导到该遮光部件3,使得遮光部件3熔化,并且,未被激光吸收部件6完全吸收的激光5a也照射在该遮光部件3,遮光部件3也通过由该照射产生的热而熔化。激光吸收部件6和遮光部件3之间的熔接部分5c沿激光吸收部件6的内侧面和遮光部件3的外侧面形成。
另外,在本实施方式2中设置了遮光部件3,但是,由于可以通过激光吸收部件6来遮蔽来自显示装置100的外部的光,即,由于激光吸收部件6还作为遮光部件发挥功能,因此,如图14所示,也可以通过未图示的螺栓等将激光吸收部件6直接连接在屏幕框架4上。这样,可以简化制造步骤,可以提高作业效率。
实施方式3
图15是表示本实施方式3的屏幕11的结构的侧面剖视图。本实施方式1的显示装置100中,使用本实施方式3的屏幕11来代替屏幕10。以下,将在实施方式1的显示装置100中代替屏幕10而使用了屏幕11的装置,称作实施方式3的显示装置100。
如图15所示,本实施方式3的屏幕11包括:上述的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2;以及介于柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的金属胶8。另外,本实施方式3的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2由玻璃材料构成,而不是由树脂材料构成。
金属胶8包括铬或镍等金属,其涂敷在柱面镜板1背面的周缘部和菲涅耳透镜板2前表面的周缘部上。柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的熔接部分5a处存在有金属胶8。本实施方式3的屏幕11的其它结构与实施方式1的屏幕10相同,因此省略其说明。
接下来,对本实施方式3的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接方法进行说明。图16是用于说明该热熔接方法的立体图,图17是图16的局部放大剖视图。柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的热熔接通过向金属胶8照射上述激光50a来进行。
如图16所示,首先,在柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间放置金属胶8后重叠柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2,并使得菲涅耳透镜板2处于上方。然后,与实施方式1一样,对柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2向使两者间的接触力增大的方向施加压力60。接下来,在该状态下,使激光头50沿柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面移动。图16所示的箭头55表示激光头50的移动方向。从激光头50输出的激光50a在菲涅耳透镜板2的侧面发生折射而进入该菲涅耳透镜板2的内部,并入射到介于柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的金属胶8上。
入射到菲涅耳透镜板2的激光50a的大部分透过该菲涅耳透镜板2,照射到金属胶8上。金属胶8被所照射的激光50a加热,在金属胶8上产生的热传递到柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2,从而使得两个板熔化。然后,通过进行冷却凝固,柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2彼此熔接在一起。
在上述的实施方式3中,在柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的熔接部分5a中混入有金属胶8。由于金属胶8将激光50a的能量高效地转换成热,因此可以使熔点高于树脂材料的玻璃材料熔化。所以,能够通过热熔接来固定均由玻璃材料构成的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2。
另外,当从显示装置100的制造方法的角度来考虑本实施方式3的内容时,在本实施方式3的显示装置100的制造方法中,向介于柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2之间的金属胶8照射激光50a。如上所述,金属胶8由于可以高效地吸收激光50a,因此在该金属胶8上产生的热量很大。所以,通过利用因激光50a的照射而在金属胶8上产生的热,可以使由熔点比较高的玻璃材料构成的柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2熔化,然后,通过进行冷却凝固,使柱面镜板1和菲涅耳透镜板2彼此熔接在一起。

Claims (12)

1.一种显示装置,具有用于进行图像显示的屏幕,上述屏幕具有第1透镜板和通过热熔接固定在该第1透镜板上的第2透镜板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还具有通过热熔接固定在上述屏幕上的遮光部件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,在上述第1和第2透镜板的侧面具有激光吸收部件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其特征在于,上述激光吸收部件为厚度小于等于1mm的薄板状部件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,在上述第1和第2透镜板之间的熔接部分具有激光吸收染料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,上述第1和第2透镜板分别用玻璃材料形成,在上述第1和第2透镜板之间的熔接部分存在有金属胶。
7.根据权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,上述第1透镜板为柱面镜板,上述第2透镜板为菲涅耳透镜板。
8.一种多屏幕显示装置,其具有多个如权利要求1至6中的任一项所述的显示装置,通过组合多个上述显示装置的所述屏幕来构成一个画面。
9.一种显示装置的制造方法,该显示装置具有屏幕,该屏幕具有第1和第2透镜板,并用于进行图像显示,上述显示装置的制造方法包括如下步骤:
步骤(a),将上述第1透镜板和上述第2透镜板重叠在一起;
步骤(b),在上述步骤(a)之后,使用激光通过热熔接来固定上述第1透镜板和上述第2透镜板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括:步骤(c),使用激光通过热熔接将遮光部件固定在上述第2透镜板上。
11.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述步骤(a)中,将上述第1透镜板和上述第2透镜板重叠在一起,并且在上述第1和第2透镜板的侧面设置激光吸收部件,
在上述步骤(b)中,向上述激光吸收部件照射激光。
12.根据权利要求9所述的显示装置的制造方法,其特征在于,上述第1和第2透镜板分别由玻璃材料形成,
在上述步骤(a)中,在上述第1透镜板和上述第2透镜板之间放置金属胶后,使它们重叠在一起,
在上述步骤(b)中,向上述金属胶照射激光。
