Abstract
本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,目的是提供一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜及其制备方法。本发明的制备原料包括:烟酰胺、海绵微针、传明酸、α‑熊果苷、抗坏血酸多肽、维生素C乙基醚、肌肽、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、辅助成分及水等。本发明通过海绵微针刺破表皮使活性物快速渗透到肌肤真皮层,加速黑色素的分解和减少色素沉积,达到提亮肤色和淡化斑点的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品及其制备方法。
背景技术
功效性护肤品添加剂在护肤品中的应用可以为护肤品的开发注入新的活力,但是在研发过程中,起作用的活性组分在皮肤上的渗透性问题往往会很大地限制了功能性护肤品的发展。
市场上美白祛斑产品的护肤品相对较多,但功效作用较为一般,涂抹在皮肤上大部分只能渗透到角质层,而美白祛斑的活性成分渗透不到角质层以下,导致使用护肤品后皮肤屏障的黑色素的分解和减少色素沉积缓慢甚至不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述皮肤护理的困惑,而发明一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,通过海绵微针刺破表皮使活性物快速渗透到肌肤真皮层,加速黑色素的分解和减少色素沉积,达到提亮肤色和淡化斑点的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:
烟酰胺0.5%-3%、
海绵微针1%-5%、
传明酸0.5%-2%、
α-熊果苷0.5%-1%、
抗坏血酸多肽0.5%-1%、
维生素C乙基醚0.5%-2%、
肌肽0.1%-0.5%、
羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5%-2%、
乳木果油0.5%-1%、
维生素E 0.1%-0.5%、
红没药醇0.1%-0.5%、
丁二醇1%-3%、
透明质酸钠0.01%-0.1%、
辅助成分2%-10%、
水余量。
海绵微针的主体结构二氧化硅形成的骨针,其长度为200-250μm,宽度为10-20μm,使用时轻微按摩即可进入皮肤表皮层,在皮肤表皮层形成微通道,启动表皮皮肤微循环,有助于活性成分穿过角质层。海绵微针具有持续刺激细胞并促进细胞分化,有效促进老化角质细胞自然脱落的作用,达到自然、安全、有效的物理换肤,该作用也有利于透皮吸收,帮助活性物进入皮肤表皮层。同时海绵微针自身蕴含的硅元素能促进胶原蛋白的合成;在此过程中,海绵微针也将组合物中的其他营养物质带到皮肤表皮层内,促进营养组分的渗透、吸收,助其发挥更好的功效。
烟酰胺明显有别于传统的美白成分,通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少皮肤黑色素的生成来达到皮肤美白,而是作用于已经产生的黑色素,减少其向表层细胞转移,加速新陈代谢,促进含黑色素的角质细胞脱落,还能促进表皮层蛋白质的合成,改善肌肤质地。
传明酸是一种蛋白酶抑制剂,能抑制蛋白酶对肽键水解的催化作用,从而阻止了如发源性蛋白酶等酶的活性,进而抑制了黑斑部位的表皮细胞机能的混乱,并且抑制黑色素增强因子群,再彻底断绝因为紫外线照射而形成的黑色素发生的途径,即让黑斑不再变浓、扩大及增加,从而能有效地防止和改善皮肤的色素沉积。
维生素C以其高效祛斑美白作用以及高安全性得到认可,但其本身极易被氧化,不易被皮肤真正吸收,皮肤利用度低。相对维生素C而言,维生素C乙基醚和抗坏血酸多肽作为维生素C的衍生物,很容易穿透角质层进入真皮层,进入皮肤后被生物酶分解发挥维生素C的作用,提高维生素C的利用度,从而起到更好的祛斑美白功效。其中,生素C乙基醚进入真皮层后直接参与胶原蛋白的合成修复皮肤细胞活性,使胶原蛋白增加,从而使皮肤变得充盈富有弹性,使肌肤细腻光滑。
α-熊果苷是源于绿色植物的天然活性物质,集“绿色植物、安全可靠”和“高效脱色”三者合谐统一于一体的皮肤脱色组份,它能迅速渗入肌肤,在不影响细胞增殖浓度的同时,能有效地抑制皮肤中的酪氨酸酶的活性,阻断黑色素的形成,通过自身与酪氨酶直接结合,加速黑色素的分解与***,从而减少皮肤色素沉积,祛除色斑和雀斑,而且对黑色素细胞不产生毒害性、刺激性、致敏性等副作用,同时还有杀菌、消炎的作用。
羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸有松解角质的效果,可以辅助清除皮肤表面的老化角质,而且羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸将角化层软化或去除后,其他活性成分更容易渗透入皮肤;另外,羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸还可以收紫外线,减少紫外线对色素细胞的刺激,从而能够减少皮肤中黑色素的形成。
