Abstract

背景技术
多年来,人们一直致力于设计一种办公椅,其用起来舒适,从而在使用者长期使用时,可以避免疲劳。一种简单的形式是,为椅子设置一可旋转底座,以方便旋转,另外再设置一控制机构,以使椅子可以摇摆。这些相对简单的椅子的缺点是,椅座和椅背共同的摇摆运动自然地使得使用者的脚抬离地板,这会带来稳定性问题,并且在使用者大腿前方产生向上的力,从而减少了使用者大腿的血液循环。
为了改进上述椅子的结构,已知使椅座和椅背同步运动的椅子控制装置。对于办公椅来说,“同步运动”是指联合的或从属的椅背调节和椅座调节构造,也就是说,椅背的倾斜基本上会导致椅座表面的调节。同步椅子控制装置的一个示例在美国专利U.S.5,318,345中被公开,发明人为Olson,但转让给共同受让人。由前述Olson控制装置,椅背被设计成以预定倾斜率倾斜,同时椅座以比椅背小很多的倾斜率同步倾斜。这样,当椅背向后倾斜时,使用者的脚不会抬离地面。而且,使用者腿部的血液循环也不会由于椅座前端的基本向上运动而中断。本控制装置的又一优点是通过倾斜轴线的有利位置使发生不期望的“衬衫拉扯”的可能性降到最小。其它一些美国专利,比如U.S.5,366,274和U.S.5,860,701公开了另外一些同步椅子控制装置的示例。
近来设计的一些具有很多人体工学优点的办公椅所具有的另一特征是椅背的倾斜限制器。通过椅子控制装置中的这种内置式机构,使用者可以以预定角度设置椅背倾斜的程度,从而在使用椅子时增加舒适性。这种倾斜限制器机构的一个示例在美国专利U.S.6,102,477中被公开,发明人为Kurtz,但转让给共同受让人。这种特殊机构提供了这样一种优点,即在预定的整体范围内可自由改变倾斜角度。这种机构的制造成本也很经济。

发明内容
此处描述了一种完全重新设计的人体工学椅子,其在标准的椅子结构和应用的各个领域都具有改进的功能特点,包括倾斜限制控制装置,椅座调节装置、臂调节装置、腰部支承装置、座垫的空气流动装置、网连接件以及标准底座架。
下面公开的是一种具有四个杆连接件的可倾斜椅子,这种杆连接件使得当椅背倾斜时,椅座的后部抬高,从而在倾斜期间,保持一种独特的舒适的平衡。通过一简单操纵杆的手动操作,倾斜限制控制装置方便并有效地将椅背倾斜的程度限制在三个倾斜位置的其中一个上。通过一简单锁定装置可实现椅子座垫的水平定位,该锁定装置使得椅子使用者在座垫前部抬高,并能够选择一最佳的水平座垫位置。通过按下按钮,由气筒而致动高度和转动可调节的椅臂,从而进行方便的调节以适应特定的工作任务。通过提供椅背骨架的张力可以方便地进行腰部支承的高度调节,而不需要在调节机构中设置螺钉或调节旋钮。标准座垫包括一种舒适的热吸收凝胶层,并且具有独特的空气流通孔。椅背是织物网结构,且包括为更加舒适而设置的独特的连接件。椅子底座是模块化结构,以方便椅子的组装,以及使椅子具有刚性。

本发明具有很多前述相关装置中所不具备的优点、特征与目的。例如,本发明的一个优点是提供了一种符合使用者的舒适的椅子。本发明的另一目的是提供一种美观的椅子。本发明的又一优点是提供易于制造和组装的椅子。本发明的再一优点是提供一种结构简单、使用可靠的椅子。

本发明可以有多种变化和可替换结构,这里将详细描述图中所示的各优选实施例。可以理解,本发明并不限于所公开的具体实施例、形式以及示例。相反,在所附权利要求书表达的精神和范围内的所有变型、装置、结构以及方法和可替换构造都属于本发明的保护范围。
现在参照附图,首先参照图1、2和2A,以一从前方观察的轴测图示出改进的人体工学椅,其附图标记为10。椅子10包括作为其主要部件的椅座12和椅背14,并可设置具有上椅垫18的适合的臂16。椅子10被以传统方式支承在可在小脚轮22上移动的十字叉底座20上。

