背景技术
US 3,757883指出一种车轮轴承单元,其中内外轴承环由板材冷压成型。轴承环做成绕车轮轴承单元旋转轴线的空心圆柱形,并分别具有两条用于滚动体的滚道。轴承外环在其背向滚道的一侧上具有一径向朝外的法兰,车轮轴承用它固定在汽车一侧上。轴承内环配备一同样朝向定向的连接法兰,在它上面固定制动盘以及通过轴承内环带动的车轮。滚道至少部分径向加深地加工在相应的轴承环内,并通过凸肩相互隔开。双列角接触球轴承的滚道在从滚道径向向外伸出的凸肩上出发。
由板材无切屑加工成的轴承环做得非常结实。这对在汽车上非弹性支承的重量的总体平衡起不利影响。此外由于其壁厚的原因轴承环比较刚硬,因此排除了轴承环也许希望的弹性退让。这种轴承结构由于轴承环高的刚性而特别难以无间隙地预紧。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,创造一种用于车轮轴承单元的轴承环,借其装到车轮轴承单元内避免上面所说的缺点。
这个目的按权利要求1的内容实现。车轮轴承单元的轴承环基本上由成形的板材整体制成。因此轴承环的造型及其所有结构元素仅仅通过成形加工制成。与无切屑加工的范围相比切断或切削加工限制在很小的加工范围内。因此通过切割或冲孔仅仅从成型件去除多余的材料:边缘、毛刺等等。切削加工有时仅仅通过精加工如磨削、研磨或抛光来后续加工滚道。冷压加工是指这样的成形加工方法,即可通过延展或镦锻、扩张或收缩并在这时产生原材料的塑性变形而不切除材料地制造空心轴承环的轮廓。这些方法例如是拉伸、深拉、滚压、挤压和上述方法的组合。
采用例如管材和板材作为制造本发明的轴承环的毛坯。管材毛坯通过扩展、滚压、收缩、镦锻和卷边边缘加工成完工的轴承环。按照本发明由板材制成的轴承环通过拉伸和上述其他方法或其组合制造。优选的材料是可冷成形的轴承材料,例如100Cr6或所有合适的深拉钢。
轴承环具有以下通过冷成形产生的结构元素:
-一做成绕车轮轴承单元旋转轴线的空心圆柱形基体,
-至少两条用于滚动体的滚道,
-至少一个从轴承环相对于旋转轴线径向伸出的法兰,其中法兰与轴承环的板材做成一体,
-一凸缘,其中凸缘沿轴向在滚道之间绕旋转轴线延伸。凸缘同样由轴承环材料一体构成,并在滚道之间朝向旋转轴线或背离旋转轴线径向突起。
-一环形槽,环形槽在轴承环的背离滚道的圆周一侧径向邻接凸缘。它与凸缘径向相同定向地或者从内向外凹入轴承环内或者径向从外向内凹入轴承内环内地成形。
设计成这样的轴承环由于起卸荷槽作用的环形槽沿滚动体载荷方向是弹性的,并由于由无切屑加工产生的材料的规则纹理承载能力是特别强的。此外这种轴承环的特征是重量轻,因为采用壁厚或板厚小的原材料。原材料的壁厚或板厚最好在2.4至5mm范围内。轴承环可选择地设计成轴承外环或内环,但是用本发明优选做成轴承外环。

用本发明设想一种具有至少一个按本发明的轴承环的车轮轴承单元。车轮轴承单元具有一尤其是O型结构的双列角接触球轴承。本发明的车轮轴承单元设计有至少一个本发明的轴承环以及一与轴承环同心设置的支承环以及设置在支承环和轴承环之间的滚动体列。滚动体是滚珠。其中不仅轴承环而且支承环各自可选择地具有两条用于滚珠的滚道。二者择一地,车轮轴承单元附加地配备一法兰环,它接纳带一滚道的支承环并在它上面直接形成另一滚道。

图4表示一按本发明的带一轴承环2的用于驱动的和转向的车轮的车轮轴承单元1。作为另一种选择按本发明的轴承环和车轮轴承单元也可以用于非驱动轮和/或非转向轮。此外车轮轴承单元1具有一法兰环3、一支承环4、两列滚珠形式的滚动体5、和密封件6和7。每列滚动体5分别用一保持架8保持和引导。
车轮轴承单元1通过做成外环的轴承环2固定在孔9内。为此轴承环2压配在孔9内,并径向这样地弹性收缩,使车轮轴承单元1受到预紧。这里滚动体5仅仅一侧在轴承环2内圆周侧支承在滚道10和11上,在另一个方向支承在滚道12和13上。滚道12做在支承环4上。滚道13加工在法兰环3上。滚道11和12及10和13分别朝车轮轴承单元1的旋转轴线1a方向相互错开设置,并至少部分在一至少在两列滚动体5之间从轴承环2径向突起的凸缘2a上形成。
滚动体5的各列相互按所谓的O型结构设置。在O型结构中接触线A与相应列的旋转轴线1a的交点相互轴向远离。对于这种结构压力角α设置在20°至45°范围内(图3、图4)。这里压力角α是指滚动体5和滚道10和13及11和12之间的两个接触点B和C之间的连线A与假想的径向平面R″的夹角。此外还应该注意,滚动体5并不是点状支承在相应的滚道10、11、12或13上,而是至少在负荷下紧密地贴靠在滚道10、11、12或13内。因此滚道10、11、12或13配备仅仅略大于滚动体5的滚珠半径K的沟道半径R。这个在专业领域称为“密切率”的沟道半径R与滚珠半径K之[比]对于外环(在这种情况下即轴承环2上的滚道10和11)最好为[1.055:1];而在内滚道12和13上,在所述情况下在支承环4和法兰环3上为[1.035:1]。因此在密切时接触点B和C就是滚动体和滚道之间的接触面或支承面的中点,它们被也称为“接触线”的连线A穿过。

Claims (24)