可选的,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:
烟酰胺2%-3%、
海绵微针2%-4%、
传明酸1%-2%、
α-熊果苷0.8%-1%、
抗坏血酸多肽0.8%-1%、
维生素C乙基醚1%-1.5%、
肌肽0.2%-0.4%、
羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸1%-1.5%、
乳木果油0.8%-1%、
维生素E 0.3%-0.5%、
红没药醇0.3%-0.5%、
丁二醇1%-3%、
透明质酸钠0.03%-0.07%、
辅助成分5%-10%、
水余量。
可选的,所述海绵微针为硅质海绵骨针,其长度为200-250μm,宽度为10-20μm。
可选的,所述辅助成分包括:表面活性剂、保湿剂、精油中的至少一种。
可选的,所述精油为熏衣草精油、茉莉精油的混合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供本发明所述的海绵微针美白祛斑霜的制备方法。
可选的,一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取各原料;
(2)将保湿剂、表面活性剂、水加入水相锅中混合均匀,升温至75℃,得到水相料;
(3)将剩余组分加入油相锅中,加热至60℃搅拌混合均匀,得到油相料;
(4)将水相料抽入乳化锅中,搅拌均质下抽入油相料,在45℃温度下均质,即得所述海绵针美白祛斑霜。
可选的,步骤(4)中的均质时间为15min。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明的海绵微针美白祛斑霜含有海绵微针,海绵微针可深入角质层、表皮层,有效促进老化角质细胞脱落,在角质层上形成微小的通道,促进细胞新陈代谢,刺激胶原蛋白的生成,还能促进美白祛斑成分的透皮吸收。
(2)本发明涉及的美白祛斑组分完整地覆盖了多种美白通路,先是以α-熊果苷、传明酸和肌肽抑制络氨酸酶的活性,阻碍黑色素细胞被激活;其次以抗坏血酸多肽和维生素C乙基醚还原黑色素中间产物多巴,阻碍黑色素的氧化过程;进而以烟酰胺阻碍生成的黑色素运输到表皮角质细胞;最后以羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸加速角质细胞代谢,从而使角质细胞中的黑色素加速脱落。通过上述多种活性物的优选复配,本发明的海绵微针美白祛斑霜具有高效美白祛斑的效果。
(3)本发明的海绵微针美白祛斑霜,完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》中的各项指标,不含任何有毒物质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
实施例1
一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:
烟酰胺0.5%、
海绵微针1%、
传明酸0.5、
α-熊果苷0.5%、
抗坏血酸多肽0.5%、
维生素C乙基醚0.5%、
肌肽0.1%、
羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5%、
乳木果油0.5%、
维生素E 0.1%、
红没药醇0.1%、
丁二醇1%、
透明质酸钠0.01%、
辅助成分2%、
水余量。
其中,辅助成分包括甘油保湿剂0.6%、改性十二烷基糖酰胺表面活性剂1.0%、熏衣草精油0.2%和茉莉精油0.2%。
将上述配方按以下步骤制备得到所述的护肤品:
(1)按比例称取各原料;
(2)将甘油、改性十二烷基糖酰胺和水加入水相锅中混合均匀,升温至75℃,得到水相料;
(3)将剩余组分加入油相锅中,加热至60℃搅拌混合均匀,得到油相料;
(4)将水相料抽入乳化锅中,搅拌均质下抽入油相料,在45℃温度下均质15min,即得本发明的海绵针美白祛斑霜。
使用方法:洁肤后,取适量涂抹于脸部,轻轻按摩至吸收。
实施例2-5
按下表1中指定的含量重复实验实施例1的制备方法,分别制得一种海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品。

对比例1与实施例3相比,不同之处在于采用等量的烟酰胺替代海绵微针。
对比例2与实施例3相比,不同之处在于采用等量的传明酸替代烟酰胺。
对比例3与实施例3相比,不同之处在于采用等量的烟酰胺替代传明酸。
对比例4与实施例3相比,不同之处在于采用等量的烟酰胺替代抗坏血酸多肽和维生素C乙基醚。
对比例5与实施例3相比,不同之处在于采用等量的烟酰胺替代羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸。
对实施例1-5和对比例1-5制得的海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品的安全性进行评价,具体如下:
(1)微生物学检测:根据《护肤品卫生规范》(2007版)菌落总数、粪大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、脓杆菌、霉菌和酵母菌的测定方法,本发明提供的海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品微生物检测全部合格。
(2)卫生化学检测:根据《护肤品卫生规范》(2007版)总汞、总砷、总铅的测定方法,本发明提供的海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品金属元素检测全部合格。
(3)刺激性检测:根据《护肤品卫生规范》(2007版)规定的动物皮肤刺激性或腐蚀性试验的基本原则、要求和方法对本发明中实施例1-5的海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品进行测试,测出皮肤刺激积分均值均小于0.2,说明无刺激性。
(4)白皙度与湿度测试:
测试对象:选取100名皮肤脸部暗黄、色素沉积较明显,干燥的受试者100名,年龄为30-40岁,按每组10人分成10组,使用前每组受试者的脸部湿度和白皙度无显著差异。
使用方法:每组分别用实施例1-5和对比1-5制得的美白祛斑霜,每天早晚洗脸后涂抹在脸部,连续使用14天。实验期间,受试者在实验部位不能涂抹任何其它护肤品。
测试方法:洗脸后,不涂任何化妆产品,使用阿美妮(imate)M-6602肌肤智能检测仪,读取皮肤的白皙度和湿度,计算每组受试者使用前后脸部白皙度及湿度的平均值,结果见表3。

从表3可以看出,随着实施例1-5中海绵微针的含量的增加,产品的美白效果和保湿效果也更为优异,以实施例5为最优;在海绵微针的百分比小于2%时,其增加量相对较小,在海绵微针的百分比大于3%、小于5%时,其增加量相对较大;又因实施例3与实施5差别较小,综合考虑原料成本,以实施例3为工厂最优生产配方。
对比例1在缺少海绵微针组分时,产品的美白效果和保湿效果都明显下降,由此可知海绵微针可深入角质层、表皮层,有效促进老化角质细胞脱落,在角质层上形成微小的通道,促进细胞新陈代谢,刺激胶原蛋白的生成,还能促进美白祛斑成分的透皮吸收。
对比例2-4在缺少烟酰胺、传明酸、抗坏血酸多肽、维生素C乙基醚、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸中的任一类组分时,其美白效果和保湿效果均有所降低,均不及实施例3-5,由此可知本发明的美白祛斑组分完整地覆盖了多种美白通路,通过上述多种活性物的优选复配,本发明的海绵微针美白祛斑霜在使用14天后就具有高效美白祛斑的效果。
(5)自评测试:各组受试者在完成白皙度与湿度测试后,对使用效果进行感官评分,0-10分计,分数越高代表产品的白皙度与湿度效果越好,结果见表4。

由表4可以看出,本发明实施例1-5制备的美白祛斑霜的自评测试平分较好,远高于对比例1-5的自评测试平分,说明本发明的海绵微针美白祛斑霜具有较好的美白功效。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:
烟酰胺0.5%-3%、
海绵微针1%-5%、
传明酸0.5%-2%、
α-熊果苷0.5%-1%、
抗坏血酸多肽0.5%-1%、
维生素C乙基醚0.5%-2%、
肌肽0.1%-0.5%、
羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5%-2%、
乳木果油0.5%-1%、
维生素E 0.1%-0.5%、
红没药醇0.1%-0.5%、
丁二醇1%-3%、
透明质酸钠0.01%-0.1%、
辅助成分2%-10%、
水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,包括以下原料:
烟酰胺2%-3%、
海绵微针2%-4%、

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,所述辅助成分包括:表面活性剂、保湿剂、精油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜,其特征在于,所述精油为熏衣草精油、茉莉精油的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种海绵微针美白祛斑护肤品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取各原料;
(2)将保湿剂、表面活性剂、水加入水相锅中混合均匀,升温至75℃,得到水相料;
(3)将剩余组分加入油相锅中,加热至60℃搅拌混合均匀,得到油相料;
(4)将水相料抽入乳化锅中,搅拌均质下抽入油相料,在45℃温度下均质,即得所述海绵针美白祛斑霜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种海绵微针美白祛斑霜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的均质时间为15min。