图14示出椅子10的运动学原理。当在椅背支架66上施加力F时,椅背倾斜角β增大,眼睛的位置向后移动ΔH,眼睛的高度下降ΔV3。椅背倾斜角β的变化分别通过椅背上、下枢轴点P14和P34传递给连接件64。连接件64的运动使得椅座的后枢轴点P32与枢轴点P34以转动和平移的复合运动协同运动。当椅座支架62绕枢轴点P12转动时,在椅座支架62的后部升高ΔV2,其前部升高ΔV1,所以后部相对于前部升高ΔV2-ΔV1,因此,引入了椅座支架角α。这种升高使坐在椅子上的人产生重量减轻的感觉。这种明显的重量减轻将使人感觉轻松和舒适。
可以理解,尤其在使用较长时间的情况下,由于具有同步连接件结构,椅子10具有很多舒适性方面的优点。椅子10的制造和组装成本也很经济。
现在参照附图15和16,图中以透视法示出椅子的整个椅背14和腰部支承结构的新颖特点。如前所述,椅背14具有织物网36,其通过半刚性可弯曲载体38绕其外周边支承。主椅背骨架34包括两个基本竖直的支承件102,两个支承件在接近它们上端的位置通过撑杆104连接。支承件102的底端向内弯曲到前伸部件106,前伸部件106用于提供前面所述的枢轴点P34。横向件108具有一对隔开的臂110,它们通过螺钉112固定到两个支承件102上。横向件108上设置有载体38的下固定点。
根据本发明,椅背14包括横向腰部支承管120,在其相反的两端具有扣紧件122,而且还具有一对间隔开的滑动件124。图17中示出了扣紧件122的横截面,其中载体38在其两侧边125和127上具有一对相反的凹槽126,扣紧件122上相对的突起128可滑动容置于凹槽126中。这样,支承管120可以在载体38相反的两边上滑动。
图18示出支承管沿图15中线18-18的剖视图。由图可知,滑动件124被设置为与竖直支承件102相配合。如图19所示,每个滑动件124与竖直支承件102之间的配合结构包括每个支承件102内的竖直槽130,以及从滑动件伸出的相应的中心肋132。现在可以理解,特别是参照附图20,当腰部支承管120利用扣紧件122在载体38的两边125和127滑动,同时利用滑动件124在竖直支承件102上滑动时,它可以在上、下位置之间竖直运动。这种运动使椅子的使用者能够通过简单的手动操作调整支承管120的竖直高度,从而调整腰部支承。腰部支承管120只通过载体38的张力和织物网36与支承件102保持恰当的连接。在这种张力方式下,腰部支承管120使载体38和织物网在使用者的腰部区域受到向椅子10前方的作用力。这种方式的优点是使用者的后背永远不会接触支承管或任何硬的表面。
当支承管120在载体和竖直支承件102之间上、下滑动时,这种在竖直方向上可调节的腰部支承管120改变载体38的曲率。通过改变载体的结构,使用者的后背不会有强的压力接触区,而是由拉紧的柔软织物网与使用者的后背接触,从而舒适地支承使用者,甚至在椅子倾斜时也是如此。
图21-30示出了使用织物网36和载体38的可替换的腰部支承组件。在图21和图22中可以看到,单个中心支承件150分别采用顶端撑杆152和底端撑杆154固定载体的四个角。腰部支承管156可以被可滑动地支承在中心支承件150上,并具有扣紧件158,用于可滑动地扣紧载体38的两相反边。

提供优于现有技术的人体工学特点的椅子10的另一新颖特点是椅背14的结构。如前所述,椅背14由一片优选为现有稀薄织物的织物网36形成。织物网36可以具有多种编织形式。图31示出了一种已经被证明是有利的形式,其具有由多股丝形成的竖直线220和水平的单股丝222。这种结构中的单股丝222可以看作穿过线220,并相互交叉,从而将线220固定在合适的位置。

上面详细描述了本发明的几个优选实施例。其它不脱离本发明原理的一些示例、实施例、修改和变型都属于所附权利要求书的保护范围内。例如,使用的织物网类型,载体的形状,载体中包住上边角处的孔的材料的确切的形状以及突起的数量、形状和位置都被视为等同结构而属于权利要求的保护范围。还有很多新技术可以作为其它的可替换形式。上述的实施例仅是示例性的,而不是限制性的。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有腰部支承件的椅子,包括:
底座;
连接到所述底座的中心支承组件;
连接到所述中心支承组件的椅座;
连接到所述中心支承组件的椅背骨架;
包括安装到可弯曲***载体上的织物材料的椅背,所述椅背被连接到所述椅背骨架;以及
用于扣紧并弯曲所述***载体的腰部支承件,所述腰部支承件可滑动地靠在所述椅背骨架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椅子,其特征在于:
