Abstract
一种回转环(1),包括一个由金属制成、具有与所述环(3,4)硬度基本相等的一定硬度的保持架(6),所述保持架设置在所述环(3,4)之间,并与滚动部件(2)整体转动,所述保持架将所述滚动部件规则间隔地保持在所述滚道中。至少一个由具有与环(3,4)和保持架(6)的硬度不同的材料制成的接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d),所述接触环设置于由保持架(6)和任一个环(3,4)形成的两部件之间,所述接触环避免了两部件(3,6;4,6)之间的任何直接接触,并固定到两部件(3,6;4,6)之一上,且能够与另一个环(6,3;6,4)相接触。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种回转环(slewing ring),特别是一种球轴承。
背景技术
公知类型的回转环包括滚动部件,两个具有给定硬度的同心金属环,一个内环,一个外环,彼此相对转动,并限定一个用于所述滚动部件的滚道,一个由金属制成、具有与环硬度基本相同的硬度的保持架,所述保持架设置在两个环之间,并与滚动部件整体转动,所述保持架将所述滚动部件规则间隔地保持在所述滚道中。
这种类型环的主要缺点是在转动过程中,保持架与环相接触,且由于产生的摩擦而形成磨损。这种磨损首先导致润滑剂的污染,使其特性减弱,其次是减小了环的寿命。
已经提出了解决此问题的方案:环的表面在与保持架相接触的地方进行热和/或化学处理(如US2001/48781或EP0531082),由于该处理不能施加到滚道上,所以尤其在对大直径的环实施时是十分困难的;或者在保持架上设置含有润滑剂的多孔部件(如GB1396220和JP10089365),但保持架的制造非常复杂。
因此,提出的问题是获得一个回转环,其润滑剂的污染大大降低,且环的寿命得以很大提高。
发明内容
上述问题的解决方案是提供一种上述类型的回转环,其包括至少一个由具有与环和保持架的硬度不同的材料制成的圆形接触环。所述接触环置于设置在其中一个环的凹槽内,且所述保持架与所述圆形接触部件相接触,从而避免了保持架和形成凹槽的环之间的任何直接接触。
因此,本发明接触环的使用使得回转环的制造变得非常容易,并具有经济优势。本发明的回转环的组成部件的磨损大大减小(甚至消除)。因此,不再有金属粒子污染润滑剂(所以可保持其性能更长久)。结果,回转环的两个周期润滑之间的时间延迟可得以增加,且保持架破裂的风险得以减小(甚至消除)。此外,甚至在大直径环的情况下(至少为1m的直径),回转环产生的噪声也大大减小。

如图中所示,回转环1以公知方式包括:
滚动部件2(在本实施例中为球部件2);
两个钢制同心环3,4(一个内环3和一个外环4),并彼此相对转动,形成球部件2的滚道5,以及
设置在两同心环3,4之间的钢制保持架6,其在所述球部件2的一侧沿回转环1的轴向延伸,所述保持架与所述球部件整体转动,并且所述保持架将所述滚动部件规则间隔地保持在所述滚道中。
并且,回转环1包括接触部件,也称为接触环7a、7b、7c、7d,其由非铁金属材料制成,在本实施例中为聚酰胺,例如聚酰胺-6,6。
每一个接触环7a、7b、7c、7d设置在由保持架6和环3,4中的一个形成的两个部件之间。所述接触环避免了两个部件3,4;6之间的任何直接接触,并固定在两个部件3,4;6的之一上,并与另一个部件相接触。
这里,回转环1包括四个接触部件(接触环)7a、7b、7c、7d。
其中接触部件7a、7b设置在保持架6和外环4之间,可避免保持架6和外环4之间的任何直接接触,该接触部件7a、7b固定在外环4上,并与保持架6接触,以及
接触部件7c、7d设置在保持架6和内环3之间,可避免保持架6和内环3之间的任何直接接触,该接触部件7c、7d固定在内环3上,并与保持架6接触。
由此可知,与外环4相连的接触部件7a、7b,以及与内环3相连的接触部件7c、7d在滚道5的一侧沿轴向设置。
相对于滚道5的四个接触部件7a、7b、7c、7d的这种基本上对称的布置给回转环1提供了完美的平衡,并且在保持架6和环3,4任一之间完全没有接触点。这种特殊的布置对回转环1而言具有特别的意义,其中回转环1的滚动部件2可形成大直径的环(如至少为1米,甚至可为1.5米或更大),尤其对用于承受强压的定位装置的环,如依据风力用于相对于风力涡轮机引擎转子的直叶片的回转环1。
在本发明的实施例中,接触部件7a、7b、7c、7d形成配合到同心环3,4上设置的对应凹槽8中的圆环力。如附图中所示,所述圆环的截面为梯形,长方形或半圆形。所述圆环由致密材料制成,即,无孔材料制成。优选的,圆环整体制成。
