Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车的燃料供应装置的接头(7)。该接头中,波纹管(5)利用胶粘剂(12)固定在连接件(8)的环形槽(10)中。波纹管(5)可以很低的复杂度连接到连接件(8)上。这种接头(7)的成本非常低。
Description
本发明涉及一种接头,特别是汽车的燃料供应装置的接头,用于将波纹管连接到连接件上。
这种接头是安装在燃料供应装置中,例如为了将燃料箱中设置的燃料泵和在燃料箱的凸缘中设置的接合件连接在一起,该接合件用于通入到内燃机中的引流管。此外,燃料箱内部还设置有喷射泵,其也通过波纹管与燃料泵连接在一起。波纹管一般是由塑料PA 11(聚酰胺)制成。燃料泵、凸缘和喷射泵均具有连接件。在现有技术的接头中,波纹管用一个卡圈压紧在连接件上,进行密封并防止松动。该卡圈具有抵靠软管的可弯曲的卡钉。
实践中已知的接头的缺点是,该卡圈的使用很复杂,而且此种卡圈属于成本高昂的部件。
本发明基于上述问题,设计一种开头所述类型的接头,即该接头尤其能简单地将波纹管连接到连接件上并且成本很低。
该问题可以通过根据本发明的方法来解决,即该连接件具有环形槽,而且波纹管以材料连接的方式(stoffschlüssig)固定在该槽中。
通过该设计,波纹管可在安装时很容易地***槽中并且在那里以材料连接的方式与连接件连接。由此,波纹管固定在连接件上并同时相对于连接件密封。根据本发明,避免了固定波纹管的卡圈,这样使得根据本发明的接头成本低。根据本发明的接头的安装十分地简单,因为除了波纹管和连接件并不需要其他附加部件。
根据本发明的有利的改进方案,当槽中填满胶粘剂时,使波形管与连接件之间的材料连接方式的连接在结构上变得尤为简单。由此,波纹管在安装时简单地压进槽中并固定,直到胶粘剂完全硬化。完全硬化的胶粘剂至少同时可以部分地后啮合波纹管的波纹并且附加以形状配合的方式固定波纹管。由于利用非常少的胶粘剂进行的波纹管和连接件的连接可能占很大的面积,根据本发明的接头此外还被可靠地密封。胶粘剂几乎是任何可以将连接件和波纹管连接起来的材料。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案,当槽的边缘由一种预定波长的激光束可透过的材料制成时,以及当波纹管由激光束不可透过的材料制成时,就避免了使用胶粘剂来将连接件与波纹管连接起来。由此,利用透过边缘的激光束,利用激光焊接法就很容易地将波纹管与连接件连接起来。当然,将材料互换也是可能的,从而射线穿过波纹管。
当槽具有用于形状配合地固定波纹管的结构时,有利于简化根据本发明的接头的安装。由此,如在胶粘剂完全硬化时,就可很简单地将波纹管固定。
根据本发明的另一有利改进方案,当界定槽的边缘具有一个向内的径向突起时,用于形状配合地固定波纹管的装置只需要极小的结构复杂度。该突起能与波纹管的波纹后啮合。
当槽的内径稍微大于波纹管的内径时,有利于进一步简化根据本发明的接头的安装。由此,在与连接件进行材料连接方式的连接时,波纹管摩擦配合地保持在连接件上并固定在其位置上。上。当然,其他未进一步示出的波纹管例如用于喷射泵的或者回流管的波纹管,都连接到凸缘3和燃料输送单元2上。
图2示出图1中接头7的纵断面放大图。从图中可以看出,连接件8具有环形槽10,波纹管5的端部伸入到槽中。槽10在其径向的外部区域由稍微具有弹性的边缘11来限制,并且槽中注满了胶粘剂12。而边缘11的高度超过了波纹管5的一个波纹。边缘11具有环形的、朝向内部并抵靠着波纹管5的突起13。槽10的内径大于波纹管5的内径和连接件8的外径。由此,直到胶粘剂12完全硬化,波纹管5保持在其预定的位置。从槽10的内部直径到连接件8的过渡段有一个环形斜边14,以使波纹管5很容易地***槽10中。
图3示出了接头15,其中波纹管16被焊接在连接件18的槽17的底部。用激光枪19(示意性示出)来完成焊接。连接件18由一种激光束能够透过的材料制成,而波纹管16至少在其末段将激光束吸收,同时加热超过其熔点并与材料接头18的材料连接起来。此外,图3中的接头15是与图2的设计是一样的。
根据本发明的另一有利的改进方案,当槽的内径大于连接件的自由端的外径时,在安装中可很简单地将波纹管***到槽中。优选的是,由连接件的自由端的直径到槽的内径的过渡部分具有斜边。
根据本发明的另一种有利的改进方案,当边设计为具有弹性时,槽在波纹管***时就可很容易地变宽并且紧接着将波纹管夹紧。
根据本发明的另一种有利的改进方案,当槽比波纹管的至少一个波纹段深时,在槽里充满了胶粘剂的情况下很容易地确保避免将波纹管拔出。

Claims (9)
1.接头,尤其是汽车中的燃料供应装置的接头,用于将波纹管连接到连接件上,其特征在于,所述连接件(8,9,18)具有环形槽(10,17),并且所述波纹管(5,16)以材料连接的方式固定在槽(10,17)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接头,其特征在于,所述槽(10)中注满了胶粘剂(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接头,其特征在于,所述槽(17)的边缘由预定波长的激光束能够透过的材料制成,而波纹管(16)由激光束不可透过的材料制成。
