Description

识别目标的方法以及带有电子 数据承载件的目标
本发明涉及识别目标的方法,尤其是识别包装件、包装材料、机器、机器部件、机器组件等的方法。另外,本发明还涉及包装件、包装材料、机器、机器组件,以及相似的物体,该物体具有用于识别目的的数据承载件。
材料的识别,或者机器及机器部件的识别,大体上是为人所知的。在包装件和包装材料的情况下,尤其是在卷烟盒的情况下,把有关盒子产品或盒子内容的数据以编码形式呈现在盒子上,是件重要的事情。在机器部件、机器组件以及尤其是替换部件的情况下,进行识别就可确保对专门格式所用的机器部件做正确安排。
本发明在广义上涉及对目标进行电子识别,尤其是借助于射频技术来进行识别。为了达到这个目的,就采用所谓转发器(transponder)。
本发明的目的是提出措施,借助于转发器来识别目标,该转发器用于记录可获取的信息。
为了达到这个目的,符合本发明的方法以下列性能为特征:
a)根据射频技术原理而操作的至少一个数据承载件尤其是转发器,附着在目标上;
b)数据承载件是由带有与目标有关的数据或信息的电子书写器提供的;
c)为了识别目标并记录数据承载件的数据或信息,把目标或数据承载件输送给电子识读器。
符合本发明的识别尤其有利于卷烟工业。根据本发明,就为卷烟盒尤其是卷烟捆包盒(bundle pack)-即所谓卷烟硬纸盒-配带转发器,该转发器附着于包装材料,即处于捆包盒外包装物的内侧上,且该转发器包含关于包装件内容的数据。此处的一个特殊性能涉及包装材料产品。转发器附着在连续包装材料带-纸带、薄膜带或薄片带-的精确位置上,使得每个从材料带上切割下来的坯件都分配给转发器。包装材料最好包括至少两层连续材料带,使转发器***这两层之间处于跟包装件兼容的位置上,并当包装材料的处理完工时该转发器处于这两层之间的隐蔽位置上。
另一个特殊性能就是卷烟盒实施例,该卷烟盒带有封闭条或税票条(revenue strip)。根据本发明,这个条子配置给了转发器,该转发器例如记录有关税收的数据,且该转发器还能存储特殊的产品数据。
另一个重要的字段是对于机器部件尤其是包装机部件的识别。其目的是为了借助于转发器而识别机器部件、组件等等,使得例如这些部件、组件的库存因而便利;再如,当替换机器部件、机器零件、组件等等时,也是一种确保正确分配的手段。为了确保后者,本发明提供至少一种电子识读器,其要被安装在包装机中,邻接着一个或多个适当定位的机器部件、组件等等上的转发器。
下面,根据一个示范实施例,来说明本发明的其他细节和性能,这些实施例显示为:

这些图纸显示使用及应用转发器的重要例子,该转发器即数据根据射频技术原理进行操作的数据承载件。转发器可以呈现为不同形状及尺寸的,例如可以为标签状、条带状或圆盘状的,但也可以构形为圆筒状或杆状的。所有种类的信息和数据都可以存储在转发器上,具体说,是借助于电子书写器而传递的。数据还可由对应构造的识读器检索。
使用转发器,其一个特殊性能是用于识别机器部件和机器零件。图1显示用于生产铰接盖型卷烟盒的包装机侧视图,具体说,该卷烟盒的盒子边缘是圆的-即圆角铰接盖盒子。该包装机包括多个组件。坯件处理设备(见图2)和折叠转台(见图3、图4)是作为例子显示的。
图2所示坯件处理设备,其设计方案为已知的,其具有坯件料斗10,坯件可从该料斗中由所谓分配辊(dispenser roll)11取出。坯件被输送给坯件路径12,在该路径的区域中配置了各种各样的工具,这些工具对坯件执行折叠或使其变形。在生产圆角盒子时,圆角盒子的边缘为预制的,具体说,是借助于成形工具折叠坯件侧折叶而预制,也就是说,在本例中是借助于制圆辊(rounding roller)而预制的。此组件的构造和操作方法从美国专利第4708704号中可知。
图2所示设备有待作为整体或作为相对的一个个零件来被识别,因此,就可以使这些零件准确分配,尤其是相对于识别它们本来的情况而分配。为了达到这个目的,就把至少一个适当编程的转发器14附着于图2所示坯件处理设备。特殊性能在于转发器14是在被保护或隐蔽的位置上附着的,因此就排除了操纵的可能性,即不会被损坏或改动,其结果,未经许可就不能靠近它。为了达到这个目的,转发器14埋置在机器零件中。在所示示范实施例中,圆筒状或杆状转发器埋置在制圆辊13中。后者是由柔韧的材料制成的,射频波可以穿过该辊而不受干扰。在所示情况下,转发器14的承载件即制圆辊13是由塑料制成的。当制造机器零件时,就埋置转发器14。作为可选方案,转发器14也可随后***适当的凹陷部中,该凹陷部由盖子封住。
转发器14的数据在机器中被检查。在坯件处理设备的情况下,数据涉及可供适当用途的可拆卸装置的分配。数据由识读器15记录。识读器15连接着(中央的)鉴定装置(evaluation unit),该装置用于处理所收集到的数据。只要根据转发器14所记录和所鉴定的数据而识别出有缺陷的机器部件,就会产生错误信号。识读器15被定位于包装机中,或定位于坯件处理设备区域内,使得它瞄准相关的转发器14并被布置得与转发器邻近。
另一个重要的示范实施例显示于图3和图4中。包装机的构成部分是折叠转台16。在本例中,该转台被构造得使平坦的板状承载件17能围着垂直轴线转动。在承载件17外周边上连接了袋槽18,每个袋槽均能容纳一个坯件或盒子。
折叠转台16或其承载件17,是包装机的可替换组件。连接在直立的轴颈19末端上的承载件17,可借助于螺钉而取下。
当要替换折叠转台16或承载件17时,必须确保把正确类型的所替换装置安装上。为了达到这个目的,折叠转台16具有(平坦的、圆盘状的)转发器20,该转发器附着于承载件17的底部一侧。在此例中,也为转发器20分配了一个识读器15。后者也连接在折叠转台16或承载件17下方的静态位置上,从而,转发器20就在至少一个(安装)位置上与识读器15相反。识读器15也连接着中央鉴定装置。
一个特殊性能在于,转发器20并不附着在机器零件即承载件17的外部,而是埋置在其中。承载件17具有模铸或铸造的凹陷部21,在该凹陷部中,支承件22与被埋置的转发器20一起***。支承件22可以是塑料制成的,但至少应当是由相对于转发器20的技术为中性的材料所制成。转发器20受保护并被防止未经授权的操纵。
图5与图6显示了与卷烟包装件合用的特殊用途的转发器23。转发器附着于捆包盒子24-卷烟硬纸盒,该卷烟硬纸盒中装有一组(为10个)卷烟盒。捆包盒子24具有外包装物,转发器23就附着在其内侧上,具体说是附着在表面大的包装件壁25的区域中。转发器23容纳着尤其是与卷烟的制造及其包装有关的数据。可采用识读器26来识读这种数据以便进行控制。
多个此种捆包盒子24被放入一个较大的容器中,即箱子27中,以便运输。采用识读器26以决定箱子27是否装满了捆包盒子24。也可以通过扫描箱子27中捆包盒子24的所有转发器23来决定箱子27里是否装满了同样产品的捆包盒子24。
以转发器23来进行包装件的工业生产,其情况如图7所示,从而,转发器23被输送给连续材料带28并被附着在其准确位置上。转发器23被定位得在连续切割坯件期间,例如在图5所示生产捆包盒子24期间,在每个包装件的坯件上采取合乎要求的位置。转发器23是借助于专门的传送带29而被输送给材料带28并附着于该材料带的,例如以胶粘剂附着于它。

图8显示在使用转发器23时的另一特殊性能。在包装件完成期间,尤其是卷烟所用捆包盒子24完成期间,以及与外包装物合用时,转发器直接附着于外包装物所用的坯件33。捆包盒子24的制造在此大略显示,所显示的捆包盒子具有两个折叠转台34、35。在此情况下,退出第二折叠转台35的捆包盒子24的顶部一侧上具有转发器23,更确切地说该转发器是在顶部盒子壁25的内侧上。

带有转发器23的承载带36以特殊方式准备。转发器23由粘合方式可分离地固定在承载带36上。在一个偏转区域即小直径的偏转辊38所在的区域中,转发器23被传送给坯件33,具体说是被压靠在坯件上,同时又从承载带36上分离开。承载带跟随着偏转辊38而通向卷取辊39,该辊把承载带36缠绕起来以供再度使用。
在所示实施例中,书写器40即用于把相应的数据传递给转发器23的那个电子装置,被布置在未折叠坯件33的区域中,即与偏转辊38相反的那个区域中。用于识别包装件内容的数据,因而在开始折叠过程之前就被立刻记录了。

图10显示条带设备,该设备的结构基本上与美国专利第5972153号所述者相同。条带42是从对应的预印刷材料带44上切割下来的,并由抽吸带45输送给被折叠转台所传送的卷烟盒41。横向切口为已完工的条带42准备材料带44。为了达到这个目的,材料带44的一侧被印刷了字段(field),以便形成条带42。每个这种字段都被分配了一个转发器43,该转发器位于材料带44的反面。输送给卷烟盒的条带42因此就已经把转发器43附着在条带内侧上了。
转发器43的启动是便利的,即在条带42附着在卷烟盒41上之前转发器已经带有必需的数据。在本例中,电子书写器46被布置在材料带44的区域中,而且当材料带44移动通过书写器46时就把适当于要求的数据传送给转发器43。作为一种可选方案,可做预备,从而,当条带42被附着在盒子上之后就把数据传送给转发器43。当条带是单独预备,而且堆垛着使用或从分配给包装机的条带料斗中取用时,此处所述的特殊性能也可类似地应用。

Claims (13)

1.一种识别目标的方法,尤其是识别包装件、包装材料、机器、机器部件、机器组件等的方法,其特征在于:
a)将根据射频技术原理而操作的至少一个数据承载件尤其是转发器(14、20、23、43)附着在目标上;
b)借助电子书写器在数据承载件上设置与目标有关的数据或信息;
c)为了识别目标或者获取与数据承载件有关的数据或信息,使目标或数据承载件对准电子识读器。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:卷烟盒尤其是卷烟所用捆包盒子(24)设有至少一个转发器(23),该转发器附着在盒子或捆包盒子的外包装物的内侧上。
3.一种生产带有电子数据承载件或转发器的盒子的方法,其特征在于:转发器(23)被埋置在包装材料中,尤其是埋置在多层或多板层(multi-ply)材料带的两层或材料带(28、30)之间。
4.一种生产包装件坯件尤其是卷烟盒所用坯件的方法,其特征在于:
a)包装材料的材料带(28)被连续传送;
b)转发器(23)接连地附着尤其是以胶粘剂固定在材料带(28)的一侧上,尤其是在形成为已完工盒子内侧的材料带(28)那一侧上;
c)转发器在与所要生产的坯件的尺寸相对应的相对位置上被附着于材料带(28),并被附着于盒子中或盒子上所要求的位置上;
d)随后将坯件在接连的转发器(23)之间的区域中,从材料带上切割下来。
5.如权利要求4或其他一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:
a)至少两个材料带(28、30)彼此成一(锐角)角度而被传送;
b)转发器(23)被引导给材料带(28)而彼此有一段距离,且被附着在材料带(28)一侧上,该一侧面对着另一材料带(30);
c)两个材料带汇合在一起,直至它们邻接并被压在一起,从而使转发器(23)埋置在材料带(28、30)之间。
6.如权利要求1或其他一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:电子数据承载件或转发器(43)被附着在卷烟盒(41)的条带(42)—税票条上,尤其是在面对着盒子的条带(42)内侧上。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于:
a)在条带设备区域中条带(42)接连地从预制材料带(44)上切割下来,并被输送给卷烟盒(41);
b)材料带(44)具有已印刷区域,该区域用于形成条带(42),该条带是横向指向材料带(44)的;
c)转发器(43)被附着在限定于材料带(44)之内的条带(42)的每个区域上,尤其是在条带面对着已完工卷烟盒(41)的那一侧上。
8.如权利要求1或其他一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:转发器(23)可分离地附着在承载带(36)上而彼此有一段距离,该承载带尤其被盘绕成带卷,当承载带(36)退绕时,转发器就被连续地输送给包装材料,尤其是输送给处于直立平面上备用的坯件,并被压靠在上述包装材料上。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:在每种情况下,由承载带(36)所输送的转发器(23)均被附着在捆包盒子所用的坯件(33)上,且坯件(33)能借助于横动的盒子组被***折叠转台(34)的袋槽(37)中,使转发器(23)面对着盒子内容或盒子组。
10.机器尤其是包装机,带有机器零件和机器组件,尤其是用于折叠、传送以及储存的组件和机构,其特征在于:机器零件和/或组件和/或零件和/或它们的部件具有存储数据的转发器(14、20),以便识别相关的零件、组件、机构等等,尤其是相对于它们的来源而加以识别,并识别它们在机器内所分配的位置。
11.如权利要求10所述的机器,其特征在于:在机器或包装机内的每个转发器配置一个特殊的静态识读器(15),用于识别邻接着识读器(15)的转发器(14、20),或识别零件、组件、机构,或者识别邻接着识读器(15)的类似物体。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的机器,其特征在于:每个转发器(14、20)在隐蔽位置上被附着在各自的零件、组件、机构或类似物体上,或设有保护性盖子。
13.如权利要求10所述的机器,其特征在于:转发器(14、20)被埋置在零件、组件、机构或类似物体中,最好是埋置在由塑料或相似材料制成的部件中。
