Abstract

Description

用于经济地柔性酸洗和冷轧金属带的工作方法和设备
本发明涉及用于经济地柔性酸洗和冷轧金属带的工作方法和设备,特别是在较小的和中等产量在一设备中,该设备由按一生产线布置的金属酸洗装置、设置在金属酸洗装置的卷取侧的卷取装置和一冷轧机组成。
已经知道,将金属酸洗装置与轧机结合在一起,并作为所谓的无端轧机来运行。这种轧机布置通过省去不连续的穿入作业而有许多优点,并且通常在单位时间内带来很高的生产量。不过,它引起如此高的投资费用,以致许多设备的经营者还要为少的产量在分开的金属酸洗装置与轧机设备上投资。
尽管如此,为了达到较高的产量,只需在金属酸洗装置与轧机之间设置多机架可逆式轧机和/或提供非常大的卷材,该卷材在轧机后面重新卷取并分割,由此,可整个被运输和进一步被加工(EP 0724919A2)。这种设备对卷取机要求有尺寸做得很大的特殊结构,这对成本利益仍然是有问题的。
本发明的目的为,提供一种方法和一种设备,用它们,不需要根据操作条件添加或去掉一部分设备,并且以最少的投资费用和人员费用,在采用普通的卷材尺寸和机器尺寸的情况下,对小的和中等的产量做到最经济的高柔性酸洗轧制作业。
为了实现此目的,将在采用已有设备的情况下推荐一种工作方法,该设备由按一生产线布置的金属酸洗装置、设置在金属酸洗装置的卷取侧的卷取装置和一冷轧机组成,该方法的特征为,有不同的、交替的、按顺序的工作步骤,即:
a.离开金属酸洗装置的带材在绕过卷取装置的情况下为进行第一轧制道次被送入冷轧机中并按多个变形道次被轧制,或
b.离开金属酸洗装置的带材在卷取装置上被卷取成一卷材,该卷材在移至一开卷位置后被送入冷轧机,并按多个变形道次被轧制,或
c.离开金属酸洗装置的带材作为热轧带材在卷取装置上被卷取成成品带材,或
d.经过预酸洗的热轧带材被送至卷取装置并从卷取位置送入冷轧机中,并按多个变形道次被轧制。
在按照本发明所推荐的解决方案中,始终不渝地如此进行所谓的酸洗装置与轧机的“部分结合”,以使所有三种作业类型(无端轧制,部分结合和不连续作业)能同样地在同一个设备上进行。
最好按照本发明的一种布置规定,冷轧在可逆式轧机上进行,在该轧机中送入按工作步骤a、b或d制造的带材并按多个可逆道次被轧制,此时,带材在一次或多次的可逆道次以后在至少一个布置在可逆式轧机两侧的可逆式卷取机上被卷取。
按照本发明的另一特点,合适的是,按照工作步骤a、b或d制造的带材可在一两机架或三机架的串列式轧机机列上进行冷轧,在该轧机机列上按一次过道轧制该带材,或者,按照另一种方案,带材在一次或多次的可逆道次以后,在至少一个布置在串列式轧机机列两侧的可逆式卷取机上被卷取。
按照本发明规定的工作步骤,用于经济地柔性酸洗和冷轧金属带的设备的特征为,有一卷取装置,它作为水平的或垂直的带回转台的卷取机构成,具有两个分开的、用于每个卷取机芯轴的驱动单元,该驱动单元在回转时最好脱开。这种布置基本上是已知的,只要求在按照本发明的整个设备中结合以本发明,以实施所有工作步骤。
有利的是,带回转台的卷取机的卷取芯轴布置成可在其机座中沿轴向移动,由此,卷取机芯轴可在至轧机的中途重新有控制地使在金属酸洗装置后面被卷取的卷材开卷。
可逆式轧机可作为传统的可逆式轧机机架或作为二机架至三机架的串列式轧机架组构成,在串列式轧机架组的两侧布置可逆式卷取机。只要可逆式轧机的可逆式卷取机已经接纳带材,则带回转台的卷取机的卷取芯轴就空着,以用于来自金属酸洗装置的新的卷材。
特别当要求高的每次压下量,例如当只按一次过道轧制时,则当冷轧机装备以6辊机架时,有利的是,每次压下量允许有较高变形。
按照本发明构成的用于实施该工作方法的设备是极其易变的,用最少的服务人员也过得去,需要较少的地方,有较少的投资费用,在采用薄的热轧带材时显示其最大的经济性,如同它越来越多地用薄板坯设备和带式浇铸设备生产一样。
下面将参考示意地示出的按照本发明的设备说明本发明。
从开卷机1展开的带材B在一般的准备工作之后通过作为剪切酸洗装置形成的金属酸洗装置3的驱动辊组2被送交加工。金属酸洗装置3在出口侧在传统的辅助精整设备4如洗涤机、切头剪和剪断机的后面装备以水平的带回转台的卷取机5,在其上,离开酸洗装置的带材B被卷取。带回转台的卷取机5有一卷取芯轴6和一开卷芯轴7,它们有分开的驱动装置,也就是说,每个卷取机芯轴有其自己的驱动单元,该驱动单元在回转时最好脱开。开卷芯轴与卷取芯轴可布置成在机座中沿轴向移动,由此,背离金属酸洗装置3的开卷芯轴7总是在至后继的可逆式轧机9的中途重新有控制地使在金属酸洗装置3后面被卷取的卷材8开卷。
可逆式轧机9由传统的可逆式轧机架组成,它在第一次减缩道次后在可逆式卷取机10上接纳该卷材8。带回转台的卷取机5的开卷芯轴7于是就空着,以用于与卷取芯轴6交换,以再次供金属酸洗装置3使用。
如同在下半个图中所示出的那样,可逆式轧机架也可以是具有轧机架9a和9b的二机架至三机架的串列式轧机机列。这些轧机架最好设计成用于高减缩(在第一轧机架中超过50%)的六辊结构方式(比较小的工作辊通过中间辊和支承辊支承),以使一部分经过酸洗装置的带材B可按一次过道轧制。在此情况下,则如图所示一样,可以使带回转台的卷取机5“过渡”至所谓的无端作业。
如果可逆式轧机中需要多次过道,则金属酸洗装置3在所出现的停顿中可毫无困难地生产所谓的未冷轧的P.O.卷材。带材B在此情况下在金属酸洗装置3后面在带回转台的卷取机5的卷取芯轴6上被卷取,并作为成品送出。这种P.O.卷材自然也可在可逆式轧机9的较长的停顿中,差不多在支承辊更换时酸洗。
设备的柔性还使之有可能在有计划的停顿时,在可逆式轧机9上轧制事先在金属酸洗装置3中作为储备而被酸洗的卷材8。此卷材8被送至带回转台的卷取机5的开卷芯轴7上,并在该处被开卷,送至可逆式轧机9中。

