Vc多肽在光、热、酸碱、金属离子等氧化条件下均具有较高的稳定性,Vc多肽作用于肌肤时在α-多肽酶的作用下逐渐释放Vc,使Vc的有效活性得以长期保存,与天然Vc相比,Vc多肽在见光状态下可至少保持24个月不变色不失活。Vc和Vc多肽均可通过抑制黑素细胞的黑色素合成来防止皮肤的色素沉淀,减少皮肤中黑色素含量,进而减轻皮肤色素沉淀。可促进溶酶体生成巨嗜细胞,在皮肤斑点形成处包覆、吞噬、溶解黑色素细胞,有效消除淡化色斑、提亮肤色。Vc多肽缓慢释放的Vc具有强抗氧化作用,能有效清除自由基和净化紫外线辐射,Vc多肽缓慢释放的多肽对紫外线有极强的能量吸收,提高肌肤的抗紫外线能力。在PH=5-6.5的微酸环境下,小分子多肽可直接被皮肤细胞吞噬,用以加快再生表皮和真皮细胞的新陈代谢,从而有效减少细纹、皱纹和皮肤粗糙程度,紧致肌肤,延缓衰老。
D.尿囊素
尿囊素具有避光、杀菌防腐、止痛、抗氧化作用,能使皮肤保持水分、滋润和柔软,具有促进细胞生长、加快伤口愈合、软化角质蛋白等生理功能,加速细胞增殖分化,迅速形成表皮层,实现肌肤修复、诱导新生、细腻嫩肤的效果。但尿囊素水溶性差,于一般的护肤品中添加量仅为0.3%,超过该剂量就会析出,水剂产品会呈现出针状凝结物,结晶等。申请人经大量实验证明了:低浓度的尿囊素对肌肤的护理和修复来说是远远不够的,因而限制了尿囊素在护肤品和药品中的应用。实验证明在护肤品中尿囊素添加量达0.6%及以上,其优异的护肤新能才能显现。本发明尿囊素的添加量为0.6-1.5%,在分子上接入易溶于水的结构相似物,从而大大地改善了尿囊素的水溶性,可清除外层角质,疏通毛囊,促进微循环,改善和均匀肤色;促进细胞组织生长,加快伤口愈合;具有优异的抗过敏作用,增强肌肤免疫力;能够长效补水保湿,维持皮肤湿度,调节肌肤水油平衡。
E.光甘草定
光甘草定是一种黄酮类物质,活性高,可深入肌肤内部,美白抗氧化,可抑制黑色素生成过程中多种酶的活性,特别是抑制酪氨酸酵素活性,有效抑制黑色素,具有美白抗衰、抑菌抗炎抗氧化、紧致肌肤、抗皱防粗糙的效果。
F.水杨酸
水杨酸可去除角质、杀菌消炎,可温和的去除皮肤表面的死皮细胞,调节皮肤角质层活性,帮助肌肤抵御外界细菌侵袭,预防皮肤炎症,修复受损肌肤,软化去除老化角质层,促进表皮细胞快速更新,表皮细胞新鲜、活力强,可使肌肤恢复光滑细嫩,有效淡化色素斑,缩小毛孔,去除细小皱纹,改善日晒引起的肌肤老化。
进一步的,还包括防腐剂。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为丙醇0.1-0.2%、甲酯0.1-0.2%、辛酰羟肟酸0.1-0.4%、乙基己基甘油0.01-0.5%、己二醇0.01-1%。

一种所述的美白淡斑亮采霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水和B相原料加入乳化锅中加热至85-90℃,备用;
S2.将A相原料加入油相搅拌锅中加热至80-85℃搅拌均匀,备用;
S3.开启真空,把溶解后的A相原料抽入乳化锅中,与B相混合,加入C相开启均质,乳化5-15min,恒温85-90℃搅拌10-30min后降温;
S4.降温至40-45℃时加入溶解好的D相原料;
S5.降温至35-39℃时加入溶解好的E相原料和防腐剂,搅拌均匀;
S6.降温至34℃后停止搅拌,静置降温至室温。
本发明美白淡斑亮采霜的制备采用了微囊包括缓释技术,由β-环糊精和葡萄糖形成的囊材,具有良好的生物相容性、包覆能力、控释能力,可将有效成分包裹于微囊中,既保证了有效成分的高活性,又避免了有效成分直接作用于肌肤上的强刺激性,微囊包裹缓慢释放,作用效果持久。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选用的甘草根提取物、VC及其衍生物和光甘草定,可抑制中胚层酪氨酸酶活性并减少黑色素的合成量,减缓合成速度,酪氨酸酶在氧自由基的催化作用下酪氨酸逐步氧化形成黑色素,选用的光甘草定、甘草类黄酮、二甲基甲氧基苯并二氢吡喃醇,可抑制氧自由基,竞争性的抑制酪氨酸酶活性,氧自由基是引起机体老化的原因之一,本发明可破坏、清除皮肤底层的氧自由基,延缓机体衰老。选用的红没药醇可抑制炎症,减缓黑色素细胞的大量增殖,修复细胞免疫功能。
选用角鲨烯、辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、生育酚(维生素E)、植物甾醇、甘油和丙二醇等成分复配,可长效补水保湿,有效锁水6小时以上,锁水技术复配皮肤保护技术能让肌肤长时间处于水润状态,角质层含水量高可有效过滤折射部分光线,避免光线直射,避免肌肤晒伤。选用的生物复合酶可对角质层表面的色素细胞进行吞噬、分解脱落、加速代谢,可促进上皮组织细胞更新,激活肌肤免疫增强肌肤自我修复能力,修复肌肤屏障,肌肤免疫力提高,配合抗紫外线技术,提高了肌肤抗敏能力,肌肤不易损伤和病变。本发明淡斑霜每日涂膜2-3次,明显可见美白遮瑕效果,7-10天可有效淡化晒斑等表皮斑,12-15天可有效去除表皮斑,1个月可淡化40%以上的色斑,2个月可去除70%以上的色斑。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。

上述美白淡斑亮采霜实施例和对比例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水和B相原料加入乳化锅中加热至85℃,备用;
S2.将A相原料加入油相搅拌锅中加热至80℃搅拌均匀,备用;
S3.开启真空,把溶解后的A相原料抽入乳化锅中,与B相混合,加入C相开启均质,乳化5-15min,恒温85℃搅拌10-30min后降温;
S4.降温至40-45℃时加入溶解好的D相原料;
S5.降温至39℃时加入溶解好的E相原料和防腐剂,搅拌均匀;
S6.降温至34℃后停止搅拌,静置降温至室温。
以下是对实施例和对比例技术效果的实验验证数据:
一、美白、亮肤、补水、保湿、紧致等功效的测试
1、测试项目:皮肤黑色素含量、皮肤白度、皮肤明亮度、水分含量、水分流失、光泽度、皮肤弹性。
2、测试仪器:CKMPA580皮肤测试仪、Mexameter皮肤黑色素和血红素测试探头、Colormeter皮肤颜色测试探头、Corneometer水分测试探头、Tewameter水分流失探头、Glossymeter光泽度测试探头、Cutometer皮肤弹性测试探头。
3、受试对象:筛选无色斑的合格志愿者,选择面部作为测试部位。根据Chardon分组法,基础皮肤明亮度ITA°在Ⅱ~Ⅳ级之间。实施例1-3、对比例1-3每组各20名受试者。
4、测试周期:测试周期为28天,在使用样品前1天和使用后第14、28天使用仪器测试各项指标。在使用后的测试中,志愿者在测试当天不能涂抹样品,需要测试完成后再使用样品。
5、样品使用:测试前1周为洗脱期,此期间受试者使用不含任何活性物的基础保湿水和保湿乳。在测试期间不能使用其他美白产品。受试者连续28天使用样品,每天早晨、晚上睡前洗脸后在面部涂抹样品,涂抹量约为0.2g。测试黑色素含量、白度、明亮度以颈部作为自身对照用。
6、测试过程:使用前数据采集:测试前,在温度为24±1℃、湿度为55±5%RH的恒温恒湿室内静坐20分钟。用Colormeter皮肤颜色测试探头、Mexameter皮肤黑色素和血红素测试探头、Corneometer水分测试探头、Tewameter水分流失探头、Glossymeter光泽度测试探头、Cutometer皮肤弹性测试探头在测试部位进行使用前数据的采集。对各测试部位的各测试点循环测试4次,取平均值作为对应部位的使用前数据。
7、使用后第7、14、28天的数据采集,步骤同使用前数据采集。

可见,本发明淡斑霜可显著的降低皮肤黑色素含量,提高皮肤白皙度和明亮度,以及增加皮肤水分含量,增强皮肤屏障功能,提高皮肤光泽度的效果。
二、祛斑功效的测试
(1)筛选10名脸上有晒斑的志愿者,选择面部作为测试部位。测试周期为15天,在使用样品前1天和使用后第7、10、12、15天,观察志愿者面部晒斑消退情况。测试前1周为洗脱期,此期间受试者使用不含任何活性物的基础保湿水和保湿乳,在测试期间不能使用其他美白产品。受试者连续15天使用实施例1,每天早晨、晚上睡前洗脸后在面部涂抹样品,涂抹量约为0.2g,重点部位取0.1g重复涂抹。测试结果见下表:

可见,本发明淡斑霜对晒斑的祛斑效果显著,7-10d可有效淡化晒斑,12-15天可有效去除晒斑。
(2)选取两名脸上有黄褐斑的女性患者,选择面部作为测试部位。测试前1周为洗脱期,此期间患者使用不含任何活性物的基础保湿水和保湿乳,在测试期间不能使用其他美白产品。患者甲(年龄41岁)使用实施例2,患者乙(年龄44岁)实施例3,连续28天使用样品,每天早晨、晚上睡前洗脸后在面部涂抹样品,涂抹量约为0.2g,重点部位取0.1g重复涂抹。测试周期为28天,在使用样品前1天和使用后第14、28天,用照片记录患者的变化过程,患者的任何不良反应都由患者随时进行报告:患者甲受试期间的面部变化如图2所示,图2(a)为受试前,图2(b)为受试后2d,图2(c)为受试后14d,图2(d)为为受试后28d;患者乙受试期间的面部变化如图3所示,图3(a)为受试前,图3(b)为受试后2d,图3(c)为受试后14d,图3(d)为为受试后28d。使用

可见,本发明淡斑霜对黄褐斑的祛斑效果显著,1个月可淡化40%以上的黄褐斑,2个月可去除70%以上的黄褐斑。
本发明美白淡斑亮采霜可美白亮肤,祛皱抗衰,抑菌消炎,清除自由基,抗紫外线延缓光衰老,赋活细胞,提高细胞活性,促进细胞生长修复更新,加速新陈代谢,营养激活肌肤,提高肌肤免疫力,通过肌肤自身的修复能力抵御色斑形成,抑制类人酪氨酸酶的活性,抑制酪氨酸的氧化过程,实现抑制黑色素细胞活性,减缓黑色素体的合成,淡化分解黑色素,美白净化肌肤,可有效修复、淡化、去除晒斑、表皮斑、黄褐斑、真皮斑、反弹斑和敏感斑,祛斑见效快,祛斑效果持久,有效避免了色斑反复发作。

Claims (2)

1.一种美白淡斑亮采霜,其特征在于,由以下按质量百分比计算的组分组成:
A相:鲸蜡硬脂醇/鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷1-4%、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1-3.5%、角鲨烯3-6%、辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯1-5%、生育酚0.3-0.5%、1618醇2-4%、红没药醇0.1-0.3%、植物甾醇0.5-2%;
B相:甘油2-6%、丙二醇1-5%、汉生胶0.1-0.3%、尿囊素0.6-1.5%、透明质酸钠0.02-0.2%、水杨酸0.5-2%、β环糊精1-6%、葡萄糖0.1-0.5%、传明酸0.3-3%、生物复合酶0.15-1%;
C相:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷2-6%、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-5%、甘草类黄酮0.03-1%、二甲基甲氧基苯并二氢吡喃醇0.2-1%;
D相:1,3-丁二醇4-16%、甘草根提取物0.05-1%;
E相:Vc及其衍生物0.1-1%、光甘草定0.01-0.1%;
防腐剂:丙醇0.1-0.2%、甲酯0.1-0.2%、辛酰羟肟酸0.1-0.4%、乙基己基甘油0.01-0.5%、己二醇0.01-1%;
以及余量的水;
所述生物复合酶为蛋白酶、超氧歧化酶、辅酶Q10、溶菌酶和过氧化酶;
所述蛋白酶、超氧歧化酶、辅酶Q10、溶菌酶和过氧化酶的质量比为1:1-3:1-3:1-3:1-3;
所述Vc衍生物为Vc多肽。
2.一种权利要求1所述的美白淡斑亮采霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水和B相原料加入乳化锅中加热至85-90℃,备用;
S2.将A相原料加入油相搅拌锅中加热至80-85℃搅拌均匀,备用;
S3.开启真空,把溶解后的A相原料抽入乳化锅中,与B相混合,加入C相开启均质,乳化5-15min,恒温85-90℃搅拌10-30min后降温;
S4.降温至40-45℃时加入溶解好的D相原料;
S5.降温至35-39℃时加入溶解好的E相原料和防腐剂,搅拌均匀;
S6.降温至34℃后停止搅拌,静置降温至室温。
