Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别适用于家具的铰链,所述铰链包括铰链臂或者固定在主体上的铰链部分和与其挠性连接的可枢转的铰链部分,利用转动阻尼器使可枢转的铰链部分朝向关闭位置的移动至少在一部分关闭路径上受到阻尼。
背景技术
这种铰链是已知的,例如见DE 201 04 100 U1中所披露的内容。在这些已知的铰链中,使用常规的转动阻尼器,其中受到一种阻尼流体的阻尼作用的转动***于圆筒形壳体中并且与其中一个可枢转的铰链部分的带齿段啮合的小齿轮被定位在支撑于壳体盖中的转动体的至少一个轴销上。已知这种铰链的制造成本较高,这是由于需要利用小齿轮-带齿段的结构来传递阻尼力。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种制造成本低的开始所述类型的铰链。
为了达到上述发明目的,根据本发明,转动阻尼器是一种其轴形成铰链的铰链轴的轴阻尼器并且该轴阻尼器的筒体与可枢转地支撑在所述轴上的铰链部分固定连接。
利用很低的成本即可制造这种已知类型铰链的阻尼装置,这是由于轴阻尼器的轴形成铰链的铰链轴并且该轴阻尼器的筒体与可枢转的铰链部分固定连接以使轴阻尼器结合在铰链的铰链轴中并且省去了用于将阻尼力从转动阻尼器传递到可枢转的铰链部分的专用传动装置。
适于结合在本发明所涉及的铰链中的采用轴阻尼器形式的转动阻尼器本身是已知的并且可以各种具体形式制造和配置。这样,这里省略对这样的已知的轴阻尼器的结构的详细描述。
根据本发明,利用轴阻尼器通过这样一种方式,即,使轴阻尼器的轴形成四个铰链中的一个的连接销并且使支撑在其上的引导件的端部与筒体固定连接,可使双引导件铰链受到很好的阻尼。
在本发明的另一种改进形式中,利用轴阻尼器的轴形成其中一个固定连接销,并且利用一个U形铰链臂的支腿限定该轴以使该轴的伸出筒体之外的一端具有非圆形或者多边形横截面,例如正方形横截面,并且接合在铰链臂的一个支腿的配合凹槽中,另一端支撑直径与筒体直径一样大的圆盘,所述圆盘被安装在另一个支腿的配合孔中。在该实施例中,可通过使轴阻尼器滑过该孔直至非圆形或者多边形轴销被***到一个支腿的配合凹槽中并且所述圆盘被***到另一个支腿的相应配合孔中以一种简单的方式组装该轴阻尼器。在该结构形式中,轴阻尼器的轴以不可转动的方式被安装在铰链臂上。
根据一个优选实施例,利用轴阻尼器的轴形成一个可枢转的连接销并且将一个轴销安装在可枢转的铰链部分的一个壁中,筒体以不可转动的方式与引导件的外端相连,另一个轴销设有一个径向延伸部分,所述径向延伸部分具有可使另一个引导件的可枢转的螺栓接合在其中的孔。由于利用所述径向延伸部分以不可转动的方式固定所述轴阻尼器的轴,因此在***到可枢转的铰链部分过程中位于前部的轴销可是圆柱形的。
为了可简单地使轴阻尼器从一侧***到支撑它的可枢转的铰链部分的壁之间,在本发明的另一种改进形式中,可枢转的铰链部分中位置与固定轴销的壁相对的壁设有一个孔,所述轴阻尼器的筒体的端部区域可在所述孔中枢转并且存在间隙。
为了将轴阻尼器的推过式轴销固定在其凹槽或者孔中,轴阻尼器的推过式轴销可设有一个铆钉头。
通过为筒体提供至少一个扁平区域以将其固定在U形引导件的支腿之间或者固定在一个可枢转的铰链部分上并且为所述支腿或者可枢转的铰链部分提供相应的配合凹槽,能够容易地将可枢转的铰链部分或者一个引导件的一端固定在轴阻尼器的筒体上。

具体实施方式
图1至图5中所示的双引导件铰链包括常规的双引导件铰链,但是具有这样的特征,即,它们可与采用轴阻尼器形式的转动阻尼器安装在一起以使门或者铰链板的关闭移动受到阻尼。
附图中所示的双引导件铰链包括由锌基压铸合金或者冲压金属部件制成的U形铰链臂1,铰链臂1通常固定在碗柜壁或者体部2上。引导件3、4的端部支撑在铰链臂1的支腿之间,其中引导件3的两端和引导件4的后端设有U形倾斜的支撑凸耳,所述支撑凸耳设有孔。引导件4的外端设有卷眼5,卷眼5被支撑在容纳于铰链杯6中的螺栓7上。在铰链臂1的支腿之间容纳着支撑螺栓8,支撑螺栓8上支撑着外引导件3的内端,支撑螺栓8上安装着双发针形弯曲片簧9,双发针形弯曲片簧9的一个支腿支撑在铰链臂1的连接板部上,双发针形弯曲片簧9的另一个支腿支撑在设于内引导件4的内端处的控制弯曲部上。外引导件3的外端被支撑在容纳于铰链杯6中的螺栓10上。如图中所示,铰链杯6被固定在门或者铰链板11的盲孔中。在这方面,图中所示的双引导件铰链采用已知设计形式,从而省略对其的详细描述。
在图1至图3中所示的示例性实施例中,内引导件4的内端通过凸耳12被支撑在轴阻尼器13上,凸耳12从内引导件呈U形弯曲,图6中详细示出了轴阻尼器13并且轴阻尼器13的轴销15、16在两端伸出到筒体14以外,轴阻尼器13被容纳在铰链臂1的支腿中。在图1中位于后部的铰链臂1的支腿17设有正方形开口,阻尼器13的正方形轴销15与该开口配合并且***其中,以不可转动的方式安装在该正方形开口中。轴阻尼器13的轴18在与正方形轴销15邻接处设有环形台阶19,利用环形台阶19使轴18被支撑在铰链臂1的后支腿17中的正方形开口的边缘上。轴阻尼器13的筒体14在相对侧设有扁平区域20。内引导件4的凸耳12设有与筒体14的外形相对应的开口,使得轴阻尼器13可滑过这些开口,从而使内引导件4以不可转动的方式与筒体14相连。为了使轴阻尼器13滑过凸耳12,从图6中看过去,在轴阻尼器13的右轴销上设置圆盘16,圆盘16被容纳在铰链臂1的前支腿23的配合孔22中。盘16的直径等于或者略大于筒体14的直径。为了固定轴阻尼器13的轴18,穿过支腿17中的正方形开口的正方形连接销15的端部设有铆钉头24。
在图4中所示的示例性实施例中,外引导件3的内端以参照图1至图3和图6所述的方式在铰链臂1的支腿之间被支撑在轴阻尼器13上。在图4中所示的示例性实施例中,关闭弹簧不能被安装在由轴阻尼器形成的轴上,可在铰链臂1的支腿之间设置可将弹簧夹26安装在其上的附加螺栓25。
在图5中所示的示例性实施例中,外引导件3的外端在铰链杯6的壁29、30之间被支撑在由轴阻尼器28形成的轴上,如图7中所示。转动阻尼器28的筒体14以所述的方式不可转动地固定在由引导件3的连接板部分呈U形弯曲成凸耳的开口中。如图7中所示的轴阻尼器28的右轴销设有径向延伸部分32,径向延伸部分32设有孔33,支撑螺栓34的一端接合在孔33中,支撑螺栓34将内引导件4的卷眼5支撑在铰链杯6上。由于利用径向延伸部分32不可旋转地固定轴阻尼器28的轴18,因此轴阻尼器28的另一个轴销34可被制成圆形并且被***在铰链杯6的壁30中的孔中。轴销34也设有铆钉头35使其被固定。
为了使轴阻尼器28可从由铰链杯6的壁29所形成的滑入侧在铰链杯6的壁和外引导件3的凸耳之间滑动,铰链杯6中位置与固定着轴销34的壁30相对的壁29设有用于固定圆筒盘状部分34的孔,圆筒盘状部分34以不可转动的方式与轴18相连并与延伸部分32成为一体,圆筒盘状部分34直径至少与筒体14的直径一样大。
Claims (7)
1.一种特别适用于家具的铰链,所述铰链包括铰链臂(1)或者固定在一主体上的铰链部分,和与其挠性连接的可枢转的铰链部分(6),利用转动阻尼器使可枢转的铰链部分朝向关闭位置的移动至少在一部分关闭路径上受到阻尼,
其特征在于,
转动阻尼器是一种其轴(18)形成铰链的铰链轴的轴阻尼器(13、28),并且该轴阻尼器的筒体(14)与可枢转地支撑在该轴(18)上的铰链部分固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述铰链是一种双引导件铰链,其中所述轴阻尼器(13、28)的轴(18)形成四个铰链中的一个的连接销并且支撑在其上的引导件的端部与筒体(14)固定连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的铰链,其特征在于,利用轴阻尼器(13)的轴(18)形成其中一个固定连接销,从而使所述轴被固定在U形铰链臂(1)的支腿(17、23)之间,使得所述轴(18)的伸出筒体(14)之外的一端(15)具有非圆形或者多边形横截面例如正方形横截面,并且接合在铰链臂的一个支腿(17)的配合凹槽中,另一端带有直径至少与筒体(14)直径一样大的圆盘(16),所述圆盘被安装在另一个支腿(23)的配合孔(22)中。

7.如权利要求1-6中任何一项所述的铰链,其特征在于,所述筒体(14)设有至少一个扁平区域(20),以将其固定在U形引导件的支腿或者凸耳之间并且为所述支腿或者凸耳提供相应的配合凹槽。
