技术领域

发明背景
现在已经有了这样的离合器。所述现有的离合器的那种螺杆致动装置包括多个带有相应致动器的电动马达,这些电动马达沿着周向方向相对于该离合器盘均匀地间隔开。所述电动马达与该离合器一起进行旋转运动。这意味着必须通过一种旋转电接头(rotational electric connection)向所述马达传送电力,该旋转点接头通常采用滑环来实施。这样的设计方案既麻烦又容易产生故障。该滑环不可避免地会被磨损,并且这种磨损现象最终会损害该离合器的功能。
发明概述

具体实施方式
图1和2中所示的离合器包括外壳1,该外壳中容纳有两个同轴的电动马达2、3。所述电动马达分别与质量块6的质量块部件4、5接合。质量块部件4、5通过一体化的双列深槽滚珠轴承7而可彼此相对旋转。而且,该质量块部件可以通过多种均匀间隔开的切向弹簧8以一种已知的方式彼此啮合,这样,它们可以实现有限的相对旋转。

在另一种实施例中,电动马达2、3可以一致地运动。因此,由于这种相对螺纹,可以赋予该输入部件9一种旋转运动。采用这种方式,所述的离合器可以起到发动机(例如与该输入部件9相连的车辆内燃机)的起动马达的作用。
根据第三种实施例,该电动马达2、3可以起到一种发电机的功能。当与该输入部件9相连的发动机运转时,转子27相对于该相应的起动器26一致地运动,这样通过一种适当的电动控制可以产生电流。
总而言之,本发明的离合器可以起到摩擦离合器、起动马达以及发电机的功能。
电动马达2、3可以具有永磁体,或者可以是电刷类型马达。这些电动马达2、3的转子27可以与该离合器轴线同轴,或者可以与该离合器轴线成直角。电动马达2、3的外壳可以是具有发动机壳体的一体化部分,该发动机壳体上连接有该离合器。而且,这些电动马达外壳可一体形成在该传动装置中或集成在一中间壳体中。
所述离合器可以用于所述的自动目的,但是也可用于车床、挖掘机、磨床等工业领域。
该离合器的元件可采用金属、非金属或复合材料制成,并且可以采用冷成型、铸造或模制工艺制成。
需要指出的是,压力板23不能相对于摩擦垫24和质量块5旋转。

1.一种离合器,包括:离合器盘(12);卡钳装置(10),该卡钳装置带有相对的摩擦垫(24、25),离合器盘(12)位于这两个相对的摩擦垫(24、25)之间,所述离合器盘(12)以及卡钳装置(10)每一个都与一输入部件(9)和一输出部件(13)中的其中一个相连;用于促使该相对的摩擦垫(24、25)与该离合器盘(12)进行摩擦接合的偏压装置(32);马达装置(2、3)以及螺杆致动装置(17-22),该螺杆致动装置(17-22)可以通过该马达装置(2、3)驱动以便使得该相对摩擦垫(24、25)能够克服偏压装置(32)施加的偏压力而彼此产生相对位移,其特征在于,该螺杆致动装置包括两个具有相对的螺纹的螺杆/螺母致动器(17-22),该螺杆/螺母致动器(17-22)与该离合器盘(12)同轴,每个致动器中的螺母(17、18)和螺杆(21、22)中的其中一个相对于该输入部件(9)或输出部件(13)可旋转地支承着,而每个致动器中的螺母(17、18)和螺杆(21、22)中的另一个与该相对的摩擦垫(24、25)接合,该马达装置(2、3)包括两个马达,每个马达都与该离合器盘(12)同轴并且与一相应的螺杆/螺母致动器(17-22)可驱动地相连。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的离合器,其中,该螺杆/螺母致动器(17-22)的螺杆(21、22)彼此刚性相连,所述螺杆与所述相对的摩擦垫(24、25)啮合。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的离合器,其中,马达(2、3)为电动型马达,并且与轴线同心或成直角。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的离合器,其中,每个马达(2、3)都通过一齿轮驱动装置(28-31)而与各自的螺杆/螺母致动器相啮合。
5.一种如权利要求4所述的离合器,其中,每个齿轮驱动装置包括:与马达(2、3)的转子(27)相连的齿轮环(28);与该螺杆/螺母致动器的螺母(17、18)相连的外部螺母齿轮(31);以及与该齿轮环(28)和该螺母齿轮(31)相啮合的中间齿轮(29),所述中间齿轮(29)可旋转地支承在与该离合器盘(12)同轴并且相对于该输入部件(9)支承的质量块(6)上。
6.一种如权利要求5所述的离合器,其中,该质量块(6)可以包括两个质量块部件(4、5),其中一个部件(4)刚性地连接在该输入部件(9)上而另一个部件(5)相对于第一个质量块部件(4)可旋转地支承着并刚性地连接在该卡钳装置(10)上,所述质量块部件(4、5)此外还通过切向定位的弹簧(8)彼此啮合以便传递力矩,每个质量块部件(4、5)都承载有其中一个齿轮驱动装置中一套中间齿轮(29)。
7.一种如权利要求6所述的离合器,其中,该致动器的螺母(17、18)通过相对于与该卡钳装置(10)刚性连接的质量块部件(5)相反定向的向心止推滚动轴承(15、16)而可旋转地支承着。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的离合器,其中,该偏压装置包括容纳在盲孔(33)中并且与一压力板(23)接合的压缩弹簧(32),该压力板上承载有该套摩擦垫(24)中的其中一个摩擦垫。
9.一种如权利要求8所述的离合器,其中,该致动器的螺杆(21、22)通过一花键/槽接头(34)以及抵靠部件(33)与一压力板(23)相连,该压力板(23)携带有所述的一套摩擦垫(24),该卡钳装置(10)具有一向内延伸的支架(11),该支架上携带有相对的那套摩擦垫(25),并且离合器盘(12)可以沿着轴向方向平移。
10.一种如前述任意一个权利要求所述的离合器,其中,所提供的外壳(1)上刚性地连接有所述的马达装置(2、3)的定子(26),所述外壳(1)具有用于输入部件(9)和输出部件(13)的相对的轴向开口(34、35)。
11.一种如前述任意一个权利要求所述的离合器,其中,所述螺杆/螺母致动器(17-22)可以是滚珠、滚子或摩擦类型的致动器。
12.一种如权利要求11所述的离合器,其中,该滚珠螺旋致动器具有位于该螺杆中的滚珠循环装置。
13.一种如权利要求3-9中的任意一个所述的离合器,其中,所述电动马达可以受驱动而作为发电机。
14.一种如权利要求3-9以及13中的任意一个所述的离合器,其中,所述电动马达可以进行一致地驱动而提供推动力矩。
15.一种如前述任意一个权利要求所述的离合器,其中,提供了一种自动平衡装置。
