本发明涉及一种除草剂,特别是一种由溴苯腈、2甲4氯钠(化学名称为2-甲-4-氯苯氧乙酸钠)和阿特拉津(化学名称为2-氯-4-乙胺基-4-异丙胺基-1,3,5-三嗪)组成的除草剂。
背景技术
溴苯腈是一种触杀型除草剂,可有效地防除小麦、玉米田中苘麻、苍耳、蓼、藜、苋、麦瓶草、田施花、猪毛英、龙蔡等阔叶杂草,特别对阿特拉津抗性杂草如灰菜、反枝苋、龙葵和蓼,有较好的防除效果,并且对禾本科作物安全,在作物茎科及谷粒中均无残留,在作物较长的生长期内使用,从谷物植株第一、二片叶子发育完全到最后一片叶子长出均可使用,如玉米的2至8叶期均可用药。2甲4氯钠是常规的旱田除草剂,是芽后激素型选择性除草剂,主要用于防除水稻、麦类、玉米、高梁、亚麻等作物地的阔叶杂草及一些莎草。阿特拉津是旱田除草剂,为内吸传导型,对玉米安全,对玉米田的杂草防除效果好,具有高效、安全等优良性能,也可用于高梁、甘蔗、糜子、苹果、茶园、橡胶园、桑园,防除一年生禾本科毁草和阔叶杂草,也可用于铁路口基、机场、油田、食贮库区、森森防火道及国防警戒线等场所灭生除草。现有技术中溴苯腈、2甲4氯钠和阿特拉津三种除草剂是分别单独使用的,应用范围具有一定局限性,效果也不甚理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,用溴苯腈、2甲4氯钠和阿特拉津组成除草剂,具有触杀、内吸功效,能降低施用活性成份总量,提高除草效果,从而改进已知化合物溴苯腈、2甲4氯钠和阿特拉津的除草作用谱。
本发明的除草剂是由溴苯腈,2甲4氯钠和阿特拉津组成,其中三者的重量比为:1-100∶1-100∶1-100。优选比例为1-90∶1-90∶1-90。
本发明的除草剂的制备方法是将上述各组分按比例混合均匀。
以本发明除草剂为药效成份,可以利用现有技术制成包括直接喷雾溶液、可湿性粉剂、粉剂、悬浮剂、乳油、颗粒剂等不同形式的制剂,即除了药效成分外,可根据需要而添加其它成份。如粉剂制品可以通过将上述除草剂与固体载体一起混合或研磨而制成;颗粒剂通常通过将上述除草剂粘合到固体载体上而制得;制成溶液制剂时,可以将上述除草剂与溶剂和/或载体和/或乳化剂和/或分散剂等混合均匀而成。制剂中除草剂的含量为总制剂的0.1-95%(重量),优选0.5-90%(重量)。
本发明除草剂或制剂可根据不同的使用目的,通过喷雾、弥雾、喷粉、撒施或浇泼等不同形式施用。施用中应确保本发明除草剂的分散尽可能细微和均匀。
上述的固体载体应不与溴苯腈,2甲4氯钠和阿特拉津反应,可以是硅胶、二氧化硅、硅酸盐、滑石、高岭土、硅藻土、面粉、树皮粉、木粉、坚壳果粉、纤维素粉或其它固体载体物质中的一种。
上述乳化剂或分散剂在制备溶液性制品时主要起到分散作用,使各种混合物可以较好地分散于溶剂中,这些物质可以是芳香族磺酸及其盐类(如萘磺酸)、脂肪酸、烷基磺酸、烷基芳香基磺酸、脂肪醇醚及其盐、磺化萘和其与甲醛的衍生物的缩合产物,萘或萘磺酸与苯酚与甲醛的缩合产物,聚氧乙烯辛基酚醚、乙氧基烷基化的异辛基-、辛基-或壬基酚、烷基苯酚或三丁基苯基聚乙二醇醚、烷基芳基聚醚醇、异三癸基醇、脂肪醇环氧乙烷缩合物等中的一种,以上产品均为市售产品。
本发明除草剂的防除草效果优于由溴苯腈、2甲4氯钠、阿特拉津单一成份组成的除草剂,本发明除草剂中各组成成份之间具有协同增效的作用,特别适用于防治小麦、玉米、高梁等作物地里的阔叶杂草,如防治玉米田中的苘麻、苍耳、小麦田中的蓼、苋、麦瓶草及高梁地中的田施草、猪毛草等。

阿特拉津 1-90
制剂中溴苯腈、2甲4氯钠和阿特拉津三者总重量占制剂总重量的0.1-95%。
