(1) Weighing the raw materials according to a proportion;
(2) Adding the humectant, the surfactant and the water into a water phase pot, uniformly mixing, and heating to 75 ℃ to obtain a water phase material;
(3) Adding the rest components into an oil phase pot, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain an oil phase material;
(4) Pumping the water phase material into an emulsifying pot, stirring and homogenizing, pumping the oil phase material, and homogenizing at 45 ℃ to obtain the sponge needle whitening and freckle removing cream.