在传统方式中,回转环1还包括密封件以将润滑剂保持在由环3,4形成的室内,所述球部件2和保持架6被限定在该室中。
因此,回转环1可具体包括图1中9,10表示的唇密封件,每一个密封件包括***在各自环3,4的对应凹口11,12内的底部9a,10a,以及抵靠在另一个环4,3的相应横向面上的唇部9b,10b。
明显的,本发明不限于上面描述的实施例。
例如仅在内环和保持架之间或在外环和保持架之间设置有接触部件是可行的,但可使本发明的效率降低很多。
本发明中在滚道的任一侧上(沿轴向)不设置任何的接触部件(接触环)也是可行的。
本发明中将接触部件固定在保持架上也是可行的。
本发明中的接触部件由除聚酰胺外的任何聚合物材料制成也是可行的,如聚四氟乙烯或聚酰亚胺。这些接触部件也可由非铁金属制成,如铜合金或青铜合金制成。
本发明中根据组成材料对接触部件使用其他的固定装置也是可行的。接触部件可被化学固定(如结合)、冶金固定(如焊接或铜焊)、或机械固定(如支架或螺栓)。
本发明中使用除球部件外的滚动部件,例如滚子也是可行的。
Claims (10)
1.一种回转环(1),包括滚动部件(2),两个具有预定硬度的同心金属环(3,4),一个为内环(3),一个为外环(4),彼此相对转动,并限定一个用于所述滚动部件(2)的滚道(5),以及一个由金属制成、具有与所述环(3,4)硬度基本相等的硬度的保持架(6),所述保持架设置在所述环(3,4)之间,并与所述滚动部件(2)整体转动,所述保持架将所述滚动部件规则间隔地保持在所述滚道中,其特征在于,包括至少一个由具有与环(3,4)和保持架(6)的硬度不同的材料制成的圆形接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d),所述接触环置于设置在环(3,4)之一中的凹槽(8)内,且所述保持架(6)与所述圆形接触部件相接触,从而防止了保持架(6)和设置有凹槽(8)的环(3,4)之间的任何直接接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,所述环(3,4)和所述保持架(6)由钢制成,其中所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)由非铁金属材料制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,每一个所述内环(3)和外环(4)包括至少一个凹槽(8),所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)置于凹槽内。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,至少一个凹槽(8)形成在所述滚道(5)的一侧上,所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)置于凹槽内。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)具有梯形、长方形、或半圆形截面。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,每一个所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)由致密的无孔材料制成。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,每一个所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)由非铁金属,如铜合金或青铜合金制成。
8.如权利要求1至6中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,每一个所述接触环(7a,7b,7c,7d)由聚合物,如聚酰胺或聚四氟乙烯制成。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,所述接触环(7a,7b,7c)机械、冶金或化学地固定到所述相应环(3,4)上。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一个所述的回转环(1),其特征在于,所述滚动部件(2)为球部件(2)。
