技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于去屑加工的刀具,该刀具包括一保持件及一固定在该保持件中的切削刀片,该切削刀片具有至少一个有一第一主切削刃的第一切削头。本发明还单独地涉及一种包括在该刀具中的切削刀片。
背景技术
从WO 95/29781中知道一种具有一切削刀片的加工刀具,该切削刀片在一个实施例中具有一相对于轴弯折的切削头。该切削刀片的一个特征是,切削头的次切削刃彼此不平行。因此该切削刀片能够沿平行于各次切削刃的两个不同方向进给。该文章中还应当观察到的是,主切削刃垂直于轴的纵向方向。
从EP 0 385 280中知道一种切削刀片,该切削刀片具有一切削头及一轴,该切削头相对于该轴成钩形。根据一优选实施例,该切削头具有一与该轴的延伸部成直角的延伸部。在上述WO 95/29781中所示的一可替换实施例中同样具有一基本上对应的结构。
发明内容
本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种在本发明技术领域部分中所定义的刀具和切削刀片,少量的不同保持件和切削刀片可分别带来在可用本发明刀具完成的切削操作方面的大量的可能组合。
根据本发明的刀具和切削刀片的另一个目的是与分别具有相应外部尺寸的已知刀具和已知切削刀片相比,提高在不同切削操作中的可接近性。
为此,根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种用于去屑加工的刀具,该刀具包括一保持件及一固定在该保持件中的切削刀片,该切削刀片包括一个具有一第一纵向中心轴线的轴以及至少一个具有一第一主切削刃的第一切削头,其中,从切削刀片的平面图看,第一切削头的一第二纵向中心轴线与轴的第一纵向中心轴线形成45度角。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种用于去屑加工的切削刀片,该切削刀片包括一个具有一第一纵向中心轴线的轴以及至少一个具有一第一主切削刃的第一切削头,其中,从切削刀片的平面图看,第一切削头的一第二纵向中心轴线与轴的第一纵向中心轴线形成45度角。

具体实施方式
图1-5中示出多个切削刀片1a、1b、1c、1d、1e,它们构成了本发明的切削刀片,其中每个切削刀片1a-1e包括至少一个具有一主切削刃6a、6b、6c、6d、6e的轴3a、3b、3c、3d、3e。从切削刀片的平面图看,根据本发明的切削刀片1a-1e的大致区别在于,穿过第一切削头5a-5e的直线L与轴3a-3e的第一纵向中心线C1形成45度角。对于图1-5中所示类型的切削刀片1a、1b、1c、1d、1e,这还可以表述为切削头5a、5b、5c、5d、5e的第二纵向中心线C2与轴3a-3e的第一纵向中心线C1形成45度角。
切削刀片1a、1b、1c在轴3a、3b、3c的相对端设有一第二弯折切削头5’a、5’b、5’c。这些切削头5’a、5’b、5’c同样具有一第二主切削刃6’a、6’b、6’c。图1和2中所示的切削刀片1a和1b相对于彼此镜像倒置,因而设置在每个切削刀片1a、1b的轴3a、3b各端部的切削头5a、5’a、5b、5’c相对于附属轴3a、3b向相反方向弯折。图3中所示的切削刀片1c同样具有两个切削头5c和5’c,而上述切削头5c、5’c相对于附属轴3c向相同方向弯折。以与第一切削头5a-5e对应的方式,在第二切削头5’a、5’b、5’c处,穿过第二主切削刃6’a、6’b、6’c的一直线L’与轴3a、3b、3c的第一纵向中心线C1形成一45度角。可替换地,这可以表述为切削头5’a、5’b、5’c的一第三纵向中心线C3与轴3a、3e的第一纵向中心线C1形成45度角。
在根据图1-5的平面图中,主切削刃6a、6’a、6b、6’b、6c、6’c、6d、6e平行于纸面。
根据图6-8的刀具包括一保持件10,其中设有一用于容纳本发明的切削刀片1c或1d的刀片座。一夹具11连接到切削刀片1c/1d的顶部,因而上述夹具11通过一螺栓12固定在保持件中。通过拧紧螺栓12,夹具11将切削刀片1c/1d固定在保持件10中的附属刀片座中。
图9中,为清楚起见,所示的保持件10没有夹具11。在该联接中看到,保持件10的刀片座有一销13形式的端部止动件。如图9中看到的,从切削头转开的轴3d的端部压靠在上述销13上。销13这样的端部止动件的结构带来这样的优点,即上述端部止动件同样可用于在轴的两端具有切削头的切削刀片。
图10和11中,为清楚起见省略了夹具,示出在轴3b两端具有切削头5b和5’b的切削刀片1b是如何连接到保持件10上的。如可从图10中最清楚地看到的,保持件10中的刀片座上设有一凹槽14,该凹槽14为不处于活动位置的切削头5’b提供了空间。同样在这种情况下,销13用作切削刀片1b的端部止动件,因而销13与切削刀片1b的非活动切削头5’b的其中一个侧面配合。由于轴3b侧向固定在保持件10的刀片座中,上述侧面压靠在销13上使得切削刀片1b被紧固而不能沿轴3b的纵向方向朝非活动切削头5’b移动,即非活动切削头5’b的侧面与销13之间的配合构成了切削刀片1b的端部止动件。当切削头5b和5’b相互交换位置时,上述端部止动件同样以相应方式工作。
根据本发明的切削刀片1d’可用于图12中的内部车削。上述切削刀片1d’构成图4中切削刀片1d的变形,因而切削刀片1d’的切削头5d’的其中一个侧刃构成完成工件切削的一主切削刃15。该联接中,与切削刀片1d的主切削刃6d对应的刃6d’限定了图12中标记的余隙角α。如从图12中看到的,同样在该实施例中,穿过主切削刃15的一直线L与轴3d’的纵向中心线C1形成45度角。
图13中所示的本发明切削刀片1b”与图2中的切削刀片1b的主要区别在于,平面图中的切削刀片1b”具有圆形切削头5b”和5’b”,即具有连续弧形切削刃6b”和6’b”的切削头,更精确地说是在平面图中为圆形的切削刃。至于切削头5b”和5’b”相对于轴3b”所成的角度,可以分别表述为切削头5b”和5’b”的一第二和一第三纵向中心线C2和C3与轴3b”的一第一纵向中心线C1成45度角。
图14中示出多个切削刀片和多个保持件的规格,其中多数切削刀片1d和1e构成本发明的切削刀片,而图14中所示的少数切削刀片S1和S2代表现有技术。保持件10和10’属于不同类型,保持件10用于外部刀具,而例如包括一杆的保持件10’则用于内部刀具。切削刀片1d、1e、S1和S2可与任一保持件10、10’任意组合。
图14中还示出一工件,其中标记了不同类型的加工操作,其中的多数可通过本发明的刀具而有利地完成。
至于本发明切削刀片的详细结构,自然可以在本发明的范围内变化。因而如从上述实施例中看到的,切削头在主切削刃的位置以及断屑和间隙表面上都可以有不同的结构。还可以例如根据保持件的刀片座和夹持件的结构而改变轴的结构。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于去屑加工的刀具,该刀具包括一保持件(10)及一固定在该保持件(10;10’)中的切削刀片(1a-1e;1d’;1b”),该切削刀片包括一个具有一第一纵向中心轴线(C1)的轴(3a-3e;3d’;3b”)以及至少一个具有一第一主切削刃(6a-6e;15;6b”)的第一切削头(5a-5e;5d’;5b”),其特征在于,从切削刀片(1a-1e;1b”)的平面图看,第一切削头(5a-5e;5b”)的一第二纵向中心轴线(C2)与轴(3a-3e;3b”)的第一纵向中心轴线(C1)形成45度角。