Claims (8)

1.用于经济地柔性酸洗和冷轧金属带的工作方法,特别是在较小的和中等产量在一设备中,该设备由按一生产线布置的金属酸洗装置、设备在金属酸洗装置的卷取侧的卷取装置和一冷轧机组成,其特征为,该方法有下列工作步骤的交替的顺序:
a.离开金属酸洗装置的带材在绕过卷取装置的情况下为了进行第一轧制道次被送入冷轧机中并按多个变形道次被轧制,或
b.离开金属酸洗装置的带材在卷取装置上被卷取成一卷材,该卷材在移至一开卷位置后被送入冷轧机,并按多个变形道次被轧制,或
c.离开金属酸洗装置的带材作为热轧带材在卷取装置上被卷取成成品带材,或
d.经过预酸洗的热轧带材被送至卷取装置并从开卷位置送入冷轧机中,并按多个变形道次被轧制。
2.如权利要求1的工作方法,其特征为,冷轧在可逆式轧机上进行,在该轧机中,送入按工作步骤a、b或d制造的带材并按多个可逆道次被轧制,此时,带材在一次或多次的可逆道次以后在至少一个布置在可逆式轧机两侧的可逆式卷取机上被卷取。
3.如权利要求1的工作方法,其特征为,按照工作步骤a、b或d制造的带材的冷轧在一两机架或三机架的串列式轧机机列上进行,在该轧机机列上按一次过道轧制该带材。
4.如权利要求1的工作方法,其特征为,按照工作步骤a、b或d制造的带材的冷轧在一两机架或三机架的串列式轧机机列上进行,此时,带材在一次或更多次的可逆道次之后在至少一个布置在串列式轧机机列的两侧的可逆式卷取机上被卷取。
5.用于实施如权利要求1~4的任一项的工作方法的设备,该设备用于经济地柔性酸洗和冷轧金属带,特别是在小的和中等产量时,该设备由一按一生产线布置的金属酸洗装置,设置在金属酸洗装置的卷取侧的卷取装置和一冷轧机组成,其特征为,卷取装置作为水平的或垂直的带回转台的卷取机(5)构成,具有两个分开的,用于每个卷取机芯轴(卷取芯轴6和一个开卷芯轴7)的驱动单元,该驱动单元最好在回转时脱开。
6.如权利要求5的设备,其特征为,卷取机芯轴(卷取芯轴6和一个开卷芯轴7)布置成可在其机座中沿轴向移动。
